NPC's should serve a purpose. Creating them for the sake of having names to list is not a valid reason to make more. Randomly having Digimon characters (is that where the names are from?) is just... lazy writing.

Anyway, it's too late to eliminate Ken, but I can delete my latest post and work on another.

Thanks; I asked because, well, I'm having second thoughts about 1.) prodding a Tsundere, and 2.) filling the list of NPCs with barely-adapted Alternate versions of Digimon characters.

Osamu groggily got up at Mai's prompting, and said:

"Oh, hello, judging by that fashion sense, you must be Sumihara-san. Ichijouji-sama says that you're a great mage, but that you and Motomiya-sama are often at odds because of the latter's...umm...lack of intellectual gifts." Daisuke Motomiya was another Mage, and Ken's boyfriend. Although Osamu's remark that the man lacked intellect was true, Daisuke was a surprsiningly kind person and a powerful Mage with an affinity for Fire, making him too powerful to be ignored. But enough digression, Osamu zoomed in on her scornful face with his Stellar Sight.

"Sorry for my own displayed lack of subtlety and intellectual gifts, Sumihara-san," the boy said with a small bow. "I will leave you to your duties now."
