Current Two days ago, Noble Arms is indisputably four years old, spread out across three threads, and the third thread is still ongoing and about to reach the endgame...

Noble Arms is now either four years old, or three years and eleven months. The third thread had lasted for more than one year.

My Roleplay, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, will reach its 4th year in June or July. It's been a long journey.

@The_written_John, while you're allowed to control mooks, having them speak, or move towards another PC, is a no-no.
As Par rampaged through the fortifications of Old Man's Corner, he managed to tip a torch into a pile of dry wood, causing a burst of flames whose sparks were spread around by the wind, setting fire to a nearby barracks, and guard posts, as well as an arsenal whose weapons exploded, causing further sparks that spread the fire to the various houses of the bigger slave merchants. Seeing that he had done more damage than he initially intended, Par made his way to the outskirts of the small settlement, hoping to break out to the North Woods through the palisade -

- Until a giant net, shot out of a bazooka, fell on the duo, entrapping them within its weave. Par trashed and struggled against the bindings, but it was clear that the repurposed fishing net was enough to stump even George's teeth and claws. Must be some kind of Pre-War polymer, the 19-year old boy thought.

"Well, well, what have we here?" spoke a smug, sinister voice as a circle of footsteps came near Par and George. "An ignoramus and a Yao Guai. Do you know how much damage you've done?!" Par couldn't see, but he can hear the outrage in the man's voice.

Outside, Akira, who may or may not have been stalking Old Man's Corner, would see a young man, riding a Yao Guai, get caught by slavers, over a half-dozen, all heavily armed with submachine guns and wearing heavy-duty leather armor. However, they all seemed distracted by their capture, making them easy prey...

@The_written_John, thanks; will begin writing.
@The_written_John, glad you clarified.

@Madly33, agreed.

Written, what about stalking Old Man's Corner, looking for ways in and out, with the plan to ambush slavers as they go out on patrol and raids, then kill them like some horror movie villain before escaping?

However, said plan is cancelled because Par and the others chose to attack, and so you're now looking for a way to take advantage of the Chaos, snatching slavers as they rush to and fro, taking them to back alleys and woods, then crushing their heads?

Or, I can also have Par come to some trouble, and Akira can rescue him?
@Boop_Im_A_Dragon, as your characters are outside Old Man's Corner, what about reacting to Par and the others' rampage?
So, can someone bring me up to speed?

There are two major story arcs going, and a third minor arc.

1.) My character and two others are rescuing a bunch of slaves from Old Man's Corner through brute force; the time for negotiation is past. The attack is just beginning, but a PC who is on the villains' side is absent, thus increasing the chances of success.

2.) A Raider attack on Liberty Island has just been fended off, but one of the PCs has just heard that the Enclave (under new management that wants to enslave the Wasteland instead of exterminating all 'muties') has just taken his family captive and made them slaves. Now, he and the second group of PCs are pondering an attack on the Enclave, based on Brooklyn, to free the prisoners.

3.) Two PCs are talking about Vault 17, the AI/Robotics Vault.

Akira may also suggest coming up with a better plan than offering yourself up to have the enemy leave liberty, after all, whats stoppin them from taking you, holding liberty and gaining more slaves on their side at no loss to them?

XD just saying.
Yeah, let's just say that the enemy's going to be moving too fast for anyone to come up with 'a better plan'. That and they have a Vertibird and Power Armor.
As long as people do good he'll be fine with it, he wont kill or hurt people if they are of good nature, though he will dislike peaceful approaches to situationsif itmeans the slavers live, though if your character has negotation skills, akira would suggest persuading the enemy to buy the slaves, and then with the slaves safe, destroy the slavers without putting a slaves life at risk.

Heh, that would also work.
@The_written_John,@Madly33, I'll be candid, I have a personal dislike of 'Zealot' characters, but as long as Akira can work with the majority of PCs, I have no problem with that.

Also, a person can be against Akira's views, or differ slightly from them, while still doing good things. My character, for example, prefers negotiation and speech, even with Raiders, to brute force, and has openly dealt with Slavers...to free slaves after buying them. He would also
offer his freedom to an enemy in exchange for said enemy leaving Liberty Island alone.
. Not to say that he cannot/doesn't fight, he prefers ways other than brute force but still wants to do good.
@jordy0403, @EvilEdd1984, @Simple Unicycle, I'll let you three discuss this a little while longer.
