Ok, now I get it. I assumed that I wasn't doing the three-way-war anymore based on what I read, switching groups isn't a problem and I can go on as planned, so my last post doesn't apply.

I still would have liked to have been notified of such a change beforehand, because what's stopping anyone else from collabing and essentially blocking off someone else's plans? Communication is key.

But other than that, I can go on as planned. Just need Rofiz on to start our collab.

Anyway, here's the last paragraph of the collab:

A message arrived to Vivenne, telling her that LunaCorp has found out about the plan, and that said plan will change because of that. Instead of slandering LunaCorp, the target of the plan to create a melee-a-trois between three GigaCorps is, instead...Genesis.

Basically, you are tasked to continue on as normal, infiltrating Free World Group and causing it to be at war with Alkaev and a third corporation; only now, the identity of said third corporation is Genesis.

That clearer?

Tom would be sent off to one Major Bentsworth, who would ask the Ghoul some questions:

"What weapons are you good at? You seem to be a good sniper. How good are you at explosives?"

"How strong are you? Failing that, how agile?"

"How soon can you memorize a rough map of Liberty City?"

If the answer to that last question was very soon, Major Benthsworth would then say:

"Good; go to that Albert guy with an offer; we'll give him not bottlecaps, but actual gold - made from melted-down jewelry if you must know - if he'll try to raise the troopers' morale in the face of Enclave invasion. Also, try and get any newcomers to join the ranks. In the meantime, I will prepare evacuation plans."

Normally, @Madly33 controls John Ketler, the PC with the most stake in Liberty Island's independence. He also controls the Mayor and the Military High Command.

Perhaps you can PM him? If not, I'll do what I can.
