One more question, do the enclave have their own agents and assassins, not unlike Caesars frumentarii?

They don't have infiltrators and human assassins, but they do have killer droids...

Ok, enclave being assholes, i can grasp that.
What military rank is your character if hes the leader? I dont want mine to be too low, or too high either.
Colonel, but in the same way Colonel Autumn in Fallout 3 is colonel.
