Once upon a time, I used to cheer for May the 4th... now I cry with disappointment. *Except Clone Wars S7 and the Mandalorian - they are awesome*

As soon as the hangar bay doors closed with an echoing slam, the entire room was filled in a deafening silence. Constophiles stood silently while looking at the pile of artifacts, his gaze remaining a neutral look. Emotion seems to be completely absent from his look, or if anything it resembles a hint of displeasure and defeat. Yet as a long minute seem to have wasted away in the stale air, the advisor nods and raises his left hand towards his ear.

"Commence incendiary process." Constophiles orders passionlessly.

As the mechanical guards prepared to set afire on these priceless artifacts, one of them issued several uncalled sparks, followed by glitching noises that wrecked through its system. Yet merely a few seconds later, the bot issues a burst of electrical disturbance that knocks out any exposed outlet in the system, rendering any electrical outlet in the room inoperable. Electrical equipment became disabled, the main lights extinguished, and any security camera looking into the room were completely fried as to where one can only see and hear the obnoxious fizzle of static. Even the holographic projectors seem to be glitching. What could've caused the mech to have malfunctioned like that?

Yet Constophiles remains unfazed by the entire ordeal, almost as if he's expecting for this to happen. The entire bay was completely pitch black, as the nearby soldiers struggled to take off their helmets, which had been shut down by the EMP blast, while trying to get a feeling as to what was going on. Yet there is only one device that hasn't been affected by this disturbance, with the advisor taking out a remote from his pocket. He points it at the pile and presses the big red button on the upper-left side of the device. It proceeds to cast a blue light upon the pile, enclosing it in a transparent box, and within seconds it disappears with a thunderous boom. As the emergency lights cast their reddish hue over the facility, all it reveals was a black blast mark at where the artifacts once laid. It seems that it has been destroyed after all...

Or did it?

The pale man places the remote back in his pocket, signaling the soldiers to move out and evacuate the room with haste. As they entered the east gate opposite of where Henry came through, it can be seen that even the hallway was suffering the same malfunctions as the hangar bay. The advisor orders the men with a gesture to be dismissed as they tried to pretend that nothing happened. With that said, Constophiles calmly walks out of the hallway as soon as the power within this sector is restored. The advisor makes it to his private quarters before checking his equipment again. Looks like everything is back to normal. He takes out his holocom-link to contact the Director, but alas there was no response. He must be still in that little meeting of his. So Constophilies leaves a quick message instead.

"Relic retrieval was successful, Director." he says with some relief, "We have received a stunning amount of angelic material from our ex-demonic friend. You were right about his capabilities. Eos, as usual, tried to halt the exchange but alas I was able to create a fake diversion and shut off all security cameras in the hangar bay and in the nearby halls. Not even Henry would know of this event, as I waited briefly before doing anything. I'll personally make sure to wipe the cameras clean for safety... and this message will terminate itself as soon as you close it. But it's safe to say I've covered our tracks well. Operation: Maether may now commence on your mark, Director Karizawa."

Oh of course. How could she forget? After all, this is exactly why Hoho's issuing the contract in the first place. Granted Titanica didn't ask first for her help, let alone being quite reluctant to it, but she might as well explain to the alchemist what she seeks. She doesn't want this waste of time gathering materials to be for nothing.

And contrary to Hoho's belief, Titanica knows exactly what she's looking for.

"I smell something..." she begins explaining as she proceeds to sit back on the bed, "Something I haven't sensed outside of my own residence in eons... I sense that I'm unintentionally taking part of an event out of my control. I smell..."

She pauses as she glares up at Hoho menacingly while thinking.

"ME."

"Someone... something... is trying to grab my attention using my scent pattern, for the better or worse, and yet I cannot place where it's coming from. I initially tracked it down to an abandoned foundry left by the Machina... where a recent battle took place. But by the time I arrived there it was gone... and after taking a plunge into the Oblivion Dungeon... I've lost the scent completely. However, I know that whatever it is, whatever is producing this familiar scent, it's still out there. I need to know what it is and where it currently resides..."

She remains silent as she look down at the ground, attempting to still figure out what's causing this scent, before turning her had back to the Alchemist.

"Do YOU know anything about this?"

Location: Union Station Space - Star Destroyer

All the personnel on the bridge watched as millions of these small fighter-craft begin to eradicate the Flood attached to the station. If it hasn't been more obvious already, their great numbers and plasma weaponry proved to being the advantage against the biomass, something which the Star Destroyers would've similarly done, only from much more afar. Of course, if they did reach within firing range, they would also risk blowing up the station with all of their troops onboard. That said, the troops below had the complete responsibility in taking out the station's core. They need to enter in fast and quick, all before the entire station blows up.

"Contact the legion." Vader orders, "They are to eliminate the core-drive once locating the Senator."

Yet despite the hazardous conditions his troops are in, Vader refuses to enter the battlefield. He believes his elite 501st legion can finish it... and if they do it successfully, they'll most likely receive a substantial reward in return.

With Kirby being finally free from his prison, and not having blown up into tiny bits and pieces, Samus breathes a sigh of relief for not having killed a valuable ally. She had many questions regarding how he managed to pop up here, but yet how, why, and other possible reasons don't matter right this minute. Her visor beeps rapidly as the bounty hunter recieves a layout of the entire station, with a waypoint being shown near the middle of the union station. According to this new 'expert' on the alien biomass, the core of this ship must be destroyed, while he releases his own distraction to keep the parasites at bay and to not have them escape into other potential worlds.

Seems fair at least.

Samus looks down at the pink blob awkwardly as his cheeks squelched with the sounds of his last meal. There was only one thing that needs to be done.

"Alright Kirby..." she states bluntly as she takes a quick glance around the room to make sure she's alone, "I don't know how the hell you got here, but you've landed here at the wrong time. I'm here, along with several allies, to destroy this station's core so we can kill whatever has been crawling on you and keep it from escaping. If you wanna to come along, your help will be much appreciated. If not, the exit is through the door behind me and to your right. Your choice, I got no time. So pick quickly."

With that, the armored bounty hunter dashes down the corridor and towards the next room.

The stormtroopers continued to deal with the Flood disturbances that headed their way, firing upon them in a quick and rapid manner. Yet rarely did they stop moving. As the Stormtrooper Commander orders his men to keep moving, with several other aliens having just appeared in their sights, Abigail had several questions regarding the matter.

"Hey! About this diplomat we're suppose to save and take home, how much further do you think they are?"

As Abigail slices through two green abominations, the commander and three men fire upon four smaller crab-like creatures, with a trooper smashing one underneath his boot with a sickening splat.

"Not sure." he replies bluntly, "Several stories down I believe. We need to find some elevators and a holomap before we can continue farther. Hopefully we can get out of this dark corridor first."

Some of his men began to shake slightly when at rest, with their breathing becoming slightly more rushed. The VIP guest also noted this.

"I mean, I'm not in too much of a rush or anything, because of personal issues, but some of your men seem to be getting kind of nervous."

The Commander fires down another abomination from the corner of the next hallway before he responds.

"It's not often we fight things like these." he says calmly as his troops mow down three aliens infront of them, "Natural human emotion. I don't mind these ugly bantha poodoo. I just hope SOME people here aren't scared of bugs, are they?"

He was looking at two troopers in general, shaking a bit more than some. Indeed, Stormtroopers were used to deal with more humanoid threats. The rebellion is what these troopers were trained to deal with, along with keeping order on other planets. The initial conquest of worlds during the rise of the Empire was many years ago, and most of them were still undergoing training by that time. After all, most of the troops of say the 501st legion still consisted of clone troopers from the days of the Republic, soldiers cloned from the bounty hunter Jango Fett. Once they were gone, the niche had to be filled up by regular cadets from across the galaxy... preferably humans. Unfortunately, some of these soldiers still had their phobias in tact...

"And that's got me a bit more nervous than these things as the last thing we want is zombies forming right in the middle of our formation."

The Commander didn't respond at that notion. However, he sincerely wishes deep down that this wouldn't be the case. Yet before he can contemplate more on that subject, two aliens came running from ahead of the squad. The flametroopers proceed to scorch the foolish creatures, yet as soon as the first spark hit, the aliens explode violently as their giant sacks releasing several green bulbs towards the troops. The initial blast gazed the flametroopers at the front, killing two by the middle, and slightly wounding the two closest to the walls. The Commander shields his face from the blast as the entire group halts to assess the damages.

"Men down! Men down!" the commander alerts as they attend to the fallen, having already been affected with the green bulbs.

Yet suddenly the fallen troopers violently try to grab their commander, like a possessed animal. The leader struggles initially before stormtroopers in the back eliminate the two on the ground.

"Ah shit..." the commander sighs as he orders two other men in back to take up as flametroopers, "We gotta be careful. I think these bulbs can possess us if they manage to break through our armor and attach onto skin. If we see anymore of these guys, just shoot them, I repeat, shoot them... BUT do not scorch them!"

With that, the troopers move on. Yet before they can move too far, the Commander suddenly receives a call coming from the Star Destroyer.

"Commander Therus." a female voice says over the coms, "We have just encountered the specialist and is doing his job in eliminating the alien infection. He highly suggests, and I quote, that 'All specialists should focus on the Sol-Drive and/or the Proto-Gravemind.' After retrieving the Senator, send a dispatch to eliminate the core of the space station. Once that's accomplished, head back to the ships as quickly as you can for evac. Understood?"

"Understood." the commander answers bluntly before putting away his comms and alerts everyone about their next mission.

Ahead of them is the door that leads to where the elevators reside, alongside a holomap.

No change. Mahz is working on it, comparing logs with code. Tedious process. Eventually it's likely to need a server push to fully fix the issue. In the meantime the moment we hear something has changed, we'll pass it along to everyone else.

Is he? According to the staff site, he still hasnt been seen here in 2 months. Unless he's been working behind the scenes?

We need affimative answers from Mahz publically before we can be put to rest. I've only been keeping to one RP since the slow down, as itll take way too much time for me to struggle by simply loading into the chat. It still ocassionally does the 524 time out sequence.

We're restless. We need confirmation from Mahz from his mouth. And we need it now.

The advisor looks on as a plethora of angelic items coming flooding out of the portal. He's quite surprised at all the items the ex-demon collected. Karizawa didn't specify on how many things Henry was going to retrieve, unless it was as much as he could. If anything, Constophiles thought it would be a small stack of books and maybe a weapon or two, but never imagined such a stack like this. How was Henry able to get them from the battlefield in one go? Not that it matters really. The pale man approaches the giant stack briefly as he picks up a random book left out from the pile. He looks at the cover briefly, then at the pile, ask the grunts with a gesture to pick everything up, and then looks at Henry.

"My my," he breathes with a sigh, "I didn't expect you'd bring all of this. You've exceeded all expectations, Henry. My expectations, at least. This information will prove to be incredibly valuable for us. You ought to receive something in return..."

Avaritia however seemed to dispute this entire operation, stating that TEP is simply wasting his time. He believes that Unit-T will be incapable of besting the Vassal and claims that he has seen Titanica in action. Ad between the two of them, the organic vassal is most certainly going to win. Constophiles looks back at him with a queried look, before his face began to frown disappointingly, as Henry continued while walking past him.

"You seem lack the faith and vision of this operation Henry." he replies around the same calm tone he's been using, "We know exactly who we're dealing with. And we know all the necessary precautions that we must undertake to get to her. If we hadn't found all that information deep within the Machina archives, none of us would be here even conversing about her."

He begins inspecting the book in his hands.

"While I admit that Unit-T is still not ready to be launched against her organic counterpart just yet," Constophiles continues while flipping a page, "It's already nearing the final phase of completion. These materials that you brought here today will help unlock that stage. It will only be a matter of time before she's finally finished. And only then, once everything is in place, will she be ready to face off against Titanica herself."

The ex-demon didn't seem to care that TEP is wasting his time, as he continues to dig through the treasure with interest. He proceeds to snap an ancient ornate sword in half with his strength alone, tossing aside the broken metal as his hands already began to heal while also mentioning that he and/or Karizawa are basically insane. Constophiles' frown continued to lightly show through his near-emotionless face, expecting the ex-demon to walk away and forget everything. He didn't take any of his opinions to heart, after all he only assists the Director in the project. Many people had considered fighting a Vassal an near impossibility outside from the likes of Eos, or literally any of the faction leaders. Many also told Karizawa the same exact words, only with more vulgaric tones. He expects Henry to lash out at him, or at best leave in a fit...

But what he receives instead is a pleasant smile.

"Now then. Bring her out. I want to see the fruits of my labor."

Constophiles momentarily had a perplexed response regarding his decision to show Unit-T. Unless he somehow knew about Tina's existence... but that seems highly unlikely. Regardless, the advisor smiles lightly back at the ex-demon. He was about to invite him to the hangar bay where the mech was stored, until a certain android pops out of seemingly nowhere via holograph...

"Henry, take back your items or I will have to confiscate them," Eos said, addressing Henry directly.

The advisor's face seemed to already mourn just by looking at the Queen alone. This couldn't have happened at any other worse time then now. Yet he remains externally calm over the matter as he begins trying to converse with the Machina leader.

"My Queen." he greets towards Eos to defuse the situation, "There is no need to worry. For we~"

But she isn't going to have any of it.

"All of you should know by now that the use of artifacts, spells, technology, and any other source of power from non-sanctioned origins is forbidden." Eos announces as she bypasses Constophiles' attempted explanation completely, "I cannot overlook the dangers that the Angels and the Demons pose to my Children. I may have given the benefit of doubt both to you and to TEP as a whole, but both are still on probation. I believe I told you that before, did I not?"

"Yes, my Queen." Constophiles replies with a nod of acknowledgement.

All Eos then was warn them for a second time before the hologram disappears. The pale man sighs defeatedly as he rubs between his ear and temple. There seemed like no other way then to discard the information. If Henry decides to throw them out himself, the advisor simply raises a hand towards him.

"You have done enough for today." he says politely to the ex-demon, "Thank you for the help. Your reward will still be payed in full soon. In the mean time, we will deal in destroying the artifacts here."

His personal guards begin to light up a hot blue plasma from their hands as they aim towards the pile of now seemingly worthless objects.

"You are dismissed... Henry Avaritia."

Titanica was puzzled by what Hoho's voice explained to her about 'misunderstanding' something. She dreaded the fact in doing more fetching work for the alchemist. She already faced a fellow Vassal, or at least something apart of her, talked down a demon working for Roma for the goat leather (and won), managed to collect a feather from a Roc, and utterly eliminated a giant squid. She just wants the answers and to move on, that's it. She growls at that statement before replying, only holding back her wrath by the threads of her flesh.

"What do you mean I misunder~?"

But before she continues, the saurian vassal is teleported into a bedroom, landing on a soft pile of cushions. Her perplexed face appeared briefly as she rapidly looks around her. She was laying next to a warm fireplace, it's glow warming the entire room with cozy-feeling heat, and the bed was incredibly soft. Rarely has she ever planted her head on these pieces of sleeping furniture and neither did any feel this good. It almost made her fall back into her deep slumber just simply by sitting on the bedsheets.

Then Titanica notices another bed on the opposite side of the room, this one being slightly larger than the one she's on. Emerging from the sea of covers popped out Hohenheim, already in pajamas as she threw a sideways look at the Vassal. The scaly-clothed vassal prepared to be bombarded with her egoism... but her yawn seemed that it may not be the case this time.

"I guess that I cannot fault you forgetting it when I said that you should come here. You had more... important things in your head, right?"

For once the alchemist actually said something rather sincere towards her. Her raising anger immediately began to decrease rapidly as her breathing returned to a calm state. The friendly atmosphere here also helps to melt the hostile feeling away.

"Hmph..." Titanica exhales softly as she closes her eyes for a few seconds as she calmly plants her knees on the bed. Even her tail begins to curl up to make itself comfortable on the incredibly soft bed.

Hohenheim then proceeds to give out a lazy hand towards the vassal

"Anyway, give me those materials and let's get done with this once and for all." she asks calmly, "Once I'm certain that you won't try to stab me in the back, I can give you the information that you seek,"

The larger vassal says nothing as she calmly hands over the contract materials towards the small blonde. As she slowly walks to her desk to sign it, Titanica glances at the window above the desk, revealing the vast roiling chaos of the Nexus' boundaries, with the threads of the cosmos holding it together. Any distaste for the alchemist was, for the moment, pushed to the side as she takes a long minute to observe the Nexus in its entirety. It was indeed an impressive sight to behold. The calm room with the warm fire continued to sooth away all of her stresses in a way unlike anything she has felt... something rather different compared to her lair back in Hell. It was something she welcomed... and perhaps something she unknowingly needs.

Titanica continues to stay silent as she continues looking outside while her mind distantly waited for Hoho to finish... but she wouldn't mind if it took longer than expected, so as long as she remains in this environment.

"Do you fear the reality of your jokes being fuckin' terrible?"

A cold blunt voice can be heard from down the hall as the sound of boots clunking gets closer to the group. Ghelgath isn't particularly the kind of person to get involved with these types of situations, but god is this psycho person starting to tick him off. He has only rarely seen Thomas around here, but when he does he always hears him cracking a bad joke or pun, or perhaps trying to annoy someone just for his amusement. He hadn't approached the lich king yet, and good thing he didn't, but now the circumstances had turned. And it was only because he was simply walking by here. He stops just several meters from the group, noticing Apia, Tholman, and Victorie for only for a brief moment, as he gives an annoyed glare at Insania.

"Like seriously..." he continues as his cold eyes focus on his chillingly, "Can ya just shut up for one damn moment or somethin'? Nobody's laughin' here, other than your crazy ass. Go fetch yourself some talent or don't fuckin' bother with us, ya brainless loon."

The group can also see a certain scarf thats wrapped around his neck. While two will barely take notice of it, one may recognize it all too well.
@Floodtalon

Thomas:

"That's enough."

Before the Butcher and the rest of the Machina soldiers in the hangar had a chance to fire upon the sneering Henry, a tall pale man emerged from the hangar doors on the opposite side of the conflict as he commanded them in a phlegmatic, yet stern, voice. His smooth palish blonde hair shined underneath the extensive neon lights that lit the hangar as he approaches in a white and purple priest-like robe. He wasn't alone however, as two suited guards escorted with him, both standing slightly behind the figure as they flanked his side and rear guards. The man silently waved his hand to the grunts that were pointing their guns at Henry to stand down, including the other four-armed robot that was nearby. They acknowledged as they continue to go about their daily business.

It ought to be anything but easy for an ex-demonic entity to quickly gain the trust of everyone here... but alas was the reality of the Nexus, where very few can be trusted.

As his guards stand put, the figure's face begins to lighten into a friendly smile as he looks down at the... rather short person.

"Greetings Avaritia," he says in a calm welcoming tone, "I believe we haven't met properly yet. My name is Constophiles, Director Karizawa's advisor for this facility. You are permitted to call me Consto for short. He was supposed to meet you here, but unfortunately unscheduled business prompted him to leave just an hour ago. So I'm taking over his place while he's gone."

He pauses as he lightly clears his throat.

"Now," he continues as he slowly extends his hand, "Enough with the formalities. I was told you were sent to retrieve several Angelic artifacts for us..."

With Henry's departure from the mountain, Titanica was able to retrieve the goat leather for herself and move on. She was still rather perplexed with Henry being in a contract with the Eel, however she didn't care much for that deal. He was otherwise in the same boat as her, which surprisingly he didn't seem to question such a possibility, only he was working for a different vassal and he in turn was also not a Vassal. She only thought that Hoho was the only person to embark on such a quest. Perhaps it was lucky of her to have Henry not figure out her true intention with the goat, but the fact that he played it smart was enough to make him look rather competent. Either way, he isn't a threat to her... at least at the moment.

Within a span of several hours, Titanica soon collected the other two components for Hohenheim's contact. She first encountered a nesting Roc guarding her precious eggs and proceeded to exterminate the mother. Luckily for the bird, one of her feathers became dislodged and fell to the ground. After retrieving the feather, the Vassal simply left the scene, leaving the mother to continue caring for her unhatched brood. It was only luck that spared the Roc from becoming a deep roasted-ready meal. The Vassal finally entered the ocean depths and completely annihilated a giant squid, ripping out the final component of the contract. The squid's ink sack.

With all the supplies in tow, the Saurian Vassal makes the long trip back to the hot springs where she initially met Hoho. She also recalls meeting the cat-lady... what was her name again? She didn't quite remember. But it doesn't matter now. Once she gets to Hoho, Titanica plops down the black goat's skin, the Roc feather, and the squid ink impulsively.

"Here." the vassal of nether growls as she exhales a deep sigh, "Your materials. Now... what do you want?"

Tina and Unit-T's profiles. After this is accepted, Ill make a post within the weekend (Or maybe Friday).

@Lord Sawsaw2 Will try to do it later today. All I’m hoping is that the guild will remain fast and stable enough for me to actually post it.
