It's been 6 years, but I'm back, baby! Old 4 eyes is back, and hopefully less horribly cringe than I was when I was just starting out! Armed with a keyboard and wit, I'm back.

Hmm, I had an idea, since this is a sort of AU, I think something interesting would be having an alien. I mean, the original cast had ax, and we could have an alien who thinks he is a human, since he looks almost fully human! So, who do we think could be related to him, since I am planning on having him work as an apprentice bio-chemist.
Alright, that sounds cool! I will be waiting to make my first post.
@PlatinumSkink You are correct in the fact that his Vulpix was rescued from an evil group by some trainer, given to the professor, and was meant to be given to him to protect as a proper trainer. So you got that right.
Name: His real name is Svetnoglar, but he refers to himself as Svetlalna or even just Lalna.
Gender: Male.
Human? No, he is a human-like alien raised as a human, so thus he does not know of his true species. Thinks of himself as a human and looks like a human, mostly.
Personality: He is a very intelligent person, and won't let you forget it as he is blunt and thinks of others less intelligent then him as slightly lower life forms, but that has to do with his species. But, dispite his coldness towards others less intelligent than him, he is very kind, and will help people if they are in trouble, because he knows every species has a right to live. He is also a bit stubborn, so convincing him that he is wrong about something or that something he doesn't think is real is real would be difficult.
Physical Description: Svetlalna is a tall man, being a little under 2 meters, being easily the tallest of most groups. He is also a wee bit awkward because of his height, but has decent muscle and stamina to make himself less awkward. His skin tone is lightly tanned, but obviously white, with a bit of fur at the back of his neck and back, as well as a tiny little tail from what the doctors call a genetic mutation, but could well be a result of being whatever species of alien he is. He has a handsome face, and his face is almost a little foxlike, having two small beautiful and calculating hazel eyes ringed with what seems to be stars, a small nose, and sharp(er) teeth.
Favorite Morph(s): None yet, ability undiscovered.

@SupernovaBlitz The heck do you mean "love Pokémon for more than is socially allowed"? This is the Pokémon World! Basically everyone loves Pokémon! I don't think there's any social limits on loving Pokémon here! Or do you mean he does immoral experiments on Pokémon the general public would have issue with, or what? XD
That said, I think I would prefer if the hider included his name in front, with perhaps some fluff after if you so wish. The link to his image doesn't work as intended, I have to remove a ".com", which is more than I should.
I will say the first-person all-blue paragraph of background might not have had the effect you were going for. It felt like unnecessary padding when I just wanted the information. Quotes for flavoring can be used in-between sections, but like this it dragged.
So his name is Steven and had a tutor named Stevenson? Heh. Okay. Well, that is perfectly plausible.
Alright, so he trained for months before actually being given his own Pokémon. A little excessive, but alright. Anything to become as efficient a Pokémon trainer as possible, I assume. This background is accepted. *turns to look at fairly well-sculpted world* ... Now to figure out where those parents fit into this.
"a strange bracelet/watch that allows him to integrate technology into it, such as a pokedex, found in a capsule that fell from the sky" - I'm, uh, confused. That one came out of nowhere. Honestly, I might even have considered it if you said he MADE it, because he's that much of a scientific genius, but you're saying it literally fell out of the sky? No explanation? Why do you even need it, it's not like I'm burdening the others with needing to mind how they're carrying all the things in their inventories? I'm afraid that until I know the answers to that I cannot allow you to have this item.
It is the intention that the players is to determine who their first Pokémon that they receive from Kalmia is, even if the character themselves won't know. Now, you didn't claim anywhere that you were done, but you did say you posted it here for review, so I'll say that. Unless you for some reason want me to pick your first Pokémon, make the sheet for that one, too, following the rules in the first OOC page.

Ohh, I see, I didn't notice that before! Blame half my vision going to shit because of an industrial accident with a machine suddenly falling apart due to something to do with a forklift crashing into a machine, but my eye is damaged and cannot see very well anymore, which is probably why I never noticed that.
