Depends on the build. Weaker end of things it could be a Mercury. On the stronger end, it's essentially a physics breaking power which definitely puts it in the Saturn realm.
I am interested in making an "older" JUNO class and it seems some time in the 1900s would be the best place to start that. I don't want to go too early is all.

Naw written is fine. Pictures look out of place without the image align function.
@Mr Allen J I'd honestly have to google something to give you an actual answer but for the sake of the RP you could make a fictional one.
@Pie FlavorIn terms of Uroborus they would likely digitally delete you making life rather impossible. I should note that their mention in the plot does not make them the villains and they should not immediately be construed as a villainous group.
Sorry for the intrusion, but what would a Technopath be labeled under, Minerva or Saturn? Or would there be another section that it would fit better in?
Depends on how you build it. I've seen it work for both Minerva or Vulcan. I generally would say Vulcan though.
