And I'd definitely appreciate a notable NPCs list. Especially with one or two sentence bios, to give a quick idea what they do and how they might interact with the PCs.

Actually, I had a thought concerning Lucas making himself useful, and I don't know how much Serena actually needs the help, but he might stick around her just in case. That, or just doing whatever anyone tells him to, really.

There's numerous energies that are invisible, sound is among the first that comes to mind.

Honestly I haven't fully fleshed out Serena just yet (so doing the NPC bios will force me to do that), unlike the other NPCs Serena is new to this RP, the others have appeared in the Vigilance Universe before.

I just like things grounded within an extent so if I can steer you away from 'mysterious energy' to light or psionic energies I'm happy.

To be honest, no. There was no particular reason for putting 'mysterious' but only describe that the energy she manipulates is invisible and unseen. I probably should have taken it out. I didn't plan on the energy to be revealed as anything bigger or anything.

I tried to stay away from Light because I didn't want her to be mistaken for someone that can create light constructs and light energy attacks like Dagger or the Green Lantern. If anything her energy based abilities are more on the psionic side and not by controlling light if that makes any sense. Probably not. I'm a little on the slow side.

You could make some minor changes and go straight Minerva and actually use psionic powers. Becoming invisible by blocking yourself from being registered by other minds or then you'd have other possibilities down the road too.

Sorry, Busy with school. I should hopefully get a CS up tomorrow perhaps, depending if there will even be open slots until then.

No worries. While ten is a comfortable number, I'll be continuing to look over character sheets and accepting any I like.

Also, is there going to be a list of major NPCs for reference? I know I've seen Serena's name in a few apps and possibly in the OP, but, y'know, I like lists, and they're easier to look through.

Before I give a final verdict on this one, I just have one question. Is there any particular reason you chose a 'mysterious energy' over say 'light'? I feel as though all of your abilities could be accomplished using light and hard light manipulation. Bending light to allow for invisibility and creating hard light for forcefields. I would find it a bit more tangible than a 'mysterious energy' personally.

I'm afraid I have to reject this CS in its current state. Whilst I do feel the character has potential, I feel like it also could have benefitted from closer inspection of the OP in order to better inform the tone of the character and allow him to fit in more with the RP more seamlessly. In my opinion, his vigilante identity feels a little gimmicky in the context of this roleplay, which I intend to have a different tone than traditional 'crimefighting' narratives. Furthermore, it seems some of the RP rules have been overlooked and would advise you to read through them more thoroughly if you wish to adapt the CS and resubmit it. On a more practical note regarding other characters that have previously been accepted, your character's powerset is rendered somewhat obsolete by two existing characters, so you may also wish to rethink this choice at your own discretion. I hope to see an adaption of this sheet which better complements the story world as I do feel that both your characterisation and writing style have a lot of potential.
