@Lord Wraith Are the characters supposed to be together and semi-acquaintanced already, or are they all meeting each other for the first time at rp start? Or is it just as we arrange, so shall it be(provided sense is had)?

Some are already seasoned members of the convoy, others are just joining it at the beginning of the RP. Down to your discretion.

Yeah Sam's got it. I left it purposely ambiguous so you could decide if you wanted to join up in Pointe Bordeaux or if you wanted to be already part of the Convoy. If you're already part of the Convoy you're more than free to establish relationships and what not with other like players.

For the life of me I can't figure out what exactly about your sheet I'm struggling with. Some of it is my fault, like I really should have included more information about H.E.L.P. and H.I.T. on the OP because if the 'Mindjacker' really did attract H.I.T.'s attention he would have been shut down. H.I.T. had a very strict anti-Vigilante policy believing it reflected poorly on Hyperhumans to use their abilities to take the law into their own hands. That said I can't blame you for writing what you did as you couldn't possibly know lol. Honestly I think I just want to find flaws with your CS but I really can't.

Truth be told I'm rather interested to see how he fits into the story as his motivation and objective makes him more of a liability to the Convoy than an asset. He's not looking to help anyone, he's not looking for peace, he just wants to stay alive and anonymous.

So with that said, I suppose the only other thing I can say is accepted! Go ahead and throw him in the Character Tab.

Okay so here's where I'm torn, your samples are really strong but I find the sheet rather weak. The powers especially are throwing me for a loop, for such a complex ability I feel like it could be extended and further limited and balanced. I'd also ask you to remove the part about being able to pilot anything or fire any gun. The ability to build a car for example does not mean one can drive it well, in fact quite often the mechanic and the racer are different people. Likewise building a perfectly balanced firearm may make it easier to use but doesn't necessarily make you a marksman.

The backstory ends a little abruptly, especially since you have Anthony attending P.R.C.U. for approximately 12-14 years, his abilities developing at the age of 10 (About three/four years too young to attend P.R.C.U. I might add). I should note that for a male, ten years old is rather young to go through puberty. I mention puberty as this is explicitly linked to the development of a Hyperhuman's abilities. Since the school closed two years ago, it would be nice if there was something that explained what Anthony has been doing since. It seems that you did that under the 'Motivation/Objective' category but I feel like that didn't really explain the goal of that category clearly.

So my current verdict is a 'No', but if you are able to bring the sheet up to what I'm looking for before I fill the other slots I will gladly re-evaluate it.
