Phew, who made these character sheets so long!
I've read about the setting and rules for the rp, but I have a question that I'm not entirely sure if they were answered in the op.

Will heroes have a general rule against killing? I get the feeling if a hero had to kill someone this would generally be a very last resort. I'm just wondering if this is simply forbidden.

The original Mavericks were very against killing. Our new Mavericks will be allowed to develop their own views on this and our actions will affect how the public and law enforcement feel about us.

Just waking up so I will respond to all PMs and inquiries shortly!
*toddles in and puts a broody hen on these plans so they'll hatch* I'm sure this is how these things work, yes... If a toad can hatch a basilisk, I see nothing wrong with my logic.

Mythology/Folklore is a strange place lol.
@Lord Wraith I look forward to being a part of it this time around. Thanks for thinking of me! <3

Not a problem! Rather happy with those who have showed interest so far and I'm really excited to see what you come up with.
So like I had asked earlier, I do want to continue with this, but could I maybe have Darren rest out of the mission being hurt. Especially since his powers are not going to lend themselves at all to this kind of mission.

My only fear is that if you sit the mission out I have no idea how long it will take until the group comes back to the mansion so you might be essentially writing yourself out for quite a bit.
Hillan and I do have a plan for X-Men! And since I only have a couple classes left I will be pushing it forward.

I also have a lot of plans for this one! This one is particularly special to me though because of all the history Hillan and I have with writing the Mavericks over the last five years.
@Lord Wraith Hmm, that sounds really familiar. I wonder where you know of that concept from...

I've used it long before I met you ;)

But it was nice to see someone else who used it that way!
Might considering seeing if I could fit it in.

Alright cool.
Added on Esther's power. It's a bit of a doozy to read, and I'm not entirely sure if it's allowed, since it kinda skirts the edge of "no reality-warping", but hopefully it's not too potentially broken!

Eh I really don't like the idea of a 'luck' as a tangible force. Also the idea that she drains luck from those around her isn't really an asset for the team. It'd be humorous for a bit but it'd ultimately wear thin and/or get forgotten about. Now that said, don't fret right away, with some simple re-writes this power could be essentially left in tact but in an improved state.

As I don't like luck as a tangible force, I'd like to propose 'Probability Manipulation.' Now you're probably thinking, "But Wraith, that's the same thing!" Well actually it isn't! Probability is a set of pre-existing variables that surround every object and situation. When you sit on a chair the probability that it's going to collapse underneath you is very slim but it exists. If Esther was able to manipulate probability she'd be essentially able to subconsciously know and manipulate odds in her favour. She'd know where to strike in order to cause maximum damage, know what object to reach out for in order to hit a target. It'd be like a very strong sense of intuition which to most people would make her appear as lucky.
