When you sign up for an RP that says 'sandbox' you should really know you're getting yourself into a self directed and led game where its up to you to collaborate with other players for interaction. Sandboxes aren't GM led, they just give you a setting to go play in.

I think it was in the iCheck or maybe one of the convos in the titanpad, but I had considered a Primary Character and a Secondary Character for that reason. I'm completely down for that if it makes the universe building thing easier to work with.
I haven't been in the Titanpad since launch really so it might have been there since I haven't followed along.
So yeah, rather than write up another post and work with what's already happened and writing a character out we'll just take a step back and ease into this a little differently. Might even make a different character since so many archetypes will be available again. Bummer though, was looking forward to using some werewolf gifs I'd found like this one...
Yeah definitely going to be making a hero for my second character. Might do a 'Superman' archetype or a 'Batman/Ironman' archetype.
So... if our brute is gone then I'll likely make him a casualty of Shayd to set the behemoth up as more of a threat. Still though, if nobody wants to take Shayd down I'll have him leap away or create a sandbox hero to deal with him that somebody else can do something with later on. Apologies to those still in the game. I know dropouts won't effect this game in nearly the same way as others, but it's still something we have to work around. I'd almost wanna just hit the reset button and start over to get rid of half the characters in the character tab no longer in the game...

Honestly a good portion of the remaining characters have yet to post. I'd be okay to resetting and trying a whole new interest check.
I'd also like to take this as an opportunity to re-approach the stance on single characters. In a big empty universe like this, it might be a good ideas to at least entertain the idea of characters having two separate PCs instead of limiting us to one. At least with two characters I could send a Hero character after Shayd while still playing Mayhew as the Malicious Master of Mayhem. I realize we're allowed 'Sandbox' characters but it's not quite the same.
Also, Ellara is an awesome name and I like her power, too.

Faceclaims take the most of the time spent working on these, I find. I really don't have any good resources for finding them, and many just feel creepy to me, honestly. As weeaboo trash, games where I can use an anime character portrait are quite comforting, as I have a stable of images available that work for a variety of purposes.
I can't even emphasize how much I despise anime faceclaims lol.
That aside, I generally just figure out basic features I want say for Ellara 'black hair, green eyes, female' and type it into google images. Chose the first image I liked. So I really don't have any resources either, Deviantart is another site I enjoy using as well if I want someone not necessarily famous. Plus some of the artists there do face mashups for something slightly familiar and yet different looking.

As such, he's "a second-rate sorcerer and a third-rate detective." Maybe he'd get more business if he didn't print that on his letterhead, but what can you do.
Alright cool and since you said he runs his own business how old were you thinking? My goal was to keep all the characters in the 18-25 age range so there's a chance for socialization without masks.
