Is the rotating characters after a single arc concept from the Int-Check still occurring here, or has that been revised just so I'm absolutely sure?
It's been revised to a degree. If a player wants to write an arc and then swap out I'm fine with it and if a player goes inactive for more than two weeks and another is interested in that character then it rotates but otherwise once a character is yours, you have them until you are done with them.
Stardate Format:
Year = # of Billion, (13) followed by Earth Year - 1000 (990 for 1990)
Month = Month #/12 * 100 IE August = 8/12 = 66
Date = Date / Total Days per Month * 100 IE 8 = 25
Hour = Time / 24 *100 = 22/24 = 91

Here are my two proposals, just so you can read them over. I'll let you know once I do some test posts which one I'll be picking as my first active proposal; but I'd still like you to give input (and others as well) on them.
Both sheets are great concepts. I love the idea of Space Ghost but I have found that without many other intergalactic characters you are looking at potentially isolating yourself. That said, there's nothing wrong with writing by yourself due to the nature of this RP so long as that's something you'd be okay with. Vicki Vale on the other hand is easily connected to a wider web of characters due to being a Gothamite. For that reason due to personal tastes, I see Vicki as being a more dynamic character allowing for collaboration with a greater number of players and would likely be the choice I'd lean towards.
Ultimately though I want you to play which ever character you have the most passion and ideas for. There's nothing stopping you from playing both if you wanted to outside of potentially time restraints as dictated by the rules.
When I realize I have no idea what Discord is:
Just a little chat app that you can either install the full application or use a webpage based version. No sign up required, so it's nice and simple.
Added a Discord and my Skype info to the OP for those who are interested.
Figure I'll hold off on posting with Sebastian until I can either collaborate with my teammates or respond to them.
