Thanks man! I kind of debated on whether to end the season on Gwen telling Peter about Uncle Ben or having her dad figure out her secret. I just thought the latter gave more payoff immediately and there was still plenty of drama to mine from the Peter/Ben situation.

I also want to make it clear that Gwen is kind of out of her league when it comes to fighting people with any sort of real training, something I’d like to play with next season.

It'd be interesting to see Gwen teamed with a 'Wildcat' like figure for a mentor, someone who can teach her how to fight. Maybe she and Iris can take classes together at the Y. The Peter/Ben situation is definitely going to be interesting to see unravel especially now with Gwen having the idea of Peter and Mary-Jane being together in her head from Johnny. I can only imagine one of the possible fallouts in her head is now that the revelation will drive Peter into MJ's arms.

One thing I have to say I'm really looking forward to is your Goblin shenanigans. Very interested to see how you handle that particular rogue and relationship, not to mention who will end up being behind the facade since the Goblin is one that's a little easier to reinvent versus Otto. It was fun watching Tarantula work behind the scenes to get to Gwen but I'd love to see how she handles a foe who openly attacks her and baits her into combat.

Thanks, man. I've always struggled with writing the Lois and Clark relationship in its early stages, so I figured this time I wouldn't bother trying to plan things out and just go where the banter takes them. I always figured Lois should know early on if not immediately, mostly because it makes her look dumb if she's the one person who spends more time around Clark in both of his personae than anyone else and she can't put two and two together, and also because I feel like the whole "keeping a secret identity is really hard" angle is something better suited for a character like Spidey. Besides, Lois is a lot more fun to write if she's a partner-in-crime than if she's trying to balance between being a love interest and a pseudo-antagonist making Clark's life more difficult.

I never understood why any writer would take the pseudo-antagonist approach with Lois. In the New52 particularly and the Earth One publications she's been written in that manner and I never once found myself rooting for a Clark and Lois relationship. 'Course in the New52 he ended up with Diana and in Earth One he's got the redheaded uh...hookergirl whose name escapes me at the moment (but it was another 'LL').

And yes, I agree, the angst and internal turmoil that comes with the "keeping a secret identity is really hard" angle is better suited for characters such as Spidey or even Batman. It doesn't particularly work for Superman, Diana or even Thor. So it's a real breath of fresh air to see you avoiding it since Smallville had Clark beating that horse repeatedly over its ten seasons.
Actually on that note, @HenryJonesJr I also enjoyed Gwen's show down with the Tarantula and her coming out to her father. The post was well paced and it flowed in what I found to be a logical manner right down to the climatic reveal. I liked the parallels and direct homage to the first Amazing Spider-Man film with the end as well and am looking forward to how this new shift in dynamic is going to affect Gwen's story moving forward.

All in all, I say this post was a 9.8/10
@AndyC, I really enjoyed that latest Superman post. The dynamic between Lois and Clark is coming off really natural which I find lends itself to the immersion of the first person perspective. At first I wasn't a huge fan of the idea that Lois was aware of Clark's true identity so early on but as I read each new post I can see why the decision was made and I think it helps enforce the idea that Lois Lane is a Pulitzer Winning Investigative Journalist instead of it being more of an informed attribute like in some media.

To validate that your sex scenes are the only thing that keeps people coming back to this thread?

I am not that arrog-Okay, but it has been a little slow lately and I haven't written a sex scene in awhile, coincidence?-ant.
Wait, we don't like numerical scores 'round these parts?

Man, why do I want this so badly?
Oh no! Spider-Man (PS4) only got an 8.7 from IGN. That's basically a 5.4 from a reputable website.

@Master Bruce gave me a like! Feeling loved.

"How the Venom Trailer Should Have Ended"

If the answer isn't 'JK', then they're doing it wrong.

That's likely. I actually figured out a cheat in choosing custom fonts for my characters through Photoshop. The color codes in that program apply to this forum seamlessly, so I assume it'd be the same with Google Docs.

Excellent.

I also have so far discovered that neither the table or indent codes transfer during the conversion but the latter at least is simple enough to edit in before posting.
I think all I do coding wise is bolding locations and the banner at the top. Well, the occasional italics for emphasis. That's it.

Then it would for sure work for you. My only concern right now is colour codes, I assume they're pretty universal though.
