the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Cody was silent for some time as he pondered this, he had so often wondered what made him, him. Was it a collection of random genomes? A sample of what evolution would bring? Just random chance-an environmental influence?
He didn't know. But he could speculate.
'As far as I am aware, no radioactivity. No aliens, but then, Aliens could be just as bright as humans, so how would I know the difference?'
Despite himself, he smiled.
'Well. I think...well, humans are always evolving, aren't they? We become stronger, to withstand weather, or other environmental and economic factors.
Perhaps this is just a further step in evolution. Perhaps its...natures way of preparing us for something yet to come. I don't think...I don't think we are freaks, but rather...well, the human brain only uses a small percentage of its abilities. Perhaps what we have is...extra. Like we have a few more switches flipped that allows us to do...extraordinary things'
It all seemed too easy to Agent Caits, strictly speaking, everything they did had to be on the computer systems, or if they were written on paper burned. Her own office should have been cleaned out, but Agent Caits never got around to it, always using the excuse that she didn't like to get rid of information until the next subject was gathered.
And then she conveniently left it. They were, mainly, her own notes about the subjects behaviours and what she had observed. They wouldn't really be that valuable, but it still gave her an insight.
So this seemed too easy, and Agent caits wondered if they had got caught, and this was merely lulling them into a trap. Waiting as Agent Dioxide did the more serious dirty work, Agent Caits thought on it.
But no one came. there were no alarms. No fear. Nothing. Which just made her suspect something more sinister. Yet Agent Dioxide came out safely.
She replied to his query, glancing at the time.

Having not noticed the ice that was already there, Sasha blinked at the feel of...contamination in her ice, frowning over it for a moment, before giving a sigh, watching the boy put the lacrima in his mouth. That could not be fun for Edo-Karn.
"If Karn Dies, then you're a murderer and I can take you down without fear of repercussion. As it is, this is clearly endangering someone, and I will take you in. Give the lacrima, now" She said, echoing Ariel.
She was more then prepared to fight, but she was worried it might hurt the lacrima. More, she was angry that someone would seek to do this, when it seemed that Karn and Edo-Karn had found a balnce.
Jamie
The whole situation just seemed...excessive. Jamie sighed, turning just in time to watch the girl be knocked unconscious, but she didn't relax, figuring that there could easily be something else go wrong. Shifting, to stand in front of the girls, Jamie laid a hand on her blade, ready to use it again.
"Well, we can't keep her near Jackie, just in case. And she can't be let free. Nor, do I think, we can allow her to be taken into the magic council hands"
