So with my RPs getting big like I had with Fairy Tail. Collaborations had to be done and I came up with a prequel to establish more depth which is still on going and successfully enough the original which is the sequel(Both can be found on my signature).

This time around I plan to create to aru on a cinematic type of verse more related on magic side or not. The link of my to aru is on my signature. The story is a balance of character driven-decisions and plot boggling decisions thrown by me.

The goal here is to get splendid content and attain it to connect with the current to aru rp-verse I created with my players. So basically it is like a Marvel Cinematic Universe/DC Cinematic Universe. That way a lot of depth is explored.

Technically cryokinetisist are categorized as hydro manipulators. "Nature? Fire? Both are chaotic and difficult to control. Ice is structured, latticed, light as a feather, massive as a glacier. In ice, there is power and beauty."

Able to create, shape and manipulate ice, water frozen into a solid state and appears naturally in forms of snow, hail, icicles, ice spikes and candles, glaciers, pack ice, frost, and polar ice caps, and cold by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms and thus making things colder, for various effects and combinations.

Last but not least, it makes her at least resistant to the cold and hypothermia.

Weaknesses

Hot temperatures, the flame and anything that is hot counters the wonders of ice, magic or not. Even sound based magic because it shatters ice. Resistance over ice is granted however immunity isn't. Also, she hates summer. The effect of having cryokinesis is that it is a double edged sword. While resistant to the cold, the hot will make one bounce as in sensitive skin in hot weather and weakening of status/performance.

ATTACK! ATTACK! ATTACK! Psychics are intelligent beings but foolish in many ways truly which hinders and decreases their potency and performance. Rika rushes without thought which brings huge misunderstanding and negative vibes. In other words, taking things poorly in understanding and coming outright mean and idiotic.

Not so easy to open up if said person is the friend you want to bond with. As expected from an ice person. Half of her is cold. Self insecurity and angst.

Weakness Description:
Glass Canon. What do you expect from a long range fighter? Correct! Poor durability and endurance. It also doesn't help the fact that Rika is an ice person, she suffers badly in warm temperatures.

Over thinking things. Yes she does over think things and no matter what, she tries to make it logical. She also doesn't believe in magic which in a sense makes her a "racist".

Personality

Like some of her family members, she is quite aloof and reluctant to acknowledge certain people, but she's not above commending them when they truly deserve it. She is one hell of a curious person. Rika sees herself as a critical thinker which is rather the opposite due to how she reacts to certain situations. Unlike her parents. She is never over-confident, not obsessed with boys, but modest and treats her classmates nicely showing some degree of warmth.

Background

The Tsurara are chalk-full of influential people, scientists, cryo-geneticists, politicians and failures that are long forgotten. Rika carries her mother's surname instead of her father's which is unintentional through some birthright papers having a typo error and it's a tedious process to carry her father's surname. Like her mother and father, she carries the R naming theme of her parents, Rika is never met her mom in person but knows of her through pictures, email and her mother is always busy and that her father is the one that takes care of her.

One day, Rika replicated her mother's experiment; mixing liquid nitrogen in certain chemicals. During the winter season, there was a snowstorm and people have to stay in their homes to be safe, it was raining that day as well; as a matter of fact this was the theorized condition to replicate her mother's experiment and she was struck by lightning, leaving her in coma for a year. A strong change occurred in the 14 year old once Rika, discovered her new found power and hopes that it will bring her closer to finding her mother and give justice for her family of reuniting together. "My name is Rika Tsurara and I'm the coldest woman alive, when I was a child my mom wasn't there and so I replicated her experiment to get closer to her and believe in the impossible and the accident made me the impossible. I will find my mother and bring justice to my father and reunite as a family... I am Rika Tsurara"

Descriptive Appearance:
All is black including hair and glare, dressed in black thy black mourns through its cross as white is the heart that reflects deep inside. Peter dons a darkened outfit, inside he wears a white long sleeved shirt and a grey small sized jacket, he also wears black pants and dark boots and his fabulous coat as the last part of his fashion. His coat is tailored by his late wife and it is something that Peter holds dearly.

Blackness assured. Peter is a young man in his late-twenties, he is fair in complexion and stands 5'11 in height. He has brown eyes and his long black hair unkempt with the exception of a pony tail and bangs covering the left side of his face. He is physically muscular and trimmed, well endowed as his body is his temple.

Serious is the black yet the heart is white, Peter wears black gloves that distinguish him as a hunter. His color motif is actually blue despite the blacks he dons.

Personality:
Grief can change someone whose bright into black but still that doesn't change that life is vast. Peter is a kind man who is full of dedication and burning compassion to his job as a hunter. He takes great responsibility for his actions and has a great sense of justice, and dislikes foul play(a hypocritical point since at certain times his actions are very contradicting). The man he is, is upbeat, cheerful and slightly abrasive. But the trauma of losing his wife still lingers. Which in fact prevents him from settling down and love again.

Basic Bio:
Peter is born from a small family of hunters whose business is to serve the Capital in Mortis of all things food and rarity of medicine. The family hunts down animals for food and medicine(after studying the composition of the animal), as hunters it is to be ensured that the food is fresh and clean. Furthermore if the animal have any unknown properties such as poison or toxic residue, it is the job of the family to separate the dirt from the clean in order to make it truly fresh and clean. The family works along side with doctors to create the said antidotes, potions of all kind to make the food good. The reason why medicinal major is the family's advocacy in food is that they believe; "With clean food, all is fresh and the necessary potions in return can help many."

He also studied in the college of Arcanatras which in return have made him enhanced in the field of hunting and animal anatomy.

Skills:
Animal Anatomy Knowledge: Since his teens, he learned about the structures of animals; especially the weird ones. This knowledge is developed for safety measures in the meat business of his family.

College Alumnus: He graduated in the College of Arcanatras and his major being "Animal Anatomy".

Well endowed hunter: Being a hunter means knowing your prey and communicating with animals. Not to be mistaken with animal cruelty, animals indeed have feelings. Hunt the right animal policy.

Marksmanship: The signature of the hunter is the bow and the arrow. Arrows in this case are dipped with certain ingredients.

Stacy unsure of what to do, she follows along what Gwen do which is to strip naked and so she did, "Gwen, maybe we should talk to her than to fight her, I don't think we have a plan of attack if she is a rogue mage." Stacy told Gwen to think it through first but Gwen thinking the latter is an enemy. "I have a plan... ATTACK." Gwen charges into the mage with swift kicks and conjunction of ice make spells by snapping her fingers as the whirling spikes of ice appears in every direction. Attacking without warning, Gwen does what she thought is right.
"Ice Make: Rosen Krone!" Gwen uses a spell of ice that erupts flowers from the ground. Stacy tries to disarm part of the roses with her own ice make. "Ice Make: White Tiger!" A pack of tigers grab onto the crown of roses. "Stranger, I'm sorry about my teammate here, we're not trying to kill you! Sorry~"
