@Lunar Nah, I just had an idea for an anti-hero that refused to become government sanctioned, because the idea of the american government being given control of a bunch of super-powered beings sounds like an extraordinarily BAD idea.

Is that "All superheroes MUST live inside the HQ." a rule of the RP, or an in-universe law in order to not get labeled as a Vigilante and have the cops shoot to kill?

@ProPro Sorry, my internet decided that, for the last week, it wasn't going to load the site. No idea what the hell happened, but it was Roleplayerguild, Facebook and ChannelAwesome that it decided it had had enough of and refused to load. Every other site was fine, but it just decided that I wasn't allowed on this one. I'm gonna try to finish it tonight or tomorrow, though.
