I am still on RPG, so do feel free to message me. Just don't have the time or energy to actually join any RP's right now. Focusing on a LOT of other projects, including getting into Audio Drama.

@Simple Unicycle Don't worry, there is such a thing as "People learning from their mistakes" and i'm hoping the GMs will give me the opportunity to prove that. And while yes i was planning on using John, it was more going to be in the "Old soldier looking for redeption" capacity, but at the end of the day, the decision is up to Sep and Bruce if they want to trust me with him and if they see the aggregious incident from 4 years ago as too much to trust me and then, as always, i'll abide by the GM decision. Also, being that John is his own character with his own story and rogues gallery, if someone specifically says "Hey, i got a John Stewart focused story i want to do" i'm sure we can work something out.

@Sep As i said, i would never dream of forcing a threat upon anyone else, and that's going to be the endgame scenario for the story. It would be the old:

Minion: "My lord, the planet is ripe for the taking! Shall we begin the destruction?"
Warlord: "The rings, you fool, all forces to Coast City, we need to secure the rings! They are too powerful to risk dividing our forces. We must focus entirely upon their fortress until the rings are in my grasp. Then the rest of planet will be ours... And then... THE UNIVERSE!!!"
Minion: "My lord, the Communications Decoys are in place. They will not be able to call for help and the rest of the planet will have no idea we are here until it's too late."
Warlord: "Excellent, there will be no escape for them this time!"

For the most part it's going to be the Power Rangers style "Warlord sits on his ship sending a monster of the week to attack our plucky young adventurers"
@Sep Well, the main point of the story is to have that "The big bad is coming and we gotta be ready for him" edge. I'm looking into big alien warlord types. Would Ronin the Executioner sit better with you?
@Sep Fair enough. I'll start digging for a suitable replacement.
@Sep The villain is always up for debate. Honestly, if there was gonna be a War World visit, the entire battle would be focused entirely on Coast City or maybe have them lure it to the Moon so that the battle doesn't spill over to other peoples story, unless they specifically want it to.
Applying for Lanterns again, but i'm going back to basics, trying something a bit different, even if i think the structure of the previous one worked and as much as i'd love to try it again, i doubt it'd be accepted. So i think i'm gonna try something a little... Closer to the original characters, but along the same lines of story.

@Mao Mao Transformers at least had the caveat that it USED to be part of Earth 616 continuity, even if it isn't anymore. TMNT has never been, to my knowledge, part of Marvel or DC official continuity.
@Master Bruce Understandable, back to the drawing board.
@Simple Unicycle Again, I am asking less "Hey, can I smash this square peg into this round hole?" More a "Hey, can I put this rectangular piece that is designed to go in this rectangular hole into this square hole that it actually has been shown to fit into."

Or this
@DocTachyon I mean, obviously if MB says no, that's the end of it. But I disagree with your analysis. The entire point of Transformers is their interactions with Humans. I mean, it was either Bob Budianski or Simon Firman (Can never remember which) always said "The Transformers came to Earth and took the disguise of our vehicles. What's the point of setting it on Earth if not to interact with humans." Plus, in recent media, a considerable chunk of Transformers Stories has been "How do they interact with Humanity?" IDWs comics were all about that, Rise of the Beasts and Bumblebee movies, as is the current Earthspark cartoon. Hell, the first season of Transformers Animated was about the Autobots fighting Human supervillains.

As for scale, I tend to think of characters much in the D&D RP scale. Standard characters tend to be Common sized, which takes up a 5ftx5ftx5ft cube of space. Hulk would definitely be a large creature 10ftx10ftx10ft cube and honestly, thats where i was planning on outting most of my Transformers, like how they are in Transformers Animated. But then there are plenty of Marvel/DC Characters that are Huge sized that take up that 15ftx15ftx15ft cube of space, which is where i would put most of the bigger Transformers. I mean, Giganta is even bigger than that. Antman can become bigger than that. Atomsmasher, Sentinels/Master-Mold, Kluh, I think there is plenty of space for that.
@Master Bruce Understandable. Would it be OK to do a smaller Transformers story? I had an idea of a small team of Autobots arriving on Earth alongside a small team of Decepticons. Really take advantage of the "Robots In Disguise" part where the Transformers are trying to keep quiet due to their lack of numbers. Less Michael Bay "Leveling an entire major city with every encounter" and more a Hulk style of "Clashes tend to ruin a building or maybe a street before all sides slink back into the shadows."
