Hit a wall with Batgirl myself, so I think I'll drop her for the time being despite having a few plot hooks. I'll be drawing up a different concept soon and get the game on my end back on track.
And suddenly a fourth problem reared its head.

“Just our luck, I guess.”

The girl sighed as she rose from the cockpit, grabbing her blaster pistol from the dash as she did so. She left the intercom on as she checked the system diagnostics one last time. She wasn’t sure how she missed the report on the transformer, but there it was flashing in red. On the bright side, salvaging for common parts needed for transformer repair wasn’t all that out there. It was certainly easier than finding the exact type of angstromatic disc they needed. Easier than finding transponder codes that wouldn’t get them shot into stardust from an imperial cruiser.

“We’re gonna have to salvage. Should be the easiest thing to find on our grocery list.” She said over intercom, “Just going to have to hope we don’t run into trouble. There’ll be enough of that hunting down the transponder codes we need. See you in five... going to make sure I got what I need ready.”

Leaving the pilot’s seat Tryansa took another breath to calm her nerves as her brain went over everything she needed to remember when they left the interior of The Carthage. Broken transformer. Inoperable transponder codes. A compatible angstromatic disc. Not enough credits. It sounded like they needed to make contacts, though the only contacts on Andares Prime she still had didn’t want to see her, let alone hire her and someone they had no track record with.

Miranda was good. Back when Tryansa was last on Andares Prime she hadn’t met her yet and Tryansa herself was rather inexperienced and plucky, a mostly green pilot and occasional hireling. If the local settlement was still run by that old warlord then she would be in steep trouble given how much she had set his operations back. At the very least if he was listening he wouldn’t have recognized The Carthage as its original transponder codes had been wiped from its databanks some years prior to Tryansa meeting Miranda. She wondered how much uncovering her past would do harm, but with Miranda being a fresh face as long as Tryansa kept her head low it should’ve been serviceable enough. If they needed to operate in league with the old man or any of his old cohorts they’d have to do it through Miranda while Tryansa kept quiet and discreet. Tryansa was good at discreet. She could do that.

It didn’t take long for her to dig through her quarters for her extra gear. A spare hold-out pistol, some grenades and other utilities. Her credit chit. She knew she had just enough credits to keep her ship in the “spaceport” unmolested by scavengers and crooks. It was better than landing the ship in the middle of nowhere and hoping for the best. For the time being, anyway.

She straightened her synthetic jacket as she moved a stand of hair from her face, before moving toward the docking bay… or what made for a docking bay. As Miranda likely shuffled through her own things she leaned against the walls of the ship, arms crossed as she waited for them to get started.

Physical Description
Amagaida, otherwise known as “Gaida” in her new life, is slender and toned. Her hair is red like Mars and eyes a nearly golden amber. She keeps herself as fit and nurtured as possible, though this can be forgotten given the thick, insulated clothes needed to survive with the inconsistent temperatures on the Lightning Galleon. She’s noticeably taller than even some men on the vessel, though not by much. Her attire often has a sense of being “all business” even in the most casual and less abrasive of environments. She rarely shows skin and often stylizes her hair in a relatively conservative fashion.

In terms of her mobile suit equipment she keeps a old assortment of Zeon gear and while the brandings and adornments of the Principality of Zeon are faded or outright masked by new coats of paint, she often retools things in fond memory of when she flew against Federation forces for the good of her faction.

Character Conceptualization
Gaida is a former Zeon ace who has forced herself out of her old lifestyle in hopes of building something from scratch.

Deceptively smart yet constantly in doubt of the universe around her she has yet to atone for her sins, though part of her feels she doesn’t need to as she still fiercely believes in what she fought for: independence from the Earth Federation at all costs. She was a child when the Earth Federation occupied Munzo and has a burning loathing of the arrogance of Earth in her blood. This does not lend to her despising people from Earth, but it does lean toward her interacting with a sense of bias and contempt beyond a facetious mask of civility and kindness.

Mobile Weapon Description
Gaida pilots a retrofitted, personally modified AMX-011 Zaku III. As a former pilot for the Principality of Zeon and ‘resistance fighter’, this is not largely out of place. One could consider it a “Zaku III Kai” given its amount of customization.

It has similarities to Mashymre’s Zaku III customizations. The multi-purpose beam cannons that can be ejected and used as beam sabers, the beam rifle, and vulcan gun mounted on the head’s chassis. Many of the armaments Gaida was once used to have been scrapped or sold as she attempts to find a new life beyond Zeon and the Federation. She has heavily modified the suit itself to better suit its sensory capabilities and civilian utilities. Utilizing her mobile suit for scrapper duties seems like a waste, but she has found nothing to fight for since the principality’s downfall. Any new Zeon movements that have cropped up since she left have piqued her interest but nonetheless have not recruited her to their cause.
It's okay, I hate me too.

I don't hate you, lmao.
Rip my hot-blooded shounen protagonist OC. :(

I feel bad for not reaching out when we decided to recalibrate this. I'm not sure how I'd add another unit when I've already got four. :(

“We didn’t see anybody else.” Rael volunteered as she leaned back against the wall in the common room.

The red-haired girl wasn’t surprised about the news about Luci. She couldn’t imagine the girl who had lost literally everything would want to see people who hadn’t lost anything. The green-haired girl was perceived as cold before the glitch, so she could imagine that in her grief she wanted to grieve in silence alone. All of the information she had heard from Shev and Priscilica made that fairly clear. She eyed Kazuki, wondering how he took the encounter, though she didn’t remark on it, instead deciding to move the subject along.

“We should head back and figure out what we’re doing next.”
Same, but mine's better.

Narrator: It was in fact, not better.
