Alright, awesome. I'll write some comments, and then you reconnect on them.

✣ The picture is very cool. Nice effects!

✣ There is one detail about the chronicle that I would like to change, and that is this line: "Jackson and Ifrit existed in the same body...". It sounds cool and all, but Archons would not 'possess' someone in this way (even if outright possession was or wasn't what you meant). So, instead, I'd like to change this to something like "Jackson's experiences with Ifrit made him very attractive to fire spirits". How you want to word it is up to you.

✣ The comments on the magical abilities are nice. However, it seems like 'Pyrokinetic Flight' is an application of 'Pyrokinetic Surfing', so you can remove the 'flight'-part from the links. While the speed, sliding, and leaping of Pyrokinetic Surfing is alright, I'd like to keep the flight as progression for Jackson—that is, he learns it a bit later in the story.

✣ I'm on the fence about 'Incineration'. It's good that you balanced it in the comments as being in the early, unstable stages. What we can do is to develop it over time rather than remove it altogether. Or, if you don't want to wait for that, you can go with an alternative that is a bit more low-key.

Other than that, this looks great! Post this in the character tab when you feel happy about the adjustments.

It's up to you entirely. However, if it is short or non-existent, I assume that we will learn more about the character's past in-game instead.

So, last thing is to change 'Hydrokinetic' for another Water Attack. The reason for this is that I want to have a bit of progression of power for the characters. I will ask everyone to add more attacks at certain points in the story (one is very early). So, eventually, Simba will become Hydrokinetic in combat as opposed to being that from the get go.

I don't know much about anime series. But, yes, spirits here are closer to animals than humans. They're very curious and friendly, but also frighten easily.

Yes and no. 'Traditional' Guardians, who live a life devoted to spirits and mediation, are obviously religious in that sense. But, Guardians created from spirit migrations, such as in this story, don't have to be religious in any way. Spirits choose their hosts based on other factors during times of duress.

There's a line about this in the codex, although short: "A spirit cannot use the languages of human beings, but they can show emotion through action and sound." It's the only thing I wrote on the matter. But, as you ask, there wouldn't be any kind of telepathic connection. Spirits can exit a Guardian's body and show emotion and wishes through actions and sound. These 'actions' could be pointing to things or drawing sings in the ground. Spirits do have their own, distinct personality and it is not affected when being absorbed or siphoned by a Guardian/Renegade.

Alright, very cool. So, I'll mention a few things, and then you can respond with your take on that.

✣ You can remove the decimals from his length. I know it pops up when you convert imperial to metric, but we never mention decimals over here in Europe. So, '175 cm' is enough.

✣ The edited picture with frame and all was a nice effort!

✣ I recommend that you think on your character's ideology/chronicles sections and add to them over time. God knows I don't enjoy writing long character sheets up front, either, but I do encourage people to revisit their sheets as much as they can—before and during the story.

✣ Can you give this 'Dreaming Archon of the Ocean' a name? Preferably something other than Cthulhu, hah. While we're on this subject, I'd like to mix Water and Poison for this Archon rather than just water association.

✣ For the combat techniques, I'll ask for you to switch blood manipulation for something else. Maybe something from the Poison element? And for the Hyrdrokinetic choice, which is fine but a little too broad at this point, I'll ask for you to choose something from Water Attacks.

I've been debating it over for the past couple of days about whether or not I wanted to put my name into the interest hat, but I just couldn't resist. So consider this being my official claim of interest. I've got an idea for my character too. Some things will have to be double-checked, but you can expect something within the day from me.

@Prisk Can you give me and example of an attack/technique? Namely how you'd like us to describe it in our CS.


Sure. All you have to do, really, is link the ones that you like on the superpowerwiki. So, go to the Codex, scroll down to Combat, click on the elements that you want, and look under 'Applications' and 'Techniques'. There is usually an 'Attacks' section under 'Applications'. You don't have to describe anything, just link to the things you want your character to know. And don't worry about power levels, I will go through everything once you're done.
I was just about to ask for a head count, but a few more of you popped in. That's great.

Anyway, I'm currently working on the last few regions and puzzling together my characters, of which there are two. I guess the second one is a really fancy Non-Player Character, though.
