Hey everyone! :) Quick little update. Some of you know, but I'm moving across the country for college this week. Please, please, please keep an eye on your post counters and keep on posting. I love you all deeply and know that you're capable of doing it. I should be able to have laptop access at night, but won't have it regularly until Monday, and then my classes start Tuesday. This week, and this week only, there'll be posting amnesty. I won't be mad if your post comes in late, as long as it's in by Monday. Blue'll likely be posting an Altsoba Update, or I will, if I can get enough computer time.

Also, once we wrap up the day, all the surviving characters will be getting a reward. Those with dead characters will be receiving a special PM from me regarding the Rise of the Witnesses, and instructions surrounding that.

"And if the accent didn't tip you off, I'm from Boston," Jack answered. "Well, Boylston, but nobody evah knows 'bout Boylston." He couldn't help but be impressed my her firm handshake, especially given her lack of another arm. He'd been living in the same world as her, but he'd never seen someone amputated in order to avoid turning. Newnan seemed to get better with each and every moment, and Jack's head turned, hearing the crackle of the radio. Subconsciously, he expected a police dispatch report, a request for all available units to go to a location. He reached for where his own radio would've been on his belt three years ago, only to grab air.

Jack hesitated slightly, thinking over it all carefully. As much as he wanted Tatiana to find her friend, he couldn't help but feel that wherever Davi was, she wasn't Davi anymore. "Could be," Jack agreed, settling on a more positive outlook. "We ahen't supposed to just wandah around yet, could ask Miss Sally to take us to the wall to see. 'Least we can do, since you speak Russian, solovey."

He nodded at her, squeezing her slightly as a show of confidence and faith. Even if it wasn't Davi, he figured, Tatiana would be able to translate, probably be a show of good will for those in Newnan. On the other hand, he couldn't help but be slightly suspicious. What were the odds that two Russian speakers would show up in Newnan on the same day? He glanced down at Sophia, feeling a bit rude for them getting ready to leave as soon as they met her. "Do you know where Tati can go an' see if this is a friend of hers?" Jack inquired.

Personality: Hopkins is almost like a shark, but far more intelligent and manipulative. He is the ideal politician, able to embody what the public needs, and veil the dark and sadistic soul behind it all. He craves power and control, unable to deal with the thought of going in blind to a situation. Details stick out to him, in a manner that they don't usually do so to other people.

History

The Basics: Gregory was born to a family of relative influence in England. He had two siblings, one of which was incarcerated and the other which fell prone to drug abuse. That left him to get into politics, in order to round out the bunch. He grew to be a prominent politician in England, but he couldn't stand the foul taste that Brexit left in his mouth. He pulled a few strings, called in some old favors, and established himself within Dunder Mifflin just a few months prior. There are certain rumors about Hopkin's previous line of work, but he'll insist that it was just a small position within the British government, shuffling papers around and representing average citizens. Nothing fancy to romanticize about. With the mass quitting at the New Castle branch, Gregory has decided to come down personally in order to achieve some stability. And if not, shut down the branch.
