I'll finish writing up my relations tomorrow. ^^

Did that leave you all feeling a little dazed and disoriented? It's only natural, I suppose. It isn't often that time explodes and implodes simultaneously, leaving those at the epicenter in a state that is both with and without time. No one can say for certain whether time is moving at the circus or if it has stopped. Checking a watch is useless as well. One minute, it could say midnight. The next, it might insist it was 5:22. Eventually, the poor thing might just break from the constant corrections. But aside from a few individuals, no one else in the world noticed the mess made of time. Only those at the circus are really aware of what's going on...

Let's not forget about the angels and their daughters, though! I mentioned the kumakatok before, didn't I? Well, it is a little known fact that there is only one true way to kill a kumakatok. To do so, you must remove and burn their cloak. But with Eudora carrying the thing around with her, that poor creature isn't actually dead, no...It's simply...elsewhere? No, that isn't quite right either...But needless to say, Azrael won't be happy. The girl with the cloak was her favorite child.

And then there is Seraphina's adopted daughter, Emmie. Not only was Seraphina murdered by a stranger, but the murder in fact was arranged by one of the people standing near Seraphina when she died! Yes, that death was orchestrated and so far, it seems the betrayal has gone unremarked. It's a pity, that. But of course, Emmie may have other problems to think about now, considering that she is the new Prophet of the Lord.

Andromeda Aldrich

Location: Cirque Anomaly, Main Tent - December 28th, 2016 - Who the Hell Even Knows When?!
Interacting With: Faust, Time Misfits, and the Demon Elimination Squad (@BlueSky44@Nallore@Witch Cat@FantasyChic@Pundii)

Andromeda rubbed her head tenderly as she slowly sat up. She had landed on the floor of the stage, narrowly missing one of the many abandoned knives that were lying around. The entire fiasco hardly made any sense to her and the more she thought about it, the less she wanted to think about it all. Some of those moments they had intruded on, such as the pair of hospital scenes. Others didn't seem to be as reckless, but it wasn't natural in the slightest, traveling through time like that...

Folly was lying where her corpse had been left, though she was breathing steadily now. She closed her eyes, remembering a few of the people who she had spotted. One of them appeared to be eerily familiar, like a best friend she had yet to meet. Shaking her head a bit, she felt for bruising on her neck, but none was there. All that remained was the scar from when her father had tried to kill her. It was as if her death at Mephistopheles or rather Faust's hands had never happened.

"That seems to be the question of the hour," Cecily observed, hearing everyone ask where they were and what had happened. She wiped her eyes dry on her sleeve, imagining that the shock of the letter had driven her insane. There was no way that it was real, after all. Such a despicable man couldn't have been her father--her parents weren't that great, but they were her parents. The notion that she was adopted...that was silly.

"I believe time broke down," Fairfax observed, pleasantly surprised that time didn't seem to be attempting to murder him. He couldn't tell if Eudora's spell was still working or not. "As for the demon...It seems he has been impaled!"

True to Fairfax's form, Faust was currently impaled on a mic stand. Given that he was a demon, it wasn't too serious as injuries went, but he also wasn't able to go very far. It might have been residual effects of the chaotic travels through time or perhaps he just couldn't be bothered to remove the iron rod from himself. Either way, this was the time to interrogate him, the time to finally get questions answered. Only a few others had sustained injuries during the trip. Katsumi had been grabbed by Faust during the travel, with a large burn on her back in the shape of his hand. It'll leave a permanent scar. Emmie and Daniyal had a few scrapes and bruises, but it wasn't too much of a worry.

"Eudora, bind him here somehow," Andromeda suggested. "I know most of you are very confused, but I think Mephistopheles here has all the answers we're looking for..."

Aloise Zamora

Location: Gus' House - December 28th, 2016 - 6:55 P.M. Local Time
Interacting With: Olivia Johnson @Nallore

Aloise ignored Olivia's use of strength to open up the door. She had been a marine after all and had met plenty of people who prided themselves on doing tricks like that. Of course, what Aloise didn't know was that Gus' doorknob was notoriously stiff. Only someone with extreme strength would've been able to snap the lock in such a manner. It was in Olivia's best interest that Aloise hadn't noticed. Otherwise, Aloise might've come to the conclusion that Olivia was the demon.

Inside the house, things were normal for the most part. Dishes were still in the sink, laundry was inside a bin outside of what looked to be a cramped laundry room, a book was open on the couch. Normal, ordinary, definitely not demon activities, right? Aloise moved around the house with caution, running her hands over a stack of newspapers. There was every edition for a few years, with a few exceptions. The papers from the last few days were missing.

In the kitchen, the sink was a sorry sight once Aloise looked at it more closely. Maggots were amongst the dirty plates, with milk in a glass partially solid. Frowning, it would be obvious to anyone that Gus hadn't been there in ages. But for someone like Olivia, his scent could be tracked--all the way to the circus. "I was afraid of this," Aloise sighed. "We need to find him quickly--there's not much time. Any idea where he could've gone?" She was already mentally preparing an excuse to look at the circus, figuring that in five minutes, he would be there. His plan would begin then, Aloise was certain.

October Crypt

Location: Salem Train Station - December 28th, 2016 - 6:55 P.M. Local Time
Interacting With: Carolina Reed @Nallore, Detective Hanson, Agent Keenan, Assassin Woman

October's gut reaction was always to not involve the authorities. She didn't trust the various organizations out there in the world who claimed to be friendly to those with gifts, despite her working relationship with S.H.I.E.L.D. But Carolina was likely right--they had just witnessed a murder. They could identify the woman who ended that man's life. "Let's call her when we get to Coventry," October said. Putting some distance between them and Salem was the best option at the moment.

Of course, the girls didn't get very far before more horrors occurred. Detective Hanson and Agent Keenan came running out of the station, stopping when they came upon Liam's body. With the sound of the motorcycle engine, the girls couldn't make out what the pair were saying, but by their facial expressions, shock was evident. Neither of them had expected Liam to die quite like this. The man had always seemed too stubborn to die so far.

Keenan looked up from the body, his eyes finding the girls on the motorbike by the taillight. The distance between them was increasing rapidly as Keenan raised his gun and fired as many shots as he could. Carolina was out of range but October wasn't. A shot imbedded itself in her side, practically in her back for all intents and purposes. Her grip on Carolina went weak before she fell from the bike. She was lucky to still be alive.

But that wasn't the only shot that rang out. Hanson dropped to the ground next, the assassin from before seemingly having appeared out of the shadows.

"Fugitive Walter Hanson has been crossed off," the assassin said, exchanging a glance with Keenan.

Keenan then replied, "Acknowledged, Agent Decker."
Quick announcements, folks!

@Pundii@BlueSky44@Nallore@Witch Cat@FantasyChic: We are nearing the end of chapter two. You have all of the information you need, or close to it, to solve the two cases presented in the clue sheet. Because of this, I am requiring a clue/relation sheet update before this post hits day eight. NPC characters do not need clue sheets. Only full characters do. No need to discuss relations with each other, since you'll have a good idea by now of how your characters currently feel/interact with each other.

There are prizes available for solving chapter two correctly. Since there are two cases, you can win up to two prizes. The prizes up for grabs are temporary plot armors. Think of them like a shield--let me know which character is using it and when they roll a death, I'll ignore the death and they will be spared. The plot armor will then be "used up" and no longer available.

The first case requires a correct answer to this question: who is Mephistopheles working for? The second case requires a correct answer to this question: Who/what created the wardrobe? What is it actually?

If you think you have an idea/solution for either of the cases - doesn't have to be both - please send me a PM! The sooner that's done, the sooner we can move onto chapter three. ^_~

@Pundii: It has been six days since I posted this notice for you. You need to submit to me your new character by end of day tomorrow. So basically, before that post hits day eight, okay?

@Pundii: Dude, I am so sorry....Like that SUCKED. O.O Did not see that roll coming. For this week only, I'll let you just post for your claimed NPC Darren, but I'll need a full character made by next week to replace Liam.

@Witch Cat: Still need you to fix the color coding and put up the NPC sheet for Daniyal.

@DinoNuts Thank you for your interest! :) And sorry for not replying sooner--just finished watching the Defenders.

As for whether we are accepting, it honestly depends on your dedication. As you'll see below in the summary of what has happened so far, a lot has gone down. And while it may not be obvious to the characters yet, but they're about to move into phase three of the RP. This will be the RP's final phase for our story arc and I imagine will be cleared quite quickly, actually, with the large and diverse cast we have. If you think you can put in the effort to comprehend our storyline and to understand that this RP has about two months or so of plot left, then I'd be comfortable with you applying to join. It'll be tricky to work you in, but if you are keen on joining and willing to do your best, then I can always figure something out. ^_^

As for what has happened so far...The zeroth post in the OOC gives a good summary of what happened in chapter one. The characters discovered that the demon, Mephistopheles, had been responsible for a string of murders. The latest of these murders had happened in the fictional town of Coventry. Characters also discovered a wardrobe that could transport its users through time and space, as well as finding a tortured kumakatok--these creatures are similar to reapers and are children of death.

In chapter two, characters essentially began to make plans as to how to deal with Mephistopheles. One of the characters was murdered, causing the group to split up, with some looking for answers. That resulted in yet another murder. A majority of the characters ended up facing down the demon at the circus in Coventry, with a lot of actions resulting in more and more cracks in time. That resulted in what some call the epic time fuckery that happened in the last GM update. In the last GM update, we also got some hints towards who is ordering Mephistopheles, the demon, around.

Now if you don't want to join a RP for the tail end of it, I completely understand. We have other roleplays in our universe open, though their genres are a bit different. Strange New Waters is accepting characters and has a Pirates of the Caribbean vibe, while X-Men: Darkness Rising is also accepting.
Update will be later today - currently binge watching Defenders :P
@Nallore I'm aiming to get an update up tomorrow. Gonna work on it some on the plane most likely. I'm thinking that from the nature of what just happened, if Blue is an update behind that'll be okay timewise... I'm also going to be updating the lore, hoping to eventually transition over to having people just refer to the lore guide.

Guinevere Stark

Location: Hanson Power Plant
{"Following's not really my style."}

Of course, Starkette, real name Guinevere Stark, didn't seem to be the luckiest kid on the block at the moment. She was used to random strangers flirting with her when she was around her father. Most people tended to flip out and hope to marry into the Stark family, since Guin was the heiress to Stark Industries. Her last name was a key reason for her code name, though it wasn't for reasons most people expected. They always assumed it was because of her father. No, she went by Starkette because of her grandfather. Peggy Carter's niece went by Agent 13. It made sense that the granddaughter of another founder, Howard Stark, would need her identity concealed as well. The original idea had been Agent 27, but she used the handle of Starkette so often when gaming that she already responded to it, and very few people guessed its actual meaning. Most assumed it was a Game of Thrones reference.

"Yet another cable wasted," Starkette sighed, tucking the mutilated earbuds into her pocket. It hadn't been the first time she used it as a wire and it probably wouldn't be the last. There was a drawer filled with them at Stark Tower, just so that way she could quickly replace a pair. "I don't know if we have any other cables around...I'll go look."

Guin didn't even pause to give Tony a chance to respond. She figured that if she had, it would be something along the lines of what the hell are you thinking? It's dangerous, Guin! And if she was lucky at all, her father was oblivious to the S.H.I.E.L.D. patch on her arm. But she probably wasn't that lucky. It'd just end up getting added into the rotation of arguments the two of them had, maybe even beating out the why the hell did you turn down M.I.T.? My alma mater? fight that had been going on since last May.

"Silver Balls. You wanna go on a date with me? Help me get the power on and keep Magenta from fucking the world over, then sure." Starkette sighed. She usually had a policy to not date people she had just bumped into. They usually turned out to be gold diggers. But there was something nice about the Maximoff boy and Starkette took off running through the next corridor, hoping to find some wires. She might as well start carrying them on her. Her gun was at the ready, just in case Quicksilver tried anything.
@BlueSky44: Day 6!

Nora Kingston

Location: Cairo - Headed Towards The Museum

As the cat dashed off towards the museum, Nora's eyes widened and she felt rather faint for a moment. Her eyes darted down to the dressing covering her brand before she returned her gaze to the cat. There had been too many coincidences lately for her to dismiss as mere slight of hand. Either this was real or someone was going to desperate measures in order to trick her. She nodded her head in turn as Neema asked if they should depart, following Neema down the street.

Nora couldn't help but notice that the cat now served as their guide. She was a bit surprised when the American asked to tag along, but Nora couldn't think of a reason to protest. Americans seemed to have fallen into a habit of following her to the museum as of late. "I do not mind in the slightest," Nora answered, though she then glanced towards Neema. If Neema protested the tagalong, Nora would follow suit. She was in Neema's debt and saw her judgment to be increasingly wise.

The cat itself was most peculiar. It would wait for them if they got too far behind, only to speed up once more when they had caught up. She had never seen a cat act in such a way before and Nora could not help but wonder if Bastet was guiding them. It was an explanation she imagined Neema giving them, though cats were intelligent creatures. Perhaps it was just by chance that it had elected to act as their guide. Maybe it thought they were overgrown kittens, in need of shelter? It was all so very strange, Nora could hardly wrap her mind around it...

But hopefully they would arrive at the museum in time. They only had fifteen minutes left.
Same. Brainstorming ideas for how to have Guin handle Quicksilver's advances lol
