@greenvoid Yup, spots are still open :D The primary difference is the Wendron Witches live in the Forest and don’t practice any Darke Magyk, while the Port Witch Coven is in the Port town near the Castle and does almost exclusively Darke Magyk
Heya folks, just checking in. OOC will be posted on Sunday - mostly for that 3/4 combination~ 7 is really important in this RP.

Guinevere Stark

Location: Brotherhood Headquarters - Inside the Main Lab - New York, New York
{"That man is playing Galaga! He thought we wouldn't notice, but we did." "}

In a matter of seconds, the situation had changed drastically. Allison was out for blood, throwing whatever she could at Magneto and the other mutant. Nina had charged past Magneto, managing to lay out Cecily and swipe the virus. She blinked and a moment later Nina was back with everyone else, and Pietro was covered in little cuts. And while it wasn't the time or the place, she had to admit, it was hot seeing Pietro take charge.

"Oh, go fuck yourself, Magenta," Guin groaned, biting down on the inside of her cheek to keep from screaming. The metal implement was still in her shoulder and on closer inspection, it seemed to have been a clamp. Fun. When was the last time she had a Tetnus shot, again...? She'd probably need to chase up that file.

Guin then decided to take advantage of the numerous distractions everyone was providing, quickly making her way down to one of the computers in the lab. Her concussion was still affecting her vision slightly, but programming was where she truly shined. Computers had been her first love. She took a deep breath before proceeding to open up a terminal window and started drafting lines of code. If successful, the code would cause a data wipe of the entire system, deleting everything and anything that Brotherhood had ever tried to put on these computers.

It'd also automatically pull up Galaga and refuse to let the computer run anything else.

Pietro's almost forgotten sibling (and we aren't referring to Miss Dane at the moment) fell down to the ground as a result of Nina's attack. The virus had been taken from her hand and it was, for all intents and purposes, complete. The last step they needed to perform would be to disperse it, since all of the real chemistry had been taken care of. As her back hit the ground, she coughed for a moment as she tried to fill her lungs with air. By the time she had recovered, she saw her half-brother deck Magneto.

She threw her hand out, and in seconds, the air molecules around Pietro's legs had condensed. Air, being compromised of mostly nitrogen or oxygen, initially turned into the liquid form. Pietro's legs were surrounded by liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen. With the low temperature associated with these phases of matter, the liquid could burn his tissues. And once solidified, the oxygen would then become a contact explosive.

"Pietro, that's enough!" Cecily called out. Unlike the twins, she didn't have any hint of an accent to her voice. If anything, she sounded American.

Pietro looked at Cecily as he found that his legs were stuck. They were freezing, and it made him grateful that he could heal quickly, probably the one thing stopping him from losing all feeling. He glared at his sister, what was she to say about him needing to stop? They hadn't even known that they were related until a few years ago, so why the hell was she protecting their father?

"What the hell Cecily," he said, the anger clearly being heard in his voice. She was stopping him from knocking out Magneto, which was his only goal. A few others here wouldn't hesitate to kill him, and he was wanting to prevent that no matter what. He hated the man, but the last thing he wanted was for him to be killed. "You don't realize what your getting into!"

"I know exactly what I'm getting into," Cecily replied. She kept her focus on the molecules surrounding Pietro, ensuring that he remained frozen in place. The more agile and able he was, the larger of a threat he became. In the corner of her eye, she could see Guin crouched over a computer, typing rapidly all while having a piece of metal stick out of her shoulder. She held her other hand out in Guin's direction, concentrating before repeating the same process. This time, however, she tried to freeze Guin's hands. Cecily hadn't started to overextend herself quite yet, able to comfortably hold the two processes.

Guin's fingers flew across the keys as she continued to work, hitting RETURN with a sense of finality as the code was finished. But she didn't have time or a chance to make any modifications, as the air surrounding her hands froze. She didn't have any sort of regenerative healing, so she felt the full chill of the frozen air. Its temperature was roughly −361.82 ° - if she didn't act quickly, she'd likely lose her hands. She screamed, barely able to comprehend that the data wipe had been successful. All of the computers in the labs were now useless, with Guin's program now turning them into glorified Galaga terminals.

Ok, now Pietro was pissed off when he heard Guin scream. He had to think fast, make her lose her concentration or something. in a flash, it hit him. His legs were frozen, but his hands and arms were still free. He glared at Cecily, and no matter what she thought she knew, she was clueless in his minds. "Sorry sis," he said, rotating his arms in a large circular motion. He managed to focus the cyclones so that they only hit Cecily, and not anything else.

She was sent flying backwards, hitting her head on the back wall. Any concentration she had would be broken, as well as the back of her head starting to bleed. He was worried about trying to unfreeze his legs, since he knew nothing about science it made him risk something bad happening if he tried. But since Cecily's concentration had been shattered, she was no longer able to manipulate the phases of the air molecules. The frozen oxygen and nitrogen surrounding Pietro's legs and Guin's hands instantly returned into its gaseous phase, with Cecily now lying unconscious.

Guin ceased screaming, staring down at her hands for a moment. She didn't understand how it had happened, beyond it being the result of someone's mutation, but she knew that oxygen and nitrogen caused things to become brittle when frozen. Very gingerly, she shifted her fingers, relieved to find that they didn't shatter and fall to the ground. She had sensation in them still and the overall damage seemed to be a case of frostbite.

"Computer data has been taken care of - just got the hard copies left. Nina, get that sample back to Beast or destroy it," Guin said. "And Erik Lensherr - you're fucking under arrest. You too, Wanda Maximoff. And rando sibling in the back. Laine...Yeah, arrested. You can surrender now and go into S.H.I.E.L.D. custody or get your asses kicked."

Virginia Crypt

Location: Russian Imperial Circus Tent City (Regent's Park)
Skills: N/A

It was a female Crypt that Ludwig was acquainted with, then. Her mind instantly went to her mother, the Lady Dywell. Narcissa Crypt had a maddening stare to her, with her father once boasting that he fell further into insanity the moment he glimpsed Narcissa's eyes. She was certainly a thorn amongst the lilies by any standards and Virginia felt a pang of heartbreak spread through her. While she knew that her father still drew breath, she knew not of her mother's fate. Was Narcissus the flower that Ludwig referred to?

But she knew better than to dismiss coincidence - there was another female Crypt who may boast a flower as an alias. Her ancestor, the Crypt with the Raven Hair - the Deadly Nightshade. This Crypt was also the ancestor of the Circus' techniques - from Ludwig's description, she seemed to fit the bill. Virginia's heart was aflutter. Here was a man who had met her ancestor - one who could potentially help her to Seek Life Elsewhere. Everything was falling into place with a neatness that she had not expected. "Where did you last see her?" Virginia asked. "I am on a quest to find her, if you will - the lily amongst the thorns - my ancestor."

James, meanwhile, was too excited with the prospect of having a brother. He nodded eagerly. "Of course! The Mamushka is the dance of brotherly love - and you can be a Crypt if you want to! Do you have a second name? We can come up with one. Mine's Petrus...Do you have a favorite murderer? Oooh...What about Nero? Adam Nero!" James offered, as if the surname was merely a title to fling around. He started kicking his legs eagerly along with an imagined beat. Virginia merely held onto James a little more tightly, to ensure that he didn't fall.

As the house lights lowered, Virginia's mind was still abuzz with questions. James leaned forward eagerly, as if he would somehow get a better view of the stage. While Virginia had seen Mamushkas before at family gatherings, James was too young to remember most of them. But this was nothing like what either had experienced with the Crypts - it was far more grandiose and Virginia had never even considered that the song could change. With each added layer of elegance and complexity, the Crypt siblings became more and more enthralled, each of them like small children seeing their very first Mamushka once more. By the time it ended, the pair of them instantly stood up, clapping eagerly over the entire spectacle.

"That was so wicked!" James shouted. He couldn't contain himself as he jumped up and down, continuing to clap. Virginia was a little more restrained than her brother, yet she was grinning widely and enthusiastically as she applauded. Such a spectacle was much needed after Mosi's death - a proper grand Mamushka unlike anything she had ever dreamed of before. Yet as Virginia took a closer look at the individuals on the stage, she found herself struck by Elizaveta's special guest. She was pale enough to be a Crypt and had striking eyes that reminded her of her own mother.

Was coincidence a compelling reason for her to make this deductive leap? Was the woman on the stage the one she had been searching for? Or was it simply her mind looking for family everywhere she could now, in a desperate attempt to save dear James? She couldn't decide. Her eyes flickered over towards Ludwig as she quietly addressed him. "The ebony haired woman - do you know her?" Virginia then asked.

It was entirely possible that the woman wasn't the Nightshade she sought out - yet she wanted to believe that she was. She wanted to believe that all of her answers were to be found here in the Circus, that she would be reunited with her family sooner than she had previously thought possible.
@Peridot Day 5 - just need you to post so we can get an update from Blue

Nancy Parker

Location: Ville au Camp: Main House (Room 202)
Skills: None

Giouse wasn't wrong - it was easy to distract Nancy at times. Had she not been an Emendator and instead a normal human being, she likely would have been diagnosed with an attention deficit disorder. Instead, she was a practically immortal wild child(?) with powerful and dangerous abilities. To those who followed the old Norse religion, she was the malicious and chaotic god of mischief. The centuries old misgendering amused her to no end. In fact, she blinked for a moment, having gotten caught in her own train of thought before nodding at Giouse.

"I was focused - just on something else," Nancy argued. Her thoughts flickered back towards getting out of this stuffy old loop and going on a mission. While she was with her fellow Emendators by choice and they were her family, she still longed to see the world. Ville au Camp had been fun and exciting when they first arrived, but its novelty had worn off, just as with every other location they inhabited throughout the ages. She tried to throw her hands together in excitement as she heard the crack of lightning strike and the rumble of thunder.

She adored the rain but above all else, it was yet another new source of excitement. "Don't need a reading to tell you what just happened - either you've lost your touch and the loop broke, or a new Paradox just presented an ability," Nancy wagered. "Might be a good time for you to go talk to Evelina about California - not the California mission but the Old West Prank Extravaganza." She couldn't help but wonder for a moment if any of the new Paradoxes were Vikings. The last time she had been around Vikings, an angry mob had taken the stories and myths about her way too seriously. But it had also been the reason she met Gio - so all in all, it wasn't a too terrible way to get run out of Scandinavia.

Andromeda Aldrich

Location: Ville au Camp: Kitchen House
Skills: None

Golgravtiz? Yagababa? She hadn't heard those terms before, but from context, they sounded like necromantics to her. It wasn't too surprising that she didn't know about all of the ones in existence. Not even the most experience hunters knew about all of them - her world was practically overrun with things that went bump in the night. And given that she didn't know quite yet about alternate timelines, she had to assume that they all came from a similar world. Hopefully, none of them had any family at Altsoba. She doubted they'd take too kindly to learning who her brother was.

She took her seat at the table and placed a small portion of food on her plate, yet she was paying too close attention to Lady Luck's every word that her food largely went untouched. She couldn't help but find it all a little bit ironic - she had died due to an anomaly in time and here she was, about to live her second life out in another one. No memories of another life came to mind as well as Evelina began her explanations - perhaps they were there and she was just too focused on the one she felt was her real life - the one in her timeline. From Lady Lucas' explanation of the Destruere, she couldn't help to posit that her timeline wasn't the main one.

Her eyes flashed up as Lady Lucas mentioned the devil. In her timeline, the devil had walked the Earth - was he a product of the Destruere, then? Or was he simply one of them? She clenched her hand unconsciously as her mind continued to mull all of this over. Her gut clenched as Lady Lucas took out a handful of dice and rolled them onto the table, noticing the way the Emendator's eyes flickered towards her. A mixture of panic and fear came over her. She was almost certain those rolls had to do with her timeline - why else would Lady Lucas have looked at her in particular?

Normally, her mind would have already been going into overdrive, trying to come up with the best possible question to ask Lady Lucas. Instead, she felt nervous and sick to her stomach. She nodded as Lady Lucas said she could bring her food with her or finish it there - she had taken a bite out of it at most. She jumped slightly as the lightning struck, entirely unaware that she had been the one responsible for it. She took a deep breath, trying to get a damper on her emotions as Lady Lucas had suggested.

"Sorry, just a bit stressed," Andromeda said, the first words she had spoken in front of almost everyone in the group. She noticed the ginger give her a glance. She took a second bite out of her food, before deciding she didn't really have much of an appetite. She then quickly followed Evelina outside to the steps where she had been instructed to meet her.

Fergus

Location: O.M.E.N. Panic Room - O.M.E.N Headquarters - Washington D.C.
Interacting With: Bronwyn Calliban @FantasyChic, Alec Fletcher @Peridot

The O.M.E.N. agents stared at Alec for a moment, their plane still somewhere in the air over Wisconsin. They were expressionless and from their earlier actions, it didn't seem like their intentions were friendly. But then, the female agent cracked a smile and chuckled, the others following suit. "We learned a lot of things at Ghost School," the agent replied. "What did they teach you at the academy, though? Arts and crafts?"

"You know, I did hear that the FBI mandates the use of safety scissors..." one of the other agents chimed in. The mood had lightened considerably until the video conference connection initiated. Everyone at the O.M.E.N. facility in the meeting at Washington D.C. could see and hear Alec. He could see and hear them as well. The video call began just in time for Alec to hear Bronwyn share her information about Hel - but what did this have to do with Agent Murphy?

Back in D.C., Irwin nodded after Bronwyn said her piece. Yet rather than everyone else in the room accepting what she had said, Agent Shasta Zacharia of MI13 rose to her feet. "Miss Calliban, what do you propose we do?" Agent Zacharia asked. There was no malice, snark, or disrespect in her voice. It was one thing to be told information about a foe, but they needed more than that - they needed a strategy.

"Aren't you lot just going to fire a nuke at her and call it a day?" Fergus groaned. He was getting a bit bored with all of the formality. He preferred to get his hands dirty and his information to be given as fast as possible. All of the bureaucratic etiquette was cramping his style. He then gave a cheerful wave to Alec through one of the monitors, as if they had been life long friends.

"Charming as ever, Fergus," Agent Zacharia said lightly.

"I think ridiculous is the more appropriate choice of words." On one of the many monitors in the room - and for Alec, on the bottom corner of his screen - was MI13 Agent Jade Cornish. She was bloodied and bruised, standing outside what appeared to be a train station. It wasn't normal for O.M.E.N. to request help from outside agencies - let alone the Brits. Whatever was going on, they were scared shitless.

Robin Ramírez & Aloise Zamora

Location: Room 307 - Hunter Hotel, Omaha, Nebraska
Interacting With: Mariana Garcia @Nallore

Aloise managed to hold her poker face well as she considered Mariana's request. She honestly wasn't the type to betray or defect - her stunt earlier that day had been a surprise to most, herself included. But it was true - Hel had killed needlessly. Yet she was a needed poison to get rid of a far greater threat, one that slaughtered without any remorse or consideration on a far larger scale. If this was the price to save the world, then her morals could be compromised slightly.

"Agreed," Aloise said simply. "And I think I know how to kill her...Her sword. She never lets it out of her sight. Always has it on her. Might be like an angel blade - their main weapon and the only thing that can kill them," Aloise suggested.

"So we just need to steal the sword of a Norse goddess...Great," Robin replied. The mission set out in front of them seemed to be a series of impossible tasks - but they'd be worth it in the end. However, she wasn't certain that three people could accomplish this on their own. There were a lot of variables, a lot of dangerous acts. It was very likely they wouldn't all make it out.

If she had to let Aloise die so that way Mariana could live, Robin already decided she'd make that call without hesitation.

"She's expecting us in the morning," Aloise then added. "She said she had business in D.C. tonight...Told me to go recruit for the cause."

Scott Rydzynski

Location: Heading to Pike's Place - Seattle, Washington
Interacting With: N/A

Scott stopped in his tracks, taking a moment to view the crash scene. Unlike cities like Chicago where the driving was insane, Seattle drivers tended to be relatively safe and cautious. Everyone used their blinkers, merges were polite, and so forth. It was, in his opinion, a symptom of their close proximity to Canada. He crossed his arms, wondering what tourist decided to come and crash their car in the heart of Seattle's downtown district. Scott supposed they were lucky they hadn't been down by the water - otherwise, the car would be slowly sinking to the bottom of the Sound by now.

"Son of a bitch..." Scott muttered under his breath, picking up a few choice details that the driver was divulging with the cops. Someone had appeared out of nowhere while he was driving, then? There were a few more coincidences there than he felt comfortable with. He himself had popped up in front of two girls already - sounds like this redhead could do something similar. And if pie shop girl also had some sort of power, then maybe there was something that connected them, somehow.

He gave a low whistle before he stalked his way over to the scene of the crime. "Afternoon, ladies," Scott greeted. "When you're done with him, I'd like to talk to him. Got some business to take care of with him," Scott said. He then smiled like the cat that ate the canary.
