Cecily Ashworth

Location: Flight UA 2199 (Seat 2B)
Skills: Deduction

Cecily had her fingers curled around the arm rests of the first class seat, feeling incredibly uncomfortable. It wasn't that she hadn't flown first class before - her parents had pretty much refused to fly anything else and her childhood was filled with plane flights. She asked for just a sprite when drinks came around, thinking that if she had anything stronger than basically carbonated sugar water, she wouldn't be able to keep it down. Her tears had stopped for the most part, but she still couldn't help but replay the events over and over again in her mind, blaming herself for Natasha ending up in a life threatening medical condition just outside of the border. No one deserved to die alone - but Cecily didn't know if she counted as company, having barely known Natasha. She considered her a friend. She loved singing with her on the car ride. But...she still couldn't help but feel that Lincoln, Natasha's fiancé, should have been the one to be there with her. Or someone who had known her longer than what felt like a few short hours.

She glanced up, her heart clenching as there seemed to be some commotion near the doors. She had hoped that the seat next to her would be empty for the flight. Every time someone came on the plane, she couldn't help but stare at them, wondering are you going to murder me? The man that came onto the plane was a foot taller than her, her eyes pretty much at crotch level as she was seated and she saw the badge - Texas Ranger. Her stomach felt like it was about to invert on itself. He was definitely not there by accident. She half expected him to haul her off of the plane and throw her into custody for murder, when instead, he took the seat down next to her and pulled out a piece of paper.

Cecily stared at him with wide eyes as he read off her name. She couldn't get any sort of malicious vibe from him, but it was nerve racking nonetheless. "...That's me," Cecily confirmed quietly, still gripping the armrests as she turned to look at him, her heart pounding. "...If you're here to question me, I want a lawyer." She had been raised by lawyers and worked in forensics. If he was going to question her and suspect her for a crime she didn't commit - Natasha had died of natural causes from what she could tell - then she was going to get one of her parents' colleagues to come and serve as her representative. It had been drilled into her since she was little: if a cop questions you, ask for a lawyer. The same standard held for Texas Rangers, she was certain.

Nora Kingston

Location: Docks - The Ferry (Main Deck)
Skills: N/A

Nora thought for a moment, considering everything Vera had said. While Vera's explanation was curious and mind boggling, the attempts to map the Egyptian myths onto those of Greece, something else stood out to Nora. Did they attempt to map them onto other religions as well? Yet she supposed it was simply an exercise in attempting to find patterns. Sometimes, patterns could reveal the human behavior or psyche - in mathematics, they showed the truth about the universe and the world. Yet not all patterns the mind saw, as Vera pointed out, were truly there. They were just willed into existence. "Is there a reason why they link Bastet with Artemis in particular?" Nora asked, curious.

She sat down at the table Vera had found, deep in thought with what she had mentioned. If the connection was to be believed, she was supposed to protect the Bastet - either Artemis or Athena, then. She didn't know enough about mythology to continue the musings, but she felt there was something there. She then nodded at Josephine, still a bit absentmindedly as she was in thought. This would be...fun. She was going to have fun. Baby steps.

Gene Benaszewski

Location: Docks - The Ferry (Boarding)
Skills: N/A

Gene returned her twin brother's hug, standing up on her toes slightly. While they were twins, they were drastically different in stature - though, since they were fraternal twins, it was to be expected that they wouldn't be identical. Gene likely could pass as several years his younger, mostly depending on what attire she was donning for that day. She let him wrap his mind around the things she had said for a moment, tempted to take out another piece of candy and consume it, but she doubted she'd be able to replenish any time soon. She needed to save her stash and ration it out to herself slowly. "I would love to meet your friends, Georgie," Gene teased gently.

She then gave Reginald a smile as she turned to him. "Oh, of course, Peter's uncle," she said, remembering the stories George had told her about him. She glanced around slightly, expecting to see Peter come up the gangplank a moment later and she frowned slightly, wondering where he had gone off to. "It is a pleasure to meet you as well, Lord Major. I would be glad to enjoy the company of someone as old, wise, and experienced as yourself," Gene said, nodding at him. She smirked slightly, noticing the stare her brother was giving. She certainly hadn't seen that one coming. She paused for a moment, considering taking Reginald's arm, before she just walked up the gangplank herself. She didn't need an escort to board a ferry.

Virginia Crypt

Location: Carlisle (F7)
Skills: Nakai, Pavati

Virginia nodded, saying a silent prayer to the Dark Mother. While Mary seemed to prefer to recite her statements aloud, Virginia preferred a silent and quiet meditation on them. She felt it was something that Veliona would appreciate as well. There was no need to announce her religious beliefs or anything of the sort, causing many to only have a mild suspicion that Virginia was pagan - or perhaps just some sort of indecisive Christian if they were particularly naive. Even Mary had only learned that very day of Virginia's religious beliefs.

She focused her mind through the technique of Nakai as she dismounted Mary's horse, drawing her axes - one in each hand. The last time she had truly drawn them in combat, dear Mosi had perished. She glanced at Mary for a moment, contemplating whether she would bury another friend by the time day had ended - or if she herself would meet her ancestors that eve. She advanced forward towards where she anticipated the Rynes to be, finding a medium sized group of Rynes around the corner. Her axes were already at the ready and she used her training in the Colonies to strike true, nailing one about twenty feet away in the chest with her axe. The Ryne fell backwards onto its back and Virginia took a breath, keeping her mind clear and focused.

"That's one."

Maeve Brennan

Location: Kirkpatrick House: the Carriage
Skills: Irish Sign Language

Maeve nodded, feeling an internal sense of relief when Lady Kirkpatrick didn't ask for Calum or Rory to kill her. This was the way she had learned to survive - to always look for opportunities and to find her way to the next step. There weren't any lines in the sand that she had drawn for herself - except when it come to Roisin's wellbeing. She wouldn't undergo any actions that would hurt her only daughter. And beyond the simple strategizing to stay alive and secure Roisin's future, she much preferred spying for the Lady Kirkpatrick than for her nephew.

Lady Kirkpatrick's next phrase took her off guard - Ireland was under attack. A queasiness rose up in her stomach and she felt incredibly clammy. Her brothers and sisters in law had to be protecting Roisin, right? The feeling continued to rise up into her throat and she felt a compulsion to run to Ireland on foot to save her daughter from any horrors. She'd gladly fight a thousand Soulless for Roisin - it wasn't even a question. She didn't even feel the ground as she stepped out of the carriage after Lady Kirkpatrick, a certain feverish dizziness taking over - but it all vanished in an instant as if she had been splashed by cold water as Roisin ran out of the carriage.

Hugging Roisin tightly, Maeve pressed a kiss to her daughter's forehead. She pulled back for a moment, keeping one hand on her daughter and using the other hand to sign to her, ensuring Roisin was making eye contact first: Are you alright, little rose? Mummy's missed you so so much! She gave Roisin a kind smile, not wanting to scare her or interrogate her. "Can they teach de deaf in Rome?" Maeve asked Lady Kirkpatrick. She wasn't familiar with Rome's training system and what they could accommodate. Yet even if they didn't, she knew Lady Kirkpatrick was right - it would be the safest place for her. "T'anks for de kind offer, me lady. I really appreciate it," Maeve added, nodding.

Ellie Theriot

Location: Xavier's Jet

Ellie was slightly excited, but not for the reason anyone would have expected. Although she was looking forward to dealing out her own idea of justice on those running the Weapon X facility, she had never gotten the chance to fly in a plane before - much less a military grade jet. The prospect of flying was exciting and new. Her brothers had insisted that planes were propelled by Satan and because of that, she'd never gotten to go on one. She practically ran onto the plane, playing with the little courtesy buttons above her seat. She hit the flight attendant call button at least eight times before she shut it off, moving onto playing with the lights.

"Charles, j'ai une question pour toi," Ellie said, waiting for him. She then glanced at Miranda for a second. "Je voudrais aller avec Charles, s'il te plait," she added in fluent French. She didn't really feel like speaking English at the moment and figured one of the boys could translate. "Pourquoi est-ce que tu as beaucoup d'argent?" she asked, turning the fan to blow on Charles' hair, creating a slight poof-y effect as she smirked at him.

Guin Stark

"You need to learn how to strut, Lando," Guin said simply, as she walked up to her favorite cherry red ferrari in the garage. She took the keys from the windshield where Tony had stashed them and got in, firing up the engine. She kept one hand on the wheel, her other arm in a cast that she just let rest in her lap. She then reached into the glovebox a moment later, taking her hand off the wheel, and she pulled out a pair of shades. Putting them on, Guin gave Lance a smile, waiting for him to get into the car as she turned the engine on.

"First, do you really think our parents are going to be able to stop us?" Guin pointed out. "Legend of Zelda and the rest are too focused on Sterns. Second, they don't know what they're getting into. And third, Dad freaking left me behind to go and get himself killed - so I'm going to England, whether or not you want to come along. So get in or go upstairs and tell Pepper, I don't care," Guin said. Her impulsive nature was guiding her towards this choice. As well as to a certain extent, teenage rebellion.

Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower (Floor 93): Robotics Lab ---> Main Area

"Thanks Cass," Guin said, as they scrambled into the robotics lab. She went up to the console and pressed her hand down, activating a handprint scanner before she punched in a quick passcode. One of the panels on the wall then rotated to reveal an Iron Man suit and Guin ran over to it, stepping up into the footholds. She was six inches shorter than her father, so the mechanism to "resize" activated as the legs were shortened to match. F.R.I.D.A.Y. was booted into the suit and she couldn't help but feel a bit bad for P.H.I.L. "P.H.I.L., help J.A.R.V.I.S. out some - get on data analysis," she told her A.I.

"Oh, and P.H.I.L.? Make sure F.R.I.D.A.Y. plays a banger, okay?"

"Yes, Ms. Stark. I am sending a banger to F.R.I.D.A.Y. now."

"Good, now look through security footage actually first, prioritize looking for Pietro - let me know the instant you find anything," Guin added to her A.I. She gave Cass a mock salute before she took off out of the lab, going through a hole in the wall one of the Sentinels had made, and she rejoined the fray in the main room. There was just one Sentinel left, thankfully, but she had this gnawing feeling in the pit of her stomach. Where the hell is Pietro?! she couldn't help but think.

She flew up above the remaining Sentinel and activated the unibeam, sending a powerful blast down. Even as she did damage to it, the tin can was still standing and it made her blood boil. She wanted to meet the engineers that were responsible for making that death machine. And likely kill them - seeing Muscles in all of that pain, with even more injuries...A bit of darkness blossomed in her heart at that sight. She wanted to strangle Jakobsen.

Folly Valeska

Location: Stark Tower (Floor 93): Main Area

Folly smiled approvingly - things were going well against the Sentinels. Seeing Palla Latchi hurt himself wasn't pleasant, but there was also just one machine left and he'd have to rest now, with his condition. Luckily, speedsters had a faster regenerative ability than most - though she had them all beat in that regard. She was the only one there that could take a lethal blow from a Sentinel and shrug it off. "I like the little blonde one," Folly mused, as Sara copied Pietro's speed and she ran off. She then jumped up at the one Guin had targeted, managing to do a bit of damage to it.

"Damn it, has anyone seen Ayita?!?!" Damon shouted again, having been pretty much ignored. His dragon went off course, missing the Sentinel completely, and the color drained from his face. That wasn't a good sign. The dragon was the hardest tattoo to control and for it to miss like that...he was worried that once the Sentinel was fallen, they might have another, bigger problem to deal with. "Dragon, come back!" he shouted, but the parasite resisted him, continuing to fly around the room.

Folly then landed, going over to Pietro. "Hoćeš li živeti?" she asked in Serbian.

"... Verovatno. Mislim ... Samo će malo uzeti malo ..." he responded, coughing a lot.

Folly nodded. "If you think you'll die, let me know....I'd rather it be by my hand than a Sentinel's."

"... Uh ... U redu ..."

Dean Kesseli

Location: OMEN Facility - Cell Block (Area 51, Probably)

Dean sighed. Richard hadn't played Get Help before and Charlie seemed to just be ignoring him. Add into the fact that Ayita was shooting down her friend's plans and Dean was getting a major headache from all of this. He wasn't even the one in charge of this little mutinous group and he was stressed from it all - he couldn't even begin to imagine what Mary's life was like, having to be put in these situations all of the time. "Honestly, we're all a bunch of freaking idiots, no point calling them names when we did the same exact thing," Dean muttered. He was getting sick of all of this.

"Well, Thalia...What kind of stuff are you still capable of doing?" he asked her. He could see that she had some sort of flaming hairball sort of deal going on, but her notion of ~should have talked to Jade~ was giving him an idea. "Since if you're still able to do time things....Then maybe we can talk to his fiancée or whatever, right? Unless...unless you saw something that'd suggest otherwise, Ally?"

Scott Rydzynski

Location: His Apartment - Seattle, Washington
Interacting With: Olivia

Scott noticed the face she was giving him when he said Seattle - and given that she had to ask where they were, he was guessing that she wasn't from this part of the country. While it struck Olivia as weird, Scott didn't find it to be so. He had watched a girl get murdered across the country in one of his dreams. Alaska Airlines seemed to be sponsoring all of this craziness. "Got it, Blondie," he said with a smirk.

He didn't think she could do anything to him - could someone that wasn't actually there smack him? He doubted it. And if it was possible, at least she didn't look to be holding a ghostly gun to shoot him with. "And yeah, guess you can say I'm telekinetic," he answered, taking another sip of his water. "Guessing you got super sick, blew chunks, and then grew those chunks back?" he chuckled.

Andromeda Aldrich

Location: Ville au Camp - Main House - Room 109: Andy's Bedroom ---> the Mill
Skills: N/A

Fully dressed in an outfit that she actually loved - the pink dress was never quite her thing but she understood the need to fit in with the time period - Andromeda left her room and locked it behind her. Perhaps it was a carry over habit from her college days, when drunk students would stumble into whatever dorm room was unlocked and not bother to check that it was their own - or maybe a wariness that the Cards and the Watch might leave a prank in her room while she was out with Gil on a mission. She had no idea how long she'd be gone for and she didn't want to take any chances. Her room was her personal, private space - and she appreciated that. They could have easily gotten a large room and tossed in a bunch of sleeping bags for the Paradoxes and told them deal with it. They certainly didn't need to give them precious objects from their previous life either.

She arrived at the Mill a few minutes later, a bit of excitement and tension building in her stomach. Her curiosity about Evelina's whereabouts was largely replaced by an intense curiosity about where she'd be traveling to. While she spent fifteen months training with the Emendators and Belladonna, she hadn't gotten to experience everything yet - she had just scratched the tip of the iceberg. Everything was a brand new experience still and it put a smile on her face. Maybe one day she'd look back at this time with nostalgia - assuming she survived that long - as a time where life was lived to the fullest...and where each day brought something new and surprising and interesting. But she truly doubted it - every day at Ville au Camp, despite the repetition of the loop, was starkly different than the day before.
