Zeus23Thought i'd just give my opinions on things since i'm currently working through some writer's block :P
Personally my favourite of your choices. I may be mistaken, but i don't believe that any of the FF characters have made mention of Namor yet, so i think that you'd be all good on that front.
Currently we don't actually have many people playing any of the X-men, other than Jean Gray, and Quicksilver, who if i'm correct is actually starting an arc where he was going to become a member of the Brotherhood again.
I'd give our resident Quicksilver @DrewVonAwesome a message!

Other than that, I'm pretty sure that @Inuyasha was considering playing Kingpin, although as the rules say; Multiple players may attempt to apply for the same character and all competing applications posted within 24 hours of the first will be considered by the GM, to be judged and selected as they see fit.
Here you'd probably have to work something out with @Gowi, our resident Ant-Man player!
1)Namor- my idea was to have him be a king at the height of his rule, but then through a coup , he's overthrown and banished to the surface world. Here, he tries to make himself a new empire, but he's got a long road ahead of him.
Considering he's got a lot of connection with Fantastic Four characters, I'll leave up to you guys to judge him.

5)Kingpin- I would love to do Kingpin, I was thinking that he's just an average schmuck who works at cubicle and has an average family life during the day. During the night, he is a ruthless and calculative criminal enterprise leader, and he struggles to keep the two lives seperate. This would be set in Wilson's early years.
For this i'ma just put this;
So far, the only lore that has been developed is that Kingpin's wife, Vanessa, became sick several months ago in the IC, which caused the Kingpin to direct his attention towards curing his wife, which has given other crime families/organizations the opportunity to grab some of his turf (however, the Kingpin still controls a portion of the New York underworld still). However, this is still an opportunity for the Kingpin to run as his beginning arc, so you wouldn't be restricted by this previous lore that much (just need to acknowledge it).

7)Ultron- I was thinking of an early developed Ultron who is born into the world today and attempts to learn everything he can to help better his life, and those around him. Soon he goes from a sentient computer program with benevolent and innocent ideals to a crude and malformed mechanical vessel so that he can experience this amazing world for himself, but things go south fast and that sends him down the path of the genocidal robot we all know and love.
