I get it. Learning is good. But she's a kid. And she doesn't really need to prioritize everything solely on learning. I want her to be a kid and have fun. Not become a scholar with the knowledge of thirty professors by her eighth birthday.

First of all, any nine year old knows what science is. Second of all, how does being smart make you dumb? And third of all, "understanding the universe and everything in it" makes essentially no sense.
