Appearance:

Suu is a tall, fairly attractive young woman with long brown hair that is pulled together to form a pony tail with any excess strands forming a twin braid on the side. Her skin is fairly light and helps to show off the contrasting earth tone tattoo bands that wrap around her body; several on her arms and legs while both of the cheeks on her face have a pair of stripes. Upon her head she wears a traditional Western Air Temple bonnet that that is both a comfortable piece of head-dressing and represents their respect to the spirits of the skies.

For the most part she covers herself in in a green shawl with long leather boots and assorted leg wear. Due to this being her only real piece of clothing she will occasionally fold some of her clothing into her pack and choose to wear a crop top and short pants instead. This only really applies for when she is out in any wilderness areas that could damage her shawl, realising that walking around the cities wearing simpler clothing may draw unwanted attention.

Equipment:

Suu carries around a small pack that she can fit her clothing in and some food for her trip. There is still a bit of room left over for a few small items.

Personality:

If you are looking for someone who is quite friendly and helpful but a little bit on the impatient side, then you only need to look at Suu. For her things have to move a little faster than normal, more daring than predictable, and filled with a sense of excitement. She simply enjoys her life and doesn't want to spend a single moment wasting it's precious time.

Her downfall is that she can be a little hot-headed at times and it is the one trait that is holding back her airbending abilities. She has been known to act like the occasional brat, throwing her hands up and yelling, "I can't do it!" whenever things get tough. If she was to learn how to simply take it down a gear and relax then she might actually have a chance at becoming a decent airbender.

History:

Suu is a relatively young woman who spent much of her younger life growing up in the Western Air Temple. While her mother was a Fire Nation migrant who had no bending abilities, her father was a skilled Airbender who spent many hours working with the monks to fulfilling their daily duties. It came to little surprise when they finally found out that their daughter started showing the ability to control the wind and the breeze at a young age. They were proud, over the moon that their daughter was a fully fledged Airbender... Her true level of skill however was much to be desired.

Suu, according to her mother, inherited a Firenation's personality and this played havoc on the girl's learning experiences as she grew up. She simply didn't feel the need, nor desire, to spend the time sitting around and meditating like the other celebrants, she grew constantly impatient when she was told that she was not listening to the sounds of the wind, and even when the Air Nomads offered her one on one tutoring she would skip her lessons and instead go out to explore the island where she lived.

During one of Suu's adventures it started to rain and she was forced to take shelter in a nearby cave. As she rested inside and waited for the weather to pass she heard the faint chirping of a bird nearby, a sound that resonated with a small sense of sadness. Filled with both curiosity and worry, Suu stepped out of the cave and wandered through the neighbouring bushland in order to follow the sound. To her surprise she found a small Fletchling bird that seemed both lost and cold; a friendly creature that hopped into Suu's hands the moment she lowered her palms to the ground. From that point on Suu knew she would have a faithful companion to follow her around on her numerous journeys.

Eventually there came a point where Suu's parents knew that their baby girl was grown up and the boundaries around the island couldn't contain her any more. With the help of some local fishermen they organised a trip for her over to the Earth Kingdom where she could explore and venture as much as she wanted.

Aspirations:

Suu enjoys adventure and is eager to explore the lands that she comes across. Her curious nature and friendly nature means that she is sure to come across some interesting stories but there may come a point where the people she was catching up with might need to rethink their tactics in order to keep up with her. She has heard from her father that there are various other Air Temples throughout the world and is curious to explore them, but her lack of attention means that she could run the risk of missing out on their teachings unless a suitable teacher has the ability to speak to Suu on her own level.

Personality:

Nixxie is an inquisitive and loyal bird ever since she found his way into Suu's arms. She likes to keep Suu company and will often hop around on her shoulders or forehead just for fun. For a lady that's so energetic it's hard to see her with a Pokemon that would be any less lively.

Fighting Style:

Speed and agility is where Nixxie shines. While her attacks may not be the most powerful she is able to make contact with her opponent faster than most others. Her downfall at the moment is that since she is so small any attacks that land on her can cause a fairly hurtful blow. This has caused Suu to be a little reluctant to use Nixxie at times, not realising that the bird holds a lot of hidden potential.

How the Pokemon will Evolve:

While training in speed and strength will make Nixxie stronger it is through heat and fire that Nixxie will truly evolve. Suu doesn't realise this and to be truthful she is probably unaware that Nixxie can evolve into such a strong fire hawk. For this info she might need to talk to someone with a greater knowledge in the origin of Firebending and where the species of bird originates from.

Still unsure and this may change depending on the how the story goes, but possibly a Trevenant and Xatu.

Yeah I noticed that berries are often overlooked in the games since normal Items are often more helpful. I think that would make sense to be able to blend berries into better healing items since blending berries into other items are a thing in the games. Like combing a sitrus berry and a lum berry would make this world's equivalent of a full restore, if you want I could try to make a list of possible concoctions that could be made with the main berries. In-universe I see it being taught by the Foggy Swamp benders since their location in a swamp would be an ample place for berries and their oddball culture would be more willing to learn and experiment with berry mixing then compared to the rest of the world where berries are used more effectively and sparingly. But that's my idea anyways. What do you think?

I do need to add more to the original post and will do so over time. This'll be another thing that I can include which is good. I'll write up a brief explanation for each berry so that we don't have to refer back to the wiki all the time, and if you would like to formulate a few of the more common recipes that someone would see in a store or market, that would be fine by me. Just a few to start off with as we will be starting off in the Earth Kingdom so general mixing knowledge and techniques would be fairly poor.

To give an idea, one of the other aspects I wanted to include is a flow chart for different bending techniques (eg, Firebending and how it can lead to electricity) and eventually brainstorming other sub/fandom genres to master. That way it will over time make more sense as to why some Benders have certain categories of Pokemon and other benders don't. There's a good image that I have that already shows most of this, but it's a later project seeing as we are still early stages. (Plus I need to create characters and first post stuff, so yeaaaahhhh xD)

The berries were something I somewhat forgot about, but I do like how you've added them as a primitive first aid kit. Fits in well with the character.

Questions:
Would you see the berries as something that could also be blended as ingredient for medicine? ie: If you are suffering from the cold an Aspear berry could be eaten, but if you have frostbite you may need to mix up a blend of sorts?

While I can agree with what @BurningCold is asking, I believe Arrin is fine. (Thank you @Rune_Alchemist for your clarification) The lazy attitude, and little aspiration that she has do go hand in hand quite well. Firebending is also quite anger based art in it's raw form and if untrained it can hurt those that are closest to you. Being lazy is probably her biggest disadvantage because it means that while using her skills she can be quite dangerous to the friends and foes around her.

A lesson she may eventually learn the hard way. :)

Just make sure your appearance descriptions are well written. If you find an image and want to change some minor things, let us know first. You can always write that they bought new clothes, got a haircut or anything else.

Please choose "Late Teens" (16-19 yo) or "Young Adult" (20-25yo) rather than an actual number. (Anything younger than 16 seems to invoke some weird/creepy situations from what I've witnessed in other Roleplays)

Appearance:

Describe the clothing they wear, the general appearances of their face, their hair and any other details you would like to include. For any images please avoid any realistic photography style and keep as close as possible to the world theme (ie:They should not look like they came out of Middle Earth).

Personality:

Describe their personality characteristics, how they may appear to others, and any quirks. Explain how they view the world and what they value most.

History:

Write what has bought them to this moment in time and any past experiences. Try to keep generic tropes to a minimum so that not every character starts off with the same sob story.

Aspirations:

What does your character want to achieve and what would you like to see them doing in the long run? Only a small paragraph is needed.

How the Pokemon will Evolve:

This is an explanation on what events, techniques, requirements are needed in order for your Pokemon to evolve or improve their skill ranking. These do not have to be 100% factual but can be "rumoured" ways that people have heard of. Any Pokemon that wish to evolve, or increase ranks, will be approved by the GM in order to maintain a satisfactory story flow.
