I'm going to go ahead and agree with Manatee. I'd say we don't need any more characters, even this number is really quite a lot.

On final thing: To our newcomers, if you haven't seen from our old threads (which I will happily link them) this thread is an advanced thread. I'm not sure why it's in casual (it always was, even though the posts were clearly advanced) but yeah, just so you guys know what to expect ^_^

@Obscene Symphony -If a color has multiple magics (for example; Black- Darkness/Decay) the only way a guardian would have access to both magics would be to be of a pure color. Copied straight from Inkd Bull's explanation of the magic system

@Duthguy Forgive my double post, but don't the healing and decay people need to be exclusively that colour to use the magic? I didn't think you could mix another colour with healing.

EDIT: @Inkd Bull Just to bug you more, is it possible for a guardian to have had more than one charge/have been in another soul link before? Say, something happened to the previous person and he found another one? I have an idea for my character that he was once a being of healing but due to irresponsibility his charge was killed or something, and now he's being punished by *insert otherworldly power here* and turned into a being of darkness and decay, which has soured his demeanour and made him more cynical and nihilistic.

You know. To totally jack the Deadpool arc. XD Sound plausible? I would imagine that since guardian's seem to exist to guard their human, losing one is a horrible sin and it sort of destroys/curses them when it happens. I would imagine it would result in a weaker soul link as well?

Also, do the guardians know/know of the others, or do they think they are the only ones? Since there's a spirit realm, is there some kind of hierarchy (for lack of a better comparison, kind of like the hierarchy of angels)?

@Obscene Symphony Honestly, the more you guys show you're excited for this, i fill with more excitement. So much so that I've even been going through some character ideas in my head. I'm really considering just putting out a CS so i can check out your guys' awesome characters too ^_^

Also, to bombard you with more questions, I intend on making my guardian's form a yokai called an Enenra. It's a being made of smoke. Think I could keep some of the Enenra elements (living in fires, being able to travel between flames and dissipate like smoke through the air and in tight spaces)? Also, is the guardian a tangible being at all, or an ethereal phantom-thing that can float through walls and whatnot?

@Obscene SymphonyNo list, i did make note of it though at the bottom (i believe) of the "magic by colors". For anybody who wishes to use decaying or healing magic, those are the only two magics i will limit to 2 users. That makes them more of a rarity and more valuable so we don't have 10 guardians running around healing themselves/others or 10 guardians walking around rotting everything around them

@Obscene SymphonyWell... I can't say you will be the only one, but you definitely are the first to express an interest for it.

You should probably know that if you're looking to use that decay though, there are only two spots for it. Soooo.... If that's what you're looking for i can make note of it and save a spot
