Here is the second version of Jean. I do have the Original somewhere in this OOC. Like I said before if the soldier thing doesn't work out I can Always change him to the military. I personally thought that it would be more interesting if he fled from soldier instead of the normal military and such

Goals: getting rid of his chasing past, just living in the present towards the future.
Faction: pro-vampire

Backstory: From an early age on Noir only wanted one thing and that was to join SOLDIER to keep the peace between humans and vampires. He trained everyday with his sniper rifle from the age of 14, having a lot of troubly with the recoil of the gun in the beginning. He didn't gave up and by the age of 18 he enlisted and got accepted as a sniper within SOLDIER. The first two years in SOLDIER consisted of heavy training wich he all finished, with succes.

His missions consisted mostly out of managing intelligence information he gatherd during reconnaissance and surveillance, target acquisition for air-strikes and artillery, assist employed combat force with fire support and counter-sniper tactics. He truly enjoyed every kill he made, the thrill of putting a life or undead life to an end with a single bullet excited him. After 5 years of service he started to realize he had changed. In order to stop himself from losing the person he once was He laid down his arms immediatly and left SOLDIER without further ado. SOLDIER was not happy about him leaving for he had gatherd much key intel and also knew of a few assasination plans. In order to avoid detention by SOLDIERS rader Noir Youyou changed his name to Jean Belair, the name he nowadays goes by.

Soldier has put him on the kill on sight list, making him flee the country to Montreal. There he met and overly enthausiastic girl who convinced him to join the montreal daily and persue a job as a photograper. Something he enjoys doing, and he is rather good at it as well, earning him the nickname 'sniper'in the editors department, a funny twist of his bloody past. He has enjoyed this life for about 2 years now, still afraid to draw SOLDIERS attention he tends to have his partner take all the spotlight for their shared stories, something she doens not agree with compleatly.

Powers/Skills: Keen eye, he never missed his target, though his skills may be a bit rusted now. Basick military fighting

Weapons: Cheytac .408 cal, sniper rifle. various handguns, and a bowie knife ( yes yes the one they used to kill dracula)
other: He has a thing for Sasha but doesn't make a move on her for she is a bit to young and he still has his past chasing him.

The First Summoning

Ciara fell to her knees, utterly out of words.

''huh'' She said confused

''but Cherub and Surgat they....'' She said slowly. She had misunderstand compleatly. She felt like a big fool to have acted like that.

''Then I have done all this for nothing'' She spoke soft as she released the magic cirlce. The whole floor lighted up and the lines of her spell became visible. The faded from the floor, leaving small flocks of light dancing around the room.

''I spent the past 20 minutes drawing this thing, and I will not even be able to use it'' She said as she stood up. ''I really came here prepared to drag you with me if I had to'' She smiled as she laid her hand on the shoulder of Botis. '' I am sorry for misunderstanding your words, and I am sorry for sneaking into you mansion'' Ciara apologized.

''Well at least I can say have snuck into a demons mansion with succes'' She giggled, before she realized something. She had never ever before done a reverse summoning.

She laughed a bit akward towards Botis
''ehe haha, you will not believe this Count Botis. I actually forgot to look up how to how to reverse summon. So any change you can come to the surface and take me with you''

''and in return you may ask one thing of me and I will do it'' Ciara offerd, after all this was not really a part of their contract.

Liara followd Garnet, She enjoyed the warmth the sun gave her as it dried her cloths.
'' It is very beautifull and warm here, it is such a strange place for me. I have never been to the Fae realm before'' Laira commented. She hoped she could meet their 'leader' soon she as well could have her name back as soon as possible. She knew exactly what she was going to do once she was free. She would got towards london. Work as a nanny, then maybe marry a good man.

Laira smiled at the tought of living her own life again, not bound to chase Clyde.

Sunken in her thoughts Liara did not paid any attention towards her surrounding.

''That would be nice, if it is no problem I would love to take on your offer'' Laira awnserd her eye's regaining their focus again. she looked around her and was more than stunned. The place was very beautifull. It looked like some sort of palace.

Sasha sighed frustrated as she kicked the ground.

''airborne virus, dammit'' She cursed frustrated. This meant she coud not go any further without endangering herself. First rule of warzone reporting, your own safety always first. She grabbed her WT and contacted Jean.

'''Jean, we have a problem. It seems I cannot go any further without endangerin myself appearantly we have a airborne virus on our heels that turns the infected into zombie like creatures with vampire traits, OVER''

'' I saw something like that yes, I send my drone into the quarantine zone. I got some footage, but it got shot down by someone, OVER'' Jean said frustrated. That drone was private property of him, he loved to work with the thing for you could see a lot from a different perspective.

''Thats a shame, I will go back to your position. Are you still at our starting location?, OVER'' Sasha asked still looking at Vladimir. She knew she was in danger, and a lot of it.

'' Also, clear the backseat will you. I am coming over with the vampire I mentioned before. He needs a ride out of this mess, OVER''

She looked into Vladimir's eyes. they had lost their beautifull grey collour and had turned into a pair of bloody red orbs. As he instructed she calmy and slowly walked back into the direction she had come from before. He followd and soon she came by the fence she had climbed over before. She climbed over it with some trouble for she could not make some speed in order to get a higher start. Sasha did not wanted to risk a thing. When she jumped off it howeve, her stockings decided to tempt fate as it hooked behind a loos piece of fence,pulling a tear in the thin fabrick.

She almost fell down but luckely found her balance, making a landing unscratched and well.

''ahaha, I am sorry. Next time I am not wearing my dress to this kind of work'' She said apologizing.

I have edited jean, The whole mafia thing is off the hook. If there is anything wrong do tell me again. I haven't got a good idea about how the SOLDIER organization works, but from what I read they are not entirly without corruption, so him getting on the hitlist because he knows some targets is a possabilety if you look from it at that perspective.

EDIT: and if the soldier thing just doesn't work out it can Always be changed to the military or somthing

Sasha listened to the not-really-a-vampire Vladimir. He was interesting to say the least. A vegetarian vampire, he could serve as a good source material for a special article.

With a sigh Sasha looked down, she knew he wasn't going to take her to the source of this all. She tied her red ribbon back around her neck, making sure the collar of her dress was a tad higher than before.

"excuse me for offering the deal then. I didn't knew there would be a vampire who would live from animal blood."

She opend her bag and searched for something. When she found it she pulled it out of her bag and walked to Vladimir. She handed him a small white business card. Her office, work, phone number and e-mail were printed on them.

"if you ever feel like I can interview you than please give me a call. I think the readers would love to read about your story" she said with a smile before distancing herself again from Vladimir.

" and for now the best I can offer you is a ride out of town, we can drop you somewhere near the Niagara falls. I know there are a lot of deers in that area. So in return please do tell me what you know. What happened in there?"

Sasha notices the change in his eyes. It was dangerous to stay in his presence but she was sure that if she were to run away he would snap completely. And she wasn't exactly planning to find out what would happen if he gave in to his need to feed.

haha no you are right, I have no idea what the mafia is in america. im my town we have the frence and the chinese so I based it on that.

I really wanna stick to the sniper thng, so maybe can I have him being a ex-sniper from soldier. He got tired of the shizzle and left.
