Poor Erika. Spent all this time in Cooldome and spent most of her time with her mother, just can't understand people. ;p

Speaking of keeping warm, Erika felt her cheeks warm up as they became red, yet again, with Joshua's flattery. "Oh well... Cooldome has a dome around it that keeps it warm... but thank you!" Erika mumbled in response to her companion. Well at least Erika felt less guilty about taking those potions earlier.

Moving on, Erika calmed down a bit as their conversation went to more practical topics. "Oh, yea, we should head to the Frozen Cavern! Good suggestion! And yea, I want to add to my team, as well."

Onto the house, which Erika felt guilty about just walking inside, however, you couldn't really blame anyone for being too curious... could you? Besides, the invitation sign seemed to indicate this was expected. "Inviting Pokémon Trainers? I wonder why?" Erika pondered allowed as she stepped into the house. It was a small but humble dwelling, though oddly unoccupied... well except for the chair monolith. Approaching that oversized chair with an air of caution, Erika called out expectedly. "Um. Hello? We're Pokemon Trainers?" Erika glanced back to her companions with a puzzled look before interrogating further. "H-how long have you been sitting under that chair..?"

Ooof... I thought I could get my post done tonight to make it into the update. x.x
Kyoka Haizenberuku

Kyoka had let Hime go without compliant, though a little more time would have allowed a bit more proactive and suggestive touches. Most intriguingly, however, was the nuances of Hime checking for her scroll. The realization had dawned on Kyoka quickly and she let slip a seemingly random chuckle, though in reality she was amused by Hime being at least clever enough to have her wits about her. Even more admirable was her standing up to Kyoka's brutish cousin, even having a semblance of strategy by bringing the boy-wonder, Tashiro with her. It was probably a move out of kindness or loyalty to her village, but deep down, Kyoka had hoped Hime was making the decision out of tactical requirement of manpower. Kyoka doubted it, though...

"Run! Run! Run! Go on and git! Imma be on da both of y'all like a fly on shit!" Kyoka hollered at the fleeing former companions, letting them vanish from sight in an effort to give them a sporting chance. The moment they were, Kyoka turned to her cousin, charging at her before mounting up on Rumia's back like previously. "I want em cuz! Go on and git a chasin'! Dey had der chance to run now we chase! Yeyeyeye! Kyoka hollered on Rumia's back, grinding her body excitedly against her cousin.

Success had been achieved and the second trial in this test had been completed. A debriefing was followed addressing the next part of the test. The Forest of Death and the challenge of obtaining a scroll from someone else. This would likely be a true test of one's individual and Kyoka deemed it would likely be a proper test of her merit.

Kyoka lingered and clutched onto Rumia for awhile longer, giving her cousin's hand a squeeze at the mention of being offered a break. "Aw~heh~ Cuz ya too sweet on me but I like ta think for ya!" Kyoka giggled, her cheeks flushing red as she nuzzled her head up against Rumia's arm. Relenting only after Toshiro offered his pence on the up and coming challenge. Kyoka uttered a giggle as she stepped away from the two. What Toshiro said sounded incorrect and perhaps he wasn't aware but Kyoka had interpreted that as a weak attempt at scouting his competition later. "Don't go n' answer dat, cuz." Kyoka proclaimed as she wandered around for a moment before the squeaky cheer of Yuki chimed in.

"Aw~hheh~heh~heh!" Kyoka cheerily giggled, skipping over to Hime and embracing the girl from the side. Kyoka's cheeks were burning red as she moved to wipe her mouth across her shoulder before leaning in and giving Yuki a dry peck on the cheek, pulling away an exaggerated kissing sound. "Yer just too innocent, Yu-Yu!" Kyoka loved just how innocently noble Yuki was. There was no masked deception, there probably wasn't a vile thought in that dim-witted brain, just the way Kyoka liked. It was going to be hard to convince herself to go through with the plan she had already been forming. In truth, the moment Kyoka had heard that they were on their own for getting a scroll from others, she knew she would team with her cousin and then maybe orchestrate her and her cousin to win the scrolls of Hime and Toshiro. After all, Kyoka and Rumia had spent years at this point, working together was natural and they were skilled in tandum. Hime and Toshiro would have been at a massive disadvantage, making them the perfect target. But sweet Hime here might just spare the both of them...

"Maybe. We ought ta' see inside, but, Yu-Yu~ Imma buy ya a meal or give ya favor no matter what! Bless dat sweet heart of yers!" Kyoka offered, giving Yuki a squeeze.
Boys, come on. Don't argue. I mean, what's the difference between third and second. You're still not number 1.

Have fun!

Things had been going better than Kyoka had originally hypothesized with the piggyback duo, managing to get halfway before the sudden loud interruption of Yuki's assault had awaken the silent guardians to action. Swift and efficient, they were threaten to be blown away with a gale force, only recovering due to the expected swift and efficient response of Kyoka's cousin. In fact, Kyoka had hardly felt a thing other than Rumia's tightly clasped hand around her wrist. Poor Yuki had received a rather harsh punishment for her noise as evidence by the cute coughing Kyoka heard. Though in truth, the fault was Kyoka's, she should have also specified that the other two approach the scroll with a non-aggressive approach. Sometimes she overestimated the brilliance of her colleagues.

Although grateful for the care shown, Kyoka didn't voice her gratitude as she was already anticipating Rumia's violent backlash towards the temporal clones that had sent them away. Obviously, this would be an error made on Rumia's part as the previous events had just confirmed Kyoka's hypothesis of non-aggression would have won them the day.

Admirably, the only male on their team had realized the problem that a wrathful Rumia could be and likely retreated, to attempt to soothe the raging beast that was her cousin. A shame, really, as Kyoka would have loved to see if Tashiro could sway her stubborn cousin, and even though she doubted it, she would have liked to see his attempts. But this was an exam and Kyoka did not like to do poorly on exams.

"Oh best lay off, Tashy! Let dis here pro handle her cuz!" Kyoka said dismissively as she approached her seething cousin from behind. There was no aggressive move made this time and instead, Kyoka only gently clasped both her hands around Rumia's right hand while Kyoka affectionately leaned her head on Rumia's bicep, her cousin being fairly taller than herself. "Cuz, you ain't gonna do what you want to do. We gonna pass da moment Yuki dear, touches that scroll. And den you win! Dat der is how ya beat dez fuckas!" Kyoka gently squeezed Rumia's hand trying to comfort the raging animal from lashing out. But Kyoka wasn't just holding her cousin to comfort her, if the logic deflected off of Rumia's brain, then Kyoka was prepared to hold her cousin back if it came to that.

Alright. I wanted to try and catch Pokemon but I guess I'm just naturally curious about what you have hiding in those Area Specific places.
