As for level and joining later, completely up to you. I've already accepted him, and as a thief you're really already less physically intimidating than most of the others. In Fire Emblem, thieves sneak into battles all the time~ Of course, I'll accept if you wish to decrease his level. That is, as said, completely up to you.

I know there are two who said they're working on characters, one who intends to join after coming back from a trip, two who have spoken about kinds of characters they want to play, several more who's claimed interest... It is starting to get somewhat many now. I should probably put a break here on random in-droppers to give those who first expressed interest to join in, since it appears this will be filling up otherwise. Hm, alrighto.
