… He couldn’t see her. This made the questions of how they had learned what they had about her even more pressing. Though, there was a certain relief to it. If they didn’t have someone who could see her, then that made her feel a lot safer. Especially since she was now just behind him and he could easily reach her if he simply grabbed in her direction. Just in case, she kept her wits about looking for any sudden movements as she made the computer press enter twice (visually) so she could write with light right below. Still on the computer with computer-text.

first things first
i really dislike you
i have no desire to be associated with you
i wouldn’t trust anyone protected by you to be safe
also, being registered as a villain would be a pain
i am really mad that you came to my door
i had to move since thugs found it
i liked that place

So she wrote, frowning. It wasn’t actually on the computer, just a vision Shatterpoint saw, but she made it look like she was inside the computer anyway. After she was sure he had read it she continued.

that said
among villains in town, i suppose you aren’t the worst
and i am in sore need of money
i suppose we could make secret deals if you have use of a stranger
as long as it is on my terms

She paused for a few moments, silently considering if she knew what she was getting into. But, well. She wanted a few things. So.

term 1, no written data associated with me throughout the rockers
no single mention of our cooperation in your mails or paperwork
as few members knowing about me as possible
missions not requiring me to give myself away
to me, your eventual demise is inevitable
feel free to prove that wrong, but if it happens, i don’t want anything linking me to you
if anyone on the outside learns i’m helping you due to any of you
or if i find my name written anywhere
any deal is off
immediately
so in this mail
write about how you were unsuccessful in recruiting me
and won’t ever try again
ceramix will know the truth in person

After having written so and ensured that Shatterpoint had seen it, she’d start to remove her writing in the vision as if she was holding down the backspace key. While doing so, she’d lightly lean over and attempt to silently press the real backspace key in order to remove what Shatterpoint had already written in the mail about her. Of course, she ensured that in Shatterpoint's illusion the button wasn't pressed. If she wasn’t interrupted, she’d be done with the real erasing before the vision was, hopefully having disguised that she hadn’t actually manipulated the computer itself as she let go of the key.

so

She instead now wrote inside his eyes in tiny white letters so he could read them directly on his vision.

do i talk to you or ceramix?
if ceramix, take me to him

That’s about that. It should be noted that Shatterpoint very likely could interrupt what Wisp was doing at any point. She was wary that he might be tricking her and was ready to jump aside if he reached for her or so. If she did, that’d likely mean that the illusion was broken and the computer screen showed only what Shatterpoint really had written… assuming Wisp had successfully dodged, which wasn’t a guarantee. But, if he did, Wisp had an ace up her sleeve…

She hoped to all forms of lords he couldn’t hear her heart, because this was making inexperienced her way tense and scared of this going wrong and due to that it was beating heavily in her chest. She was trying to be intimidating, independant and strong, but… so much could go wrong. In so many ways, she could be making a mistake. But even so, this close to him, she had to stay as silent as possible, keeping her steps light and breathing controlled…

@Eklispe
I said "thank you", right? ... Oh, damn.

@Holmishire Er, Amelie's looking thankful. I can't edit, because I might cause terrible things to happen, but, gah.

@Bright_Ops ... Knowing parts about the Warhammer World, Fortune's natural assumption of that they're in the daemon (double-checked spelling) realm and what follows from that potential assumption amuses me. Of course that'd mess up the Winds of Magic, if that's what Amelie was using and that's where we were. It makes sense! XD
Amelie breathed out in relief as the hoodie was pulled over her head, eventually moving to get her hands through the arms when the hole was covered. She felt much safer and warmer already. So, she was now wearing a salmon-colored hoodie instead of her mystical-feeling brown cloak. A bit more color than she was usually wearing, but while feeling a bit awkward and blushing a bit, Amelie was fine with this. The question went between Ariett and Andy about what happened to her and how she was feeling.

‘I’m feeling fine, physically. … Um. I can answer what happened.’ Amelie replied, looking a little uncertain. She knew this world was different from her own, but… still… ‘My magic backlashed. It’s never done that before and should impossibly be able to do so, but it has, and I’ve learned a bit more about it because of this. It’s a bit unstable for now, but as long as I don’t use it I should be fine. But, using it could save our lives, so I will be using it. It may have hurt my eyes, my vision is blurry.’ She explained to the doctor and Ariett.

And then… they lifted. Amelie blinked, looking around trying to get a view of what was going on. She flinched a bit as they went straight through the bird, and she looked around trying to see the world. It didn’t work for long, as reality tore itself apart. Amelie tried to keep attention, but her impaired vision didn’t help her a lot here. But… there was something there, straight above them.

Amelie stayed still as the explanation for why each person was here was heard. Amelie could understand most of them, kind of. Then, of course, it was herself and the archer. “Fuck’em”, huh. She recoiled a little at the harsh language. There was nothing she could do but breathe out in an attempt to calm herself.

‘Alright. If you don’t care, then… I believe I’m here because an enemy with dimensional magic thought placing me here was a fun way to execute me. Which implies she knew you’d try to kill me for being here. Does the name Penny mean anything to you?’ She asked. Then… she turned to look at the archer with a small frown. ‘How did you end up here?’ Amelie knew her own story. She was put into the limo because Penny knew it’d kill her. But, there was no way Kael had the same story, was there…?

On a completely different matter, she was very uncomfortable with not knowing if she could trust her magic, so she was going to try to create an orb, or anything, just a decimeter in diameter if she could right in front of her. She’d also grab one of her Lost House tags from her skirt’s pockets. It’s really just a piece of paper that had her magic charged to it, but without time to set up it was useless.

She’d try to wave the paper tag through the area she was attempting on affecting, regardless of if an orb had actually manifested or not. There, she’d check to see if she could, um, manipulate the relative objective measure of the space and time and… anything, to bend the movement of the paper tag to just make it bend instead of the natural direction from the straight wave through. But, very notable, if she felt the backlash again, she’d stop if she could do so in time. She knew she could potentially need her magic to save lives in the near future, and the risk was worth it to her.
@Rune_Alchemist “The large metal bird that likely eats bugs like you isn’t gonna hurt ya” XD … I am amused. Haha. And, yupp. Gotcha. Time to zip away. Nicely posted.

@Pikmin Eye Let’s math.

(Pokéballs) 200 * 2 + (Repels) 350 * 2 + (Potions) 300 * 2 + (Awakening) 250 + (Paralyze Heal) 200 + (Escape Rope) 550 + (Great Ball) 600
= (400 + 700) + (600 + 450) + (550 + 600)
= 1100 + 1050 + 1150
= 3000 + 300
= 3300.

Yupp. Not quite the one of everything, but pretty dang most of it. Haha. Nicely posted!

@LordTodo Alright, so I can see that this is your absolutely first post on this forum. So, welcome to the Roleplayer Guild!

However, unfortunately, this game is not currently accepting more players, and even if I did, there’s a small list of people who’s on a kind of waiting list. If you look at the title of the thread, and then look just below it? Right beneath the name of the one who made the thread if just browsing the Casual Forums. There it says the join-status of the roleplay, which is if the roleplay wants more players or not. It’s usually either “Apply” in green or “Full” in grey. There are other options, but I don’t recall them right now, you can hover over them with the mouse-pointer to get an explanation.

But, long story short, this roleplay is currently marked “Full”. I can’t overload myself taking care of too many trainers. My apologies. Do see if you can find a roleplay marked “Apply” which you want to join.

@Joshua Tamashii And she's got friends on the other side...

What, what, did I say anything? ... XD ... Anyways. Nicely posted~

@Pikmin Eye *snicker* Noted. And, well, if you or Eklispe just write seeing the other, this can happen. Haha.

@Rune_Alchemist Acknowledged. XD

In a mixture of fortunately and unfortunately, the way we're playing the game right now makes it so it doesn't matter as much if someone's a little lazy. I'll just drop reminders every once in a while. Like...

@Delta44 How's it going?
@Crossfire Yes. She can route a command to a mind to not remember something/anything for a while.

On a different note, Lataniva's not going to do anything in this situation, if you're waiting for her. Suppose I could write a small post of her just watching if you want to, but, yes.
... There we go. Now I need to go collapse again. Haha. ... Tell me if I made any catastrophic mistakes. Hah.

@Masterkeun Well. We are marked as full. ... Thooooooough, I do apologize. Even if I do decide to let more people join, you're not in the absolute front of the waiting list. That does raise the question if I think I should take any from that. ... ... ... ... ... ... Hah. I'll consider that on my own time. For now, I must sleep.
@Joshua Tamashii - Night

‘… Hmm.’ Laurinda listened to Amelia’s confession, her expression turning from slightly previous exhaustion to mild interest. She raised a single finger to her lips as the woman gazed around at the somewhat out-of-the-ordinary movements of the ghosts, and then looked at Amelia curiously.

The Trevenant which Amelia approached slowly turned, revealing its state. Parts of the trunk broke apart to show the darkness beneath to allow it to turn, and a single eye gazing down at Amelia from the crown while the bottom was still ingrained in the ground. At the movement of the Trevenant, a few Phantumps suddenly came flying in from around the woods and hid behind the Trevenant, but peeked out from behind it at Amelia, little tree-skulls peeking out from the sides.

Of course, Amelia already knew that the particular tree was a Trevenant, but Laurinda could blink a little in surprise over there, but kept her composure. Laurinda’s Chandelure and Trevenant stood at her sides, watching attentively as well.

‘Treeeee-eh…?’ It made a fairly dark-toned noise of a response, but sure. Amelia could tell. It was totally fine with talking.

‘Hmpf! Repay me by giving me an entertaining show upon our arrival! I will accept nothing less!’ Yvonne replied to Claire’s words about the favour, a proud smile on her lips, and then she nodded. ‘Very well! I’ll see all necessary information collected!’ So she said, turning to Laurinda who was dialing a number and had opted not to reply to anything for a bit.

Claire finds the couple that runs the hut and gets to pay 100P for getting her Pokémon healed. They were totally super-friendly and she’d be allowed to rest for a while, too, if she wanted. Which was assumingly entirely fine, because it’d take a while before the one that Laurinda had called for would arrive. Way enough time to potentially strike up a conversation or thirteen with someone or two, potentially with her own Pokémon or so, but that’s all up to Claire if she wanted to or not.

That said, here’s what will happen.

Eventually, after a while of waiting, a cry of a powerful flying bird echoed through the woods. There likely was quite a spectacle as flying Volbeats fled the sight and the light escaped that particular part of the wood as a single silver bird with someone on its back flew in at extraordinary speed before stopping with a single powerful flap right in front of Laurinda and Delphox. Yvonne would be waving to Claire to get over if she was too far away.

‘Laurinda. Not often I get a call from you.’ The man on the bird said to the robed woman while taking off his helmet. He had been wearing a white helmet with goggles and a pair of headphones and a speaker attached to it while in flight, while on his body he wore a shirt and tie of some sorts, marked with a few badges and a symbol that represented the Freecape Ferrymen. Himself, he was an adult man with short black hair, though yet a bit younger than Laurinda.

‘… I don’t often need your help to move. But, this time, the customer is not me, I just had your number.’ Laurinda replied, calm. She then turned to look at Yvonne and Claire. ‘This man’s your ride.’ So she said, causing the man to smirk a little. ‘You know, I wouldn’t mind if you called once or twice outside professional intentions.’ He replied, before he jumped off his metal bird and faced to meet the two of them with a professional expression.

‘I’m Eugene, of the Freecape Ferrymen. And this is Skyhound.’ He said to them.

Pokédex Entry #227 – Skarmory, the Armor Bird Pokémon. It is encased in hard armor, which edges is sharpened by the thorns of the bramble bushes it likes to make nests in. Unhindered it can fly at almost 190 mph. While looking heavy, its wings are hollow and light allowing for free flight.

The Skarmory, Skyhound, gave a little loud bird-cry at the introduction. On his back was a saddle for one or two small, as well as grips and harnesses to ensure a comfortable and safe ride.

‘That said, he’s tired from his trip here. Have a rest.’ Eugene said, lifting a Pokéball and returning the Skarmory to it.

‘We’re looking for tickets for two to Redcoast City. I’m paying.’ Yvonne declared to him.

‘… Alright. Including the fee for making me fly from Freecape here, then to Redcoast, and then I’ll need to fly back… That’ll be 4,950 P per person.’ Eugene stated. Yvonne staggered a little, getting a bit sweaty in her face. It was apparently a bit more than she had imagined.

‘A-as I said, I’m paying…!’ She insisted, however, and got her wallet out of her pocket to take a large percentage of her travel resources to hand over to the Ferryman.

‘Great. So, is everything in order?’ Eugene asked Yvonne and Claire, making sure there were no mistakes happening.

Of course, if this post went through things a bit too fast, then Claire can interrupt at any time and say or do whatever she wants.

Donna made her way inside the larger cave, and there were quite a few Zubats around that were watching her threateningly. This direction was a bit darker than the other directions, and it didn’t help that she may feel like there were tiny movements from here and there with no real telling of what it was coming from…

… But there was suddenly one, very unmistakable sound. The sound of crunching, crashing, rock versus rock collision and rolling boulders heading at her from deeper within the cavern. And it was getting louder and louder. Likely, she’d realize it was a single boulder rolling through the cave at high speed.

Pokédex Entry #75 – Graveler, the Rock Pokémon. A Graveler’s life consists of travelling up mountains feeding on their rocks to grow big, and then rolling down to the bottom to climb again. Due to their free and uncaring nature, they make some mountain trails very dangerous.

… As Donna doesn’t actually currently have the power to stop a rolling Graveler, we’ll assume she was fast enough to dodge aside in any direction she chose. Would make such a terrible mess, otherwise. The rolling Graveler then turned where it was spinning by the previous crossroad Donna had been in and rolled right through the route with the shallow waters and the Surskits, who knows to where, the sound of destructive uncaring rolling rock continuing.

But another sound became immediately obvious as well.

‘Geo!’ ‘DUDE!’ ‘Geo, dude!’

A number of very angry rocks that had been sleeping so peacefully was suddenly riling up in force in the wake of the Graveler’s path, and they all seemed very intent on blaming each others for their rude awakening…

Pokédex Entry #74 – Geodude, the Rock Pokémon. Found in fields as well as mountains. They commonly rest, half-buried in the ground and indistinguishable from normal rocks. There are always way more Geodude around than a traveler will notice. Stepping on one by accident may trigger their rage.

Within moments, the cavern before Donna had descended into a free-for-all of floating two-armed rocks punching and throwing rocks as well as other Geodudes at each other, tackling and rolling into one another for the pain of it, making countless sounds of “geo” and “dude” while doing so. The route beyond them led upwards an incline, who knows where, but it was darker in that direction. Up to Donna what she wanted to do, now.

Lucian kept going, passing by Dawkin as he did, and headed for the Wet Caverns. This part of the woods was not challenging to him, and he could find his way there quite easily. Eventually, the path became more steep, going upwards towards a small mountain that stood in the way of those who sought to travel to Lakewatch Town from here. And eventually… here it was. The special little hole in the mountain.

It’s just a hole, anyone can go in and attempt getting to the other side. It remains wild, just like the Pokémon that await within. However, before Lucian could actually gain entrance, there were two people standing in unconventionally fancy clothes right next to the entrance, talking to one another. One was a young girl with long cyan hair bound with a red ribbon into a pony-tail wearing a green high-class something. The man who looked in his young twenties had red mildly spiky hair, a full suit with black tie, and he was smoking a cigarette. All in all, not the attires one would usually go travelling with, certainly not into the Wet Caverns.

… And they were both extremely out of breath, the guy leaning at the wall with his cigarette in hand with a troubled expression, while the was crouching over with her hands on her legs. Both their outfits were quite dirty and wet, they had clearly been running through the Wet Caverns.

‘W-we got away…’ The girl said.

‘We’re not safe, yet, though. They may figure out we tricked them.’ The man uttered, peeking at the cavern entrance. The girl clenched her fists and glared at him.

‘Y-you…! You made me leave Ducklett! My partner!’ The girl complained, frowning at the guy. As a response, he merely took out his cigarette and breathed out a puff of smoke.

‘Should have packed more Escape Ropes. As it was, it was a necessary sacrifice.’ He answered. In response to this, the girl just looked angrier, but she instead turned towards the entrance of the cavern.

‘Darn you, Team Virtue! Do you really gain so much pleasure from getting in our way!? You already won the war, do you really have to keep us oppressed!? All we wanted to do was poach a few dra-!’

She was suddenly shut up by a sudden cigarette thrusted into her mouth, causing the girl to go wide-eyed and cough out loudly, trying to get the infringing object out of her mouth. Meanwhile, the guy would turn his eyes to look for potential eavesdroppers.

If Lucian was out of sight, perhaps he had hidden or something as there had been time for that, the guy would simply be looking out just in case. If Lucian was out in the open, then the guy’s eyes most certainly settled on him with an unamused look that was quite clearly asking “and now, what are you and what are you gonna do?”

Of course, it was totally up to Lucian what he wanted to do now. Move on into Wet Caverns, strike a conversation, pull back, surprise the GM… all sorts of things.

With his victory, Martin followed back through the drain. He’d eventually come back to the “kingdom” which he had previously conquered, where me met no opposition as he strolled by. Nobody had woken up Lena yet, she was still sleeping against the wall. He was free to proceed back to Pureplain City. The drain would eventually lead into a river in Pureplain which on its own flooded out into the ocean. Now, that river wasn’t dried up, even though the drain Martin was walking on was, so it eventually just ended in an edge that went down into the water of the river from the side. Martin likely had to use one of a few helpful ladders or steps that appeared here and there to get where he intended on going.

@Eklispe

Meanwhile, Dawkin moved on towards Pireplain City from the other side, passing Lucian in the Infested Woods but otherwise and for ease of things he did not run into anything catastrophically menacing. It was simply a walk back to where he came from, through the woods and also through Route 2 eventually and then back to the city.

Both of them would then have pretty similar trips.

Connected areas:
Route 1. Easier path, just follow the bigger road.
Route 2. Walk through quite an amount of suburbs until you eventually reach the path.
Sea. There’s water, alright. Can take you anywhere you want to go, assuming you have means to traverse it.

But, of course, they had already determined where to go. Pokémon Center first, and then onto the PokéMart.

The Pokémon Center is filled with bunches of people who’re discussing Pokémon things, trading Pokémon across the world on the floor above, or just getting themselves healed. And, it doesn’t take all that long until their turns, where they can walk up to the counter and get their Pokémon healed.

And then, onto the PokéMart. And yupp, it’s just a mart out here.

The clerk’s an decidedly average young male but perfectly ready to take your order. And, of course. This is Pureplain City. The stock is decidedly PLAIN.

And, since their journeys were somewhat similar, Martin and Dawkin MIGHT run into one another in the Pokémon Center or the PokéMart, if they so fancy.
@Eklispe Teh-heh. I am okay with that. That's what I'm here for, after all. Nicely posted.

Will have an averagely busy day, expect post in 10-13 hours. Yupp.
‘… I don’t get it…’ Amelie objected out loud to the world, trying to focus her eyes upwards she held her hand still upwards but to no effect. But, now that things had calmed down a bit, she felt brave enough to try to move in the real world. The blurry vision was troublesome. Perhaps if she used her powers to redirect light and get a sharper vision, like magic glasses or something… … … What was she thinking? She couldn’t trust her magic at all, like this. Also, she was pretty sure it wouldn’t help, the cause of this blurriness was different…

‘… Thank you, but I think I’m fine…’ She told the nearby individuals apparently tending to her, looking to Andy and Ariett with thankful eyes as she tried to get onto her own legs to stand on her own. But, in the process of doing that she had to pause and blink a little in surprise, because this was right after Ariett applied that liquid on the spikes. So, she heard that sigh from the substance evaporating, felt the weight of the metal vanish… followed by a very telling sudden cold. As soon as Amelie connected what had happened she thrust the blanket that had been given to her onto the hole to cover what was underneath, blushing a little awkwardly.

‘… Th-that change of clothing would be, er, greatly appreciated just about now…’ She said, turning to look with her blurry vision towards Ariett and pleading in a quiet vulnerable voice. She also registered what was happening around them, the “pressure field” for the "slug" light coming on. But, it didn’t seem like it was going to kill them from how everyone was okay with it, so the immediate worry about clothing first. She’d very quickly try to get into anything she was offered at this point.
