Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)
  • History (Military History is my specialty)
  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

@Song BookSorry about that D:
I didn't know she was all ripped up.
Ben nodded to the Elf politely, and then glanced back at the Pixie as he began sputtering with laughter. For some reason, Ben chuckled along with him. It was contagious, and if he had to be honest, he too could appreciate not knowing where he was in the slightest.
He shook Tic's hand. "Hey Tic, I'm Ben. And I have no idea how I got here. Do you know where we are or is this just a different dimension?" he asked, seeming to take it all in stride. Ben had always had a huge imagination and was properly paranoid.
He glanced to the side and saw a lovely woman sitting there waiting. He waved and gave her a friendly smile and nod, and gave another nod to the cowboy fellow speaking to another Elf. Glad more people were showing up.

Calanon (& Brogach)

Location:The Burnt Building
Interacting with: Gretchin @IcePezz

The fire had died down, thank the forest. Calanon flung one last bit of mud from his shield onto a dying ember, and then let his shoulders slump a bit. Brogach had halted kicking the mud moments before, and shook his horned head again, rain droplets flying everywhere. "We need to get you dry." Calanon said, wiping a bit of mud off his forehead. Or so he thought. When his arm ran across his face, it only served to cake more mud along his skin. His face was brown and muddy expect for his blue eyes once they opened up. He shook his head much like his truest friend did a moment ago, and then lifted his face to the sky and let the rain wash the mud away. The Elf breathed in the rain and moist air, letting it seep along his pores and senses, enjoying nature for what it truly was. Brogach simply watched him, loyal to a fault.

"Come on, friend." Calanon said once he was dry, a smile on his face from the sheer joy of both the natural world and his companion, and he led Brogach into the burnt building. The Elk lowered his head as he entered, carefully letting his horns pass under the arch. The two decided to keep to themselves mostly, heading over to a spot that seemed a tad drier than most. It couldn't fit them both however, so Calanon bade Brogach to take the dry spot while the Elf sat down upon wood that was moist in a few areas, taking it in stride. The Elk lowered itself until its legs were curled up, its head laying upon Calanon's lap as the Elf patted his head. From here, he could reach into his pack that was upon Brogach's side. He slid his hand under and produced some salted beef, chewing gingerly. The food was almost knocked out of his hand however, when Brogach lifted his large head. Calanon blinked, and looked up to see Gretchin standing before him with an extended arm. "Thank you for the help."

The Elf smiled, his entire body, from his thick hair to his tunic, was still wet from the rain. He hoped his hand was dry enough though, and he shook her hand, giving a friendly smile. "It was a group effort, but thank you." he replied to her. "If you'd like to sit, I can set my tunic down and share some of my food." His offer was sincere. He hadn't opened any of his Guaren Juice in too long.
Edit: go ahead and kill your attacker, it'll have consequences though.

I read this as "go ahead and kill your character, it'll have consequences though"
Am I the only one who found Episode 7 to be a huge disappointment after the hype wore off? I mean, it didn't really serve a purpose in the story, unlike the so hated prequels. We didn't really get to know anything about the main character (or the villain), and the idea of Star Wars being Anakin's story was basically scrapped..

*foams at the mouth because he wants to kill Dunmer*
Rannon couldn't help but smirk slightly from Feri's wry manner. Gideon stopped his sniffing once she looked and spoke to him directly, and it was his turn to lean back a bit, tilting his head slightly as she spoke. The Mabari looked back to Rannon as if to ask 'is this true?' The soldier nodded to his friend, and the Mabari let out another 'weeeooorgh' as he turned back to the now seating group.

Rannon sat down across from the ladies and took a sip of the offered Ale. Gideon trotted over with him, and plopped down next to his master's feet, big tongue lolling out and brown eyes gazing around curiously. In fact in the small moments of quiet in the Blooming Rose, they could hear the 'heh heh' of the Mabari's heavy breathing. The soldier's sip turned into a few gulps, and he set down his mug audibly, wiping his mouth with his forearm. He'd been listening to the lovely red haired woman's explanation of her abilities, tilting his head much like his Mabari as he watched her. She had a kind quality to her, he could sense. She'd at least not be unpleasant to work with.

Next up was the Queen of dry remarks, and he had to hide a second smirk. She was going for first mate already, he realized. As a soldier he was a bit wary of rogueish individuals in high places, but then again, he was signing up for what could very possibly be a pirate venture and had no room to judge. As a warrior though, he was curious on how good she was with her blade. His iron eyes flickered to the Elf and silent Quanari, as well as what appeared to be another Dwarf, though it seemed odd. He looked more like a short human, unlike Feri who's ancestry he couldn't pinpoint.
Enough of this inspection, you're not a sergeant any longer. He sat up, arms crossed atop the table as he spoke. "I'm Rannon Bryceford. I am-... well I was a soldier back during the Fifth Blight. I survived my fair share of shit encounters, and for the past six months I've been a guard for the city. I can both lead and follow orders, though I admit I've only been on a ship a few times in the past. But I know how to keep my cool in the heat of bad situations and help others react that way accordingly, though if first mate isn't available, I can keep track of the weapons on the ship and keep guard, maybe serve as quartermaster." he explained, then patted the table. Everyone close heard some claws scrabbling along the floor, and then a large Mabari head pop over the side of the table, still panting.

"This is Gideon. Where I go, he goes. He's well behaved, for the most part. But he knows his way around a fight, and he knows his way around people better than you'd think. He's saved my life more than once." he said. "Just letting you know that if you have a problem with him joining this venture, then you'll have a problem with me."
Its nearly worth creating a skaven just for that...

Btw, I was on the fence between making a Lizardman or Dwarf back when this first started, and from what Biannca said in the collab I might just make one and argue with myself after our first mission. Also @Jbcool, I think we're ready when you're not busy.

Also, if any of you are interested, I'm making a similar RP to this one (fantasy mercs) that you might want to take a look at if you feel like.

Hello, and welcome to my RP! In short, this RP is a dark medieval fantasy experience rife with blood, combat, magic, and intrigue. If you're a fan of Dungeons and Dragons, Warhammer Fantasy, Dragon Age, or ASOIAF, I think you'll want to take a look. This is set in a fantasy universe of my own making, apart of a series called 'Into The Dark' that I've been working on since 2010.
In this Roleplay, you'll be able to roleplay as various races and classes. The main goal is to set up your own free company of mercenaries and to gain a reputation, though that is not your only option. You needn't be a sword for hire. Perhaps you're the rogue who works as the company's eyes and ears within the city, or perhaps you even betray your fellow comrades for gold? Perhaps you're a wealthy merchant that seeks to fund this ragtag group, or even oppose it? Or even so, maybe you've merely met the group and play the part of an ambitious lordling/lady seeking the mantle as city ruler?
Please let me know if you're interested!
