Whew, that was more serious than I thought it would be. Hopefully Ichirou won't drag the other two cheery melodramatic members of the team down!

Appearance: Ichirou is quite tall and a bit wider than the average Japanese man, standing 6 feet even and 170 lbs. He has dyed hair that used to be a bright blue but has dulled into a tealish blue, and he consistently wears jeans and T-shirts to all but the most serious of events. He's admittedly a bit baby-faced, with a weak chin and round overall head shape with small features, minus his eyes.

Personality: Ichirou is a rebel without a cause, harboring a disregard for mainstream society but feeling powerless to truly change it. As such, he instead opts to simply screw over and steal from those he feels have let him down, ranging from bratty highschool girls to stuffy politicians. He isn't always happy with his own actions, occasionally he can't help but spit in the face of his own baseless rationalizations. When these bouts of self-loathing spring up, he frequently spends time with his Digimon Jacky, and occasionally Gats as well. He is much more trusting and receptive to Digimon that most humans due to his emotional talks with his own, but fellow 'outsiders' are welcome and he will attempt (poorly) to become friends with them as well.

Bio: Ichirou's mother was gone from an early age, having passed away due to a car crash just outside her workplace. Though Ichirou's father was able to quit his job to take care of his son full-time until he was 8, but had to rejoin the workforce at that point as the life insurance money had dried up. Loneliness dominated his life as his father was frequently preoccupied with work in order to provide for both of them, and Ichirou refused to participate in Japan's shame culture, willingly facing his own ostracization over his poor grades and behavior in school. He was an early adopter of EDEN, using it to fill the time after school in place of homework.

At age 18 he had finally gotten out of school, not bothering to look into any colleges. Instead he got into EDEN full time, scouring the dark web for many tutorials and becoming a hacker to supplement his father's (who he still lives with), income. For about a year and a half he's trounced around EDEN as a small time thug with his Digimon, growing a deep personal bond with his main Digimon, Jacky. Mysteriously, he's received a physical letter about his illegal activity, and not from the police. Though he was unsure about joining Jormungandr, ultimately he decided he was most-likely just as bad as whoever they were and added himself to their ranks, secretly hoping to find someone real and human to relate to in the jumble.

Jackamon [WIND NEUTRAL TYPE]

Jacky, as Ichirou often calls them, is probably the closest thing he has to a friend. This child-sized furball has and will always stand by the criminal; Even if the two can't agree on the morality of Ichirou's actions, Jacky is always willing and ready to help his master. He's also quite inventive with his wind abilities.

In-Training: Spritemon - Light Neutral type Digimon.
Rookie: Tatsumon - Free Neutral type Digimon.
Champion: Jackamon - Jackamon is a more magically attuned digimon, able to create powerful gusts of wind. It's signature ability is the 'Wind Bullet' which is a small, razorsharp gust powerful enough to pierce metal.
Ultimate: Sorrowmon - Though Sorrowmon is prone to bouts of depression, when it focuses it has complete control of the air and winds, able to form it into shields, bombs, and use it for prolonged flight.
Mega: Anubismon

Gaomon [FREE DATA TYPE]

Gats, as he insists on being referred to as, is Ichirou's secondary Digimon, much more focused on combat than Jacky. He loves the art of combat, always pestering Ichirou to go to the arena, and watches human boxers and wrestlers when he can.

@Pyromania99 Oh, so is there a specific number of people you wanted for this? Admittedly, my friend is on the fence(for a number of reasons, not all pertaining to this RP itself but their time).

And gotcha. I'm trying to find a digimon that'll fit my Mexican-born, now Tokyo-resident, fugitive-on-the-run hacker. Uncertain about which route I want to take.

Is there a date you are wanting to start, though? If sooner, I'll put a rush on my character. If not, then, I'll spend some extra time putting together the sheet. I like to make my sheets pretty, so I spend extra time doing shit like that.

I was going for four players originally, but I can support five if (s)he wants to join. No specific date, though I think I'll have my first thing planned out by Wednesday. (Well, mission at least. We still need to get introductions over with and that'll take a bit) So as soon as you can is preferred by me, but hey w/e.

One thing though, don't know how much the leader will want a foreign-bred fugitive in her group.

Hmm, this looks rather simple enough to keep my interest, so consider it piqued. And if I was right in reading it, we are playing the hacker group mentioned in the post, yeah? So, this raises my question what the plot will be? I get this might be one of those games where you want the group to come up with iders, so will this be completely up to us or is there a system where we take turns? Or is there going to be a sandbox approach to it where we do whatever we want and have some GM influence when it suits us?

Suffice to say that, despite my questions, I've got an interest in this. I'm looking at an exchange student from central America who might have a latin theme to it, so understandably, he'll have a Digimon that represents him in some ways (and vice versa). Also might have a friend coming with me (still up in the air).

EDIT: Is there something I missed about royal knights being the dictated digimon partner? O.o

Hi there, we just lost our fourth so perfect timing. XD Anyhow, I have a bit of a grander plot in mind. Though I do plan on doing plenty of "Monster of the Week" and some other things as well. So I would not be too against people wanting to make their own Monster of the Week encounters. If your friend wants to come, I suppose I could allow it. It's less of a problem now than before when I hadn't thought of the schedule. XD

And no, no need to make the Royal Knights a partner. Make whatever you want. These groups may or may not exist, but I like to work in special things that allow these to coexist. Hehe.

Apperance:
Standing at just 5'4 and weighing just 120 lbs, Fumi isn't exactly the most masculine of people, having taken many of his physical features from his mother. With an overall slight frame, a liking of fashion and beauty, Fumi easily comes off as well, a female. Not that he minds at all - he has a rather impish personality about that bit. He has long, well kept brown hair that hangs to his waist with grey eyes and can typically be seen wearing a large grin, often amused by the littlest thing.

Despite his liking for fashion, Fumi has a tendency to like lounging around in airy, easy to move in clothes...which translates to wearing as little as possible while still maintaining an air of decency. Well kept, but shirts slightly bigger than him along with long socks and easy to slip on shoes. Overall, upon first impression Fumi would come off as fairly lax, judging from appearance alone.

Personality:
Energetic, Playful, and Calm. Initially, Fumi comes off as very whimsical, overall friendly and a bit lackadaisical. He likes people, likes talking to people, and generally likes messing around with others in a fairly easy going manner. Of course, spend enough time around him you'll quickly find out he's a determined and hard working sort despite this, once he gets focused on something. He hardly ever becomes nervous, embarrassed, or upset over something and keeps a level head most of the time.

Unfortunately, he can be a little naive at times which played into his younger brother getting the prestigious position of being the next CEO and heir to most of the fortune. While he does show surprising business acumen at times, its not entirely shown very often.

Bio:
Born as the first son to a wealthy couple, the CEO of a fairly successful Tech & Robotics company by the name of 'Alphtech', and a fashion designer mother, Fumi had a rather comfortable childhood. Never lacking for money or worldly desires, Fumi was given everything. A silver spoon from birth, as some might say. Growing up, Fumi was enrolled in the best classes money could by in Business, Law, and a number of similar subjects in private tutoring, and expected to take over the family business as the CEO. It was during one of these tutoring lessons and a business meeting he accompanied his father on, when he was 17 did he truly see Digimon for the first time. He had seen them around, and knew what they were used for as well as their uses.

It was a coliseum battle between two tamers, and Fumi was immediately hooked. Of course, because of his studies he didn't have much time for that sort of thing, but when you had money you could buy almost anything - theoretically. His father of course, wouldn't allow him to buy a Digifarm with the companies money. If he wanted one, he'd work for it. So for the next four years of his life saving money and doing odd jobs around the company for a little extra cash. Finally, when he was 19, he had saved up enough money through various means to buy a Digifarm - as well as encounter first two partner Digimon. Kapurimon, and Moonmon.

By now he had handed over the proverbial reigns to the company to his younger brother and held no interest in doing it himself. Not much of a problem for him, he had always been a little oddball that his parents couldn't rightly explain. For the first week or two of running the Digifarm, everything went well - and then she met someone by the name of Manaka, the leader of Jormungandr.

Well, he had nothing better to do and she seemed nice enough...so why not? It'd be a good test to see how strong his partners had gotten, wouldn't it? Besides, maybe he could learn a bit more on the job about both digimon, hackers, and how all of these digimon stuff works!

He'll probably join up, as the newest member of the team, but he isn't actually a Newbie Hacker he's been around EDEN for a few years as a hacker, he got into hacking around 3 years before the start of the rp. Sorry I should have clarified.

Personality: Noru is a level headed and fun loving person who is out to just mess around. He is very mischievous person who tends to be snarky but also confident, but a bit too confident at times. He also tends to be melodramatic at times and enjoys fighting in the arena. He is also quite curious and uses his hacking skills to find information he wants to know. He has a close relationship with his partner Digimon and treats him like his best friend, though also loves to tease him for fun and throw sarcastic comments at each other.

Bio: Noru is the son to a programmer to the EDEN company. Due to having ties to EDEN and his father being a programmer, he quickly picked up programming at a young age and had easy access to the EDEN VR which was helpful when he became a hacker in EDEN. He started out as a normal player and became a hacker after befriending a group of hackers on EDEN, who were doing the fun morally grey side of hacking, they we're less of a group and more of a gathering having a contest of who can put do each other, but they were also white hats and looked down on those who would do criminal actions though hacking. He first met the group after he help one of their members in real life and he introduced him. This lead to when he first met his Digimon partner as most of the group had Digimon of their own and Noru became interested in the AIs he decided to capture one himself and the Hacker group informed him where to get one. He eventually came across and befriended, Rex who was a Dorumon at that point in time and ended up becoming his partner after a scuffle with a black hat hacker and his Digimon. He isn't a member of the group being more independent, but still has close ties and friendly relations with them. Recently though he and Rex got into the arena and started to climb the ranks.

Well, I guess we found our last member. XD Welcome aboard and all that. Now then, regarding your CS... Looks fine. Just know that Jormungundr may or may not do some wholesome criminal activity. "We're the 'good guys', but we're not good guys." As our leader will put it. (Just making an assumption from his previous association) But as long as he is fine with that, I suppose he's our first newbie hacker. :) Oh, and, just to be sure, he will definitely join Jormungundr right? It's leader isn't going to allow a non-member on missions.
