4 months into this hole 'being a responsible adult thing' and I've come to a conclusion: It sucks and I want to go back to the days where I didn't have to plan out my game time.

@CaitsIt does and it doesn't, more like he has limitations and his purely offensive aren't as accessible as others. An example would be that if he wanted to swing are telekinetic punch at a foe, with his normal level of strength, it'd be easy and quick. If he wanted to go over his own limits, however, it'd begin to take longer to build up the needed focus for said attack, limiting the amount of damage he can do out right in the middle of a fight. If he were to trying launch a telekinetic wave of energy with equivalent energy to that of, let's say, A Dragonslayer's roar attack, it'd require about 20-30 secs of uninterrupted focus time.

This makes him more reliant in tricks and more subtl uses if his ability, as th sound of focus to do those things is generally half of what it takes to go all out offensive. For example, keeping up the telekinetic field around him, or creating mid-air platforms to jump off from. As for his other abilities, they function on similar logic of the more powerful the attack, the longer it takes to use it, and most if the time, they just aren't worth using. If anything, I think I might've made him a little under-powers the way I plan to use him, but if he gets accepted, I guess we'll see. I wanted to make a character whose move set forces me to have him fight smarter instead of just rushing in to wreck everything.

The most powerful of his abilities would probably be his tactile telekinesis, but I could tone that one down a bit, if you'd like.
@liferusherNice, thanks for the update. As for the Therapist thing, maybe try google or something. That's all I can think of, anyway.
@Invisible ManBlane Mad Max for his appearance and attitude, but the Psionic part is something that just got stuck on my head for a bit. And yeah, I can see both if those scenarios happening. Ryker can get along with others as long as people can get beyond his . . . odd behavior. And can stand seeing him threaten to chop a Man's hand off for stealing a lady's purse.
@AtrophyIf only, I'm stuck with boring school work and a lack of computer access.
@Expolar@Caits@Zarkun

Been working on this guy for a little while, changed a lot from my first idea. If you want more info on the clan, I'd be glad to give it when I can.

Expect a post on Monday/Tuesday at the latest, halloween weekend is going to be busy.

Sorry for delays, though, it's just hard to find time to post anything of substance.

@21308I understand the sentiment, but trust me, i you're going to [play destiny at all, you're going to have to get the Taken King or else you'll be unable to participate in some stuff, among other things like getting completely wrecked in PVP
@21308No, nothing in particular. As for Destiny, I've heard that the taken king fixes the story problems, but I've yet to play the game to find out by how much. If Story is a big selling point for you, then Destiny might not be for you. Gameplay is very nice though. And be sure to get the legendary edition with all the DLC, as that's what makes it worth it.
