4 months into this hole 'being a responsible adult thing' and I've come to a conclusion: It sucks and I want to go back to the days where I didn't have to plan out my game time.

@Oblivion666That's what I thought, just wanted to be sure. That leads to the next question: Why does Argus need to be stroked?
@Oblivion666. . . Who?
@The Mad HatterYeah, I'll give a more complete response to anyone of these things later if you require it, but at the moment I'll address a few things. In regards to the skills, this was a state of me thinking more than I was writing. His blacksmithing is best in the village because I made the assumption that the blacksmiting in town would be below average, and I was incorporating some anime logic with the blacksmithing thing, so I'm fine with that changing so that he just has more of a knack for it than most.

I think I saw that explained in the show somewhere that those who come from ninja families are more likely to have larger chakra reserves than those who come from a civilian background. Could be wrong, but it makes sense to me that, if your family have been using chakra for generations, it would gain a certain affinity towards it.

Ken juts just means he knows how to use a sword, no real techniques to it, though to offset it, I'm fine with making his taijutsu bad and ninjutsu average( only thing that made it about be is that he just had more chakra to burn though, rather than being above average in his skill with it.)

As for the body thing, I've always been bad at describing body shapes. What I'm thinking of is that he's got an ectomorphic frame, but his work has made it so that he's gained some muscle.

Being born outside the village is just for story reasons, as their would be know reason for his mother to be in Gobi at the time she was to give birth to him. Kekkei Genkai possibility is partially because I wanted to talk to you guys about it first, and also because I wanted to have him discover it later in his life, similar to what was discussed earlier for the secondary natures. His life in the village has been mostly stress free and, since he was never told of the possibility of him having a Kekkei Genkai( his family heritages were kept secret from him with his mother changing her last name to Kajiya, which is more well- known in Kiri than other nations/villages). Gobi was chosen because it was isolated from the rest of the world.

I actually was wondering something about the natures: should he have learn to use both fire and earth in order to use Lava, or could I start him off with earth and have fire come to him when he discovers Lava, if he hasn't discovered fire already by that point.

Fuinjutsu is extremely basic, mostly a set-up for when he learns his family's style of engraving seals into their smithing, something I planned to happen later on when he meets his father, who would continue on where his master left off, hopefully.
@FamishedPantsDude, the only one making a complete ass out of themselves is you. As far as I read it, the GM's problem was that they didn't understand the power as you had written and that it wasn't the one they thought they had accepted. Now I think would've either let you keep the power or let you alter it a tad so you and inuyasha could've kept your power sets without changing much, if anything. Also, as for the weaboo thing, I'm pretty sure everyone gets annoyed when you pull random shit out of your ass like that(know your audience and all that), especially when your description of it makes it sound ridiculously immature. Like Nosuchthing said, the only reason you're out is because you took yourself out as part of your temper tantrum when you didn't get your way.

Sorry for the rant, but I'm tired, it's late, and I felt the need to speak my mind on this bullshit before it worsened my mood. Goodnight all, I'm off to bed.

P.S:Fuck mobile devices
@LmpkioDon't be, he ended to vent his issues a bit and Saya's prodding helped bring it out of him.
@ExpolarHey, I have a question for you: How do you think I'm doing with Argus as far as this whole depression thing is going? I'm trying to write so that both Grim's influence and his own immaturity are the main causes for his current attitude, but I'm not sure if I'm getting the latter half of that across.
Argus Leandros

Argus' eyes shifted over to the woman, a sense of frustration and anger flowing over him as she proceeded to prod him, sticking her nose in his business. He almost snapped at her, but held his tongue, instead turning his eyes towards the Lacrima screens, witnessing the final parts of the fight between Phoenix Wing and Frenzy Plant. The power of the Frenzy Plant team was something to be feared, but instead of pride, all Argus feel at the moment was a pit of burning resentment, clicking his tongue as he looked away from the screen tapping his foot against the ground until their drinks arrived. Having no desire to receive another damn hangover, he'd just ask for some water. It was free and had no chance of altering his judgement, which would likely lead to destructive behavior in his current mood, which then would lead to him getting in trouble with the rest of the guild.

"But then again . . . maybe that wouldn't be so bad." Argus spoke absent-mindedly, his eyes focusing on his drink as he did so with a firey intensity. "In fact, why should I even go back to the damn guild in the first place. They probably don't want me there anyway, I'm just their damn responsibility. *tch* I'm as much a prisoner as Isla, now that I think about it, held there by a will that is not my own." He let out a sigh as he let his head fall to the table, either unaware or uncaring of how he spoke his mind aloud. He'd keep this position for a bit, keeping his silence as he ruminated on some issues before he spoke again, this time directed towards the woman who he'd been rudely ignoring up until now, finally deciding to answer her question. The anger that had been present in his earlier tone was no longer present, though a slight melancholy could still be felt.

"My issue is that I'm a damn menace, or that's how it feels like at least. I've tried for five years to help people with my magic, but unless it has to do with fighting and killing, it usually ends in disaster. I've no self-control, hardly any self-worth, and now I feel like a second hand citizen in the guild I joined cause I've yet to receive the damn mark. . . *haah* Damn, I'm a real baby aren't I, whining about a stupid mark." Argus head had shot up as he'd spoken, indignation and resentment lacing his words as he glared at the woman that sat across from him, before he fell back down into his depressive state from before, swirling the water in his mug endlessly as he felt the weight of his emotions weigh down on him. "I'm probably making a big deal out of nothing, really, cause I'm sure their are reasons but . . . I don't know, I just don't feel any of that supposed camraderie amongst most of the members I've met. In fact, I'm pretty sure two of them hate my guts by now, and the rest are either wary of me, or don't trust me as far as they can throw. But given the circumstances, I shouldn't blame them, and yet I can't help but turn all of my anger towards them. In the end, i just end up feeling like crap . . . and I've chosen to burden a random stranger I just met with all this baggage." Argus' head fell to the table again with a solid thunk as he realized what he'd done, and feeling even worse because of it.

God, I must look like I'm throwing the biggest pity party in the world. What is wrong with me?!?!

"If you want to leave, please do. Don't feel obligated to listen to me anymore than you have, it isn't fair of me to burden you with my issues and what not."

@Lmpkio
@Loony*jumps on in a tackle hug* Sup Loony! Also, sorry guys for not posting, have had some limited time to do much of anything significant on the Internet. I'll try to get posting again in this.
@HalvtandAh, in the terms of the show, I believe it fits the bill. While using it isn't likely to kill the user, like the kage bunshin and mass kage bunshin, learning it is highly difficult and has major repercussions if the individual fails. As such, I think labeling it a kinjutsu seems rather fair.
Itsuki

Itsuki soon arrived at the warehouse, but just from a casual glance he could tell something was up. From his viewpoint, he couldn't see any signs of the patrolling ghouls from the nights before. Nothing about this situation smelled right, but he didn't feel like going back and asking Asoka or Hana for a place to stay just because he got a little suspicious. With his mind now stubbornly set, he'd leap down to the street level, quickly darting across the street until he arrived in the small entry way. As he approached the door, a familiar smell permeated the air, growing stronger the closer he got to it.

Blood. . . fuck, This is going to take a while to clean. Makes it hardly worthy considering as a place to live, really, as something like this would attract a lot of attention. Still, let's see if we can figure out who did this.

Itsuki opened the door, walking in to see a good number of ghouls having been brutally torn apart, so much so that it was difficult at times to tell where one body from another at certain spots. Walking amongst the corpses, Itsuki held a handout to lean against a steel frame, the scene bringing back more unwanted memories. Images of his many victims flashed through his head, the taste of ghoul-flesh filling his mouth, making him almost want to gag. His breath caught in his throat, becoming slightly ragged as he felt his paranoia skyrocket, seeing enemies in every shadow.

Dammit, can't have an attack now. . . breathe. . . breathe

Itsuki took a second to calm himself down, feeling a bit more stable, though he couldn't help but feel a sense of paranoia crawling up his spine. Looking around, he felt that he was being watched. Whether that was true or just some latent feeling from his time in the 24th, he couldn't tell but was sure he'd find out one way or another. With nothing better to do, he walked around the interior, Kagune fanned out behind him at the ready to strike at any moment as he looked around the area, thinking of how he was going to get rid of these bodies, as he had neither the desire nor the capacity to consume ghoul flesh ever again.
