Also playing Dark Souls with just a keyboard. Haven't played it recently, but I have a controller now so yeah.
You know how annoying it was to get to Anor Londo on a keyboard? Hot damn.
Yeah, I was lucky to beat a lot of supposed "hard bosses" in one go too.
NG+ is a different story though.
I also one-tried notoriously hard bosses in both Bloodborne and DS3 the first time I played either game. :D
Not... the hard boss of DS3 though. That, um, that was not something I could do in one go at all.
I tried Bloodborn. It took me thirty seven tries to get past the first actual challenge, and once I got past it I immediately died to the next enemy. I then never looked at the game icon again.
I don't play Dark Souls because I don't hate myself...
