Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

@Crimson Paladin For an idea of what you're now fighting. Except dressed more casually (still got a scarf of some description, though).

In Dark Souls terms, to have an idea what's coming, think dogs. :D
There was no misunderstanding. Clarifying that you haven't missed something obvious is completely different. Namely, that you clearly have a villainous team sitting there and an SS Officer who's complicit in, and almost certainly believes, Nazi ideology.

Though thank you for assuming I don't know the setting. I clearly have a Nasuverse avatar for no reason whatsoever. <.<
I'm not really too interested in joining because of the bizarre fixed setup (and the only relevant idea I have is an Avenger), but you do realise that you're obliging someone to play a Nazi and have a team that is entirely fine with Nazis?
@Crimson Paladin@Noodles Ahah, you thought it was a Havel build, but no, it is the fastrolling streaker!

Well, dressed. But you get the point.
Sir Tyaethe Radistirin

The knight nodded her assent, then looked thoughtful as the two went off to prepare. If she was armoured, there was no clear way to defeat her... the half-giant could definitely land a blow that would have an impact even with practice blades yet these two would have no such luck. She could admit defeat if a hit was landed, yet the entire purpose behind such armour was to shrug off blows that would injure or incapacitate a normal soldier and that would make the task entirely two easy for the pair of them.

Well, the cat was already out of the bag, so why not just remove the armour?

Indeed, when Fleuri and Klaus returned, the paladin was completely without armour. In the light of day rather than at a party, it was even more apparent how pale the child was. Even more so, it was obvious that Tyaethe must have been unusually tall for her entire life--and highly athletic. Not that the second was in question, with her hands around the handle of a blade and her body pointed towards the sky.

She dropped to the ground, heaving the wooden--yet alarmingly accurate--replica free and resting it across her shoulders, not seeming to feel the weight of a practice sword still larger than she was. Her expression seemed spectacularly difficult as she asked the two the last question: "Ready?"

"Your maids didn't wake you? Would you like me to ask Abigail to have a word with them?" the older woman asked, shifting the child. Her wife might not have had any authority over Fanilly's maids, even in the past but she was certainly someone to keep order... and reign in her unruly juniors, "I'm sure that she would be happy to do so after breakfast."
I'll post on the train tomorrow. Otherwise I'll get really bored.
I'd expect after. Much less confusing.

@VitaVitaAR ???

No, because it misses the entire point of the RP.
@Noodles This week less busy? xD
Evangeline A.K. McDowell

The pair continued to fit the pattern that would be expected of residents of the magical world when the girl's armour vanished into the ether. It was a surprising development--the armour vanishing before the person--but disappearing clothing was somewhat nostalgic already. Honestly, it wasn't even the strangest thing going on with that duo; the strange was only made more ridiculous by the child's deep, booming voice. What sort of child sounded like he should be doing voiceovers for movie trailers?

Coming in closer had clarified things a little more. Whatever thy were, they weren't really like the Magical World residents. The blonde at least sounded like she had more in common with Chachazero. Masters? Servants? Honestly, the girl had such good fortune to be in the same place as her. No stranger to magical contracts of all types and lacking any sort of backup now. If anyone else had come along or Evangeline had her normal minions? Hah! Totally out of luck.

The blonde vampire's approach was direct, with no attempt to mask it. "It seems that we're all out of luck. You clearly need a Master and none of my dolls have come with me. You should count your blessings that I have a need for this role and will uphold whatever contract you require."

The blonde's grin revealed a little more tooth than required, but she couldn't let them think that this was an act of charity. Evangeline might have been a specialist in fighting alone but it was always good to weight the scales. This was wholly pragmatic: an evil vampire like her wouldn't do something nice for its own sake.
