Cinder did not expect what had happened. One moment he was about to hear what the blue-haired girl was going to say and the next he looked around finding where he was completely different than the other, well any sense on what was going on was not in his mind right now while looking around what seems to be a destroyed chapel of sorts. To him he wondered what could have done this touching a fragment of the place to only find it had no effect on his hand, he wondered where was he right now. Dead? In the middle? He didn't understand why this happened now.

"Where am I? I was in the ballroom, but how did I get here?" He asked and did not even get an answer, a possible echo maybe he had heard. Or he imagined it and sighed, what could he do? All he knew he was in something completely unknown and a sense of holiness seemed to be here but he was not sure, any sense he had in such a thing internally in him was shaken due to his logical rationale and a loss of a family member he loved due to a senseless act. Sure he told no one this but slowly walked down the deserted isle as his footsteps seemed to echo around him.

"Hello? Anyone here?" Cinder asked. First, he got nothing and this concerned him, getting no answer he decided to try again. "Anyone out there?" He asked as again nothing had happened. "Great..." he retorted and knowing he was in a deserted chapel of sorts seeing statues still there and some white doves fly around he wondered if there was more here but he could not see it at this moment.

Cinder wondered about the girl and her name more specifically so he was generally unaware of the conflict at first, part of his mind focused on the blue girl even though she took some time to answer his question. He wondered if there was something wrong or indeed off about him right now, he began to doubt if she was even interested in him at all.

To Cinder, this was one of those times where he wished he didn't feel cursed and out of place when it came to girls and even how their interests even lined up. Seeing she was taking some time to answer he decided to at least wait still trying to be polite since the focus was on her it seemed until a sound echoed. It was a sound out of place alright as Cinder looked around concerned. "What was that? A firework?" He wondered though it was just a single boom he wanted to check that out but it seemed some of the people there had stopped what they were doing for a short duration before resuming what they were doing as if they dismissed it.

Brandon heard that boom and he looked to the guys. "Shall we check it out?" He asked.
"And leave Cinder with her and the other girls here?" Sky asked.
"Well we would be doing our part as specialists." Riven said. "Besides Cinder will be fine." With that said, a plan was hatched as Timmy would stay behind for backup as Riven, Sky and Brandon would investigate the singular boom sound.

The community here on rpg, in my opinion, is a mixed bag but leaning towards 55/45 or 60/40 community wise and support. I do hope Mahz becomes more active this year while at the same time there is things on this site that they need to improve on but at the same it is a good place but can be better.

Cinder was with the blue-haired girl and he was unaware of what was going on outside while his attention was on the girl and her attire, he knew she was indeed beautiful. He hadn't seen her around before today while he looked at the others before turning back to the mystery girl, not knowing who she was he would try to be friendly with her.

He politely looked at her while he would start with introductions, he thought it was a fair place to start in his mind as he looked at her remembering her cheeks were red but he did not know the reason why. "Hello. Thanks for the wave." He said to her. "I'm Cinder, what's your name?" He asked.

Brandon looked around and he noticed Bloom was not there, he figured to at least give a few more minutes for her to show up again since the ball did not really start for a party but since it was not really starting the most logical thing he did was to wait since it seemed some people with them in the ballroom.
"Where's Bloom?" Sky wondered to himself in thought and considered to look for her but decided to play the patient game for right now returning to the guys.
"Probably getting ready, so we will wait unless we are picked off." Brandon said jokingly to relax Brandon while the guys decided to keep tabs on the ballroom and Timmy would at least keep an eye out.

With: The blue haired girl, Timmy, Riven, Brandon and Sky (guys in the room)

Since the guys were meeting the Alfea girls at the ball it was apparent that things were in place for the ball. Including helping of the gifts for the new year in the trunk while that was set up and settled the guys were together talking amongst themselves for the most part.
Cinder wearing a black suit primarily with red secondary on it like on the buttons and collars, Timmy had a dark green casual tux, Brandon a striped lighter green, Sky with blue and Riven with purple.
The guys were talking about various things though they were showing a good time overall, Cinder soon saw a blue-haired girl approach him and he saw her wave at him as he waved back, though a bit puzzled by this notion from a girl considering it was a first for him to have a girl wave at him.
"Go talk to her." Brandon encouraged the inexperienced Cinder to go over and talk to her without revealing her identity, he felt he should know that on his own as it would provide a interesting turn of events at least for him.
"Think he'll strike out?" Riven asked.
"Wow so negative." Sky said. "I think he will do fine." Seeing the two alone he already knew to let things at least start somewhere.
