Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

"Dark, Mysterious, and Beautiful?" Livia chuckled as Katherine made her way to leave. Unfortunately for the girl though, the door firmly shoved itself shut before she could leave. Any attempts to open it would fail completely. "My my, it's rare that I am complimented in such a lovely way, my precious little student." Livia offered a small smile to Katherine, leaning back in her chair as she continued speaking. "You certainly know how to make an old woman smile, at least." Her smile faded just a bit, as her voice took a less playful tone.

"I always have need of extra hands." She said. "Especially loyal ones, unlike a certain Pyromancer who does whatever he wishes without thinking of the consequences." She laughed a bit as she stood from her chair. "But that little matter doesn't concern you, does it?" The headmistress walked over to one of the couches that decorated the middle of her office and took a seat. Next, she poured some tea for the both of them, setting one cup down on the table in front of her.

"Come, do take a seat." She gestured towards the spot next to her on the couch. "I do hope you were serious about those dozen hands or so..."

@Pyromania99
Geez, so many people in the Library.

That being said, Floodtalon, something to consider. It takes time for Melody to transform into a sandstorm. Arata and everyone else wouldn't exactly be doing nothing during that transformation sequence. Might be a good idea for you to edit your post so that it hasn't actually happened yet. And it might not happen at all, depending on what Rune's thoughts are about this whole thing.

Also, why does Chen think that Arata's an oni, just from a quick glance? Arata has blond hair and his horns are hidden by his cloak, so...nani sore?

I've sent Iatos a PM about this, but he has yet to reply.

Needless to say, I'm probably going to veto the whole 'can change into practically anything' bit. I've been questioning it for awhile, but...Anubis was okay with it, but at the moment I've just had enough of it.
Annnnd Lena has probably just made everyone hate her.

:D
~Lurlene Fleischer~

Lurlene honestly could care less about interacting with anyone else on the ride. She spent most of it generally just hanging about not doing much, being mostly silent and playing whatever game on her phone and only speaking if spoken too. Why? Causing trouble before now would be bad. As much fun as it'd be, if there was one thing she was taught, it was that there was a time and place for everything. Right now, she was just observing the competition. And she had come to one conclusion.

They were all goddamn morons, losers, freaks, and weaklings that were gonna get killed.

That freak mummy girl with the bandages. Really? The fuck was she even doing here? She looked like she belonged in some tomb or something. Probably looked like one too under all those bandages. Next there was that slut that was obviously just looking for someone to have sex with. Really, what the hell. She had a gun fetish too, from the looks of the way she cradled that stupid gun of hers. Well. She couldn't really say much about that, considering her love of pointy sharp knives.

There were a few others, indeed, but they were even less noticeable than those two. She barely even registered their presence, deciding they weren't even worth her time. Besides, it looked like they were about to get started with the festivities. The boat docked, and she followed the rest of the students and the person claiming to be the head of the academy. Lena had to wonder how difficult of a target she'd be - it'd certainly be fun to find out indeed. A test for later, perhaps. She was curious after all, and until her curiosity was sated she was going to be planning.

For now though, she was focused on these dummies. They had to...attack them? How boring. Where were the live targets? These dummies were nothing more than child's play.

Well.

Whatever, she'd ace this test then.

Before she could get a chance to go first, the mummy bitch moved first, and proceeded to roast the dummies. Fucking seriously? A flamethrower? What kind of lame weapon was that? In fact, it was so hilarious Lena had to actually laugh. What sort of obvious, idiotic weapon was that? Any good assassin would go for a more silent weapon, wouldn't they? Fucking seriously, what kind of horrible weapon was that. Too obvious, and it killed things way to fast. Not enough time for fun.

Looked like one of the other noobs also tried to go, but looked too goddamn scared to do anything. Boring! Really, what was up with these people. They were sent here to learn how to kill things. Not get spooked by some dummies. Were they supposed to talk to them or something in hopes of making friends with them? Bah.

Next up, was the gun loving slut. She didn't provide any better entertainment. The gun was loud, annoying, and above all the slut looked like she was just getting off from being the center of attention. She was probably gonna go get off after this or something. Maybe she'd follow with her phone and take a video and use it for blackmail. Then again, the slut might not mind.

Meh, whatever, it was her turn now.

With a deceptively friendly smile, Lena walked over to the dummies. She turned to the rest of the students, and with that same smile started speaking.

"Alright, you little idiots, listen up!~" She said. "Especially the crispy shriveled up mummy and Slutty McGun fetishist." She pointed to the respective people, that friendly smile never leaving her face. "Ooh, can't forget the dummy loving noob, either! Maybe you should try flirting with it! I heard dummies love that."

Without another word, one of her throwing knives appeared in her hands - probably one she kept up her sleeve. Without even looking, she tossed the knife with one graceful motion...and the knife landed right in one of the dummies head, burying itself in it to the hilt. Followed by her quickly taking three more out in a similar, quick fashion.

"See? That's how you make a dummy cry~" Without waiting for another word or comment from the idiot gallery, the girl unsheathed one of knives at her side, and in a flash she moved towards the dummies. Her knife sank right into one, beheading it easily and quickly. Without missing a beat, she turned, slicing another one twice and giving it a deep, v-shaped gash in its chest before she knocked it over. She did the same with several more dummies. One lost both of its arms. Quite a few lost their heads, and by the time she was done around fifteen dummies had been taken care of and her smile seemed to spread across her entire face,

But now, though, she was done. The dummies were weak and didn't make for anything fun to play with. So instead, she sheathed her knife, and waited to see who else was going to go.
Well.

All I'll say Lena is gonna insult everyone's skills, then proceed to attempt to one-up all of them xP

Woop, evening people, just checking in!~

I've had a migraine all afternoon but I think it's more or less gone for the moment. I'll get to work on a post and stuff after some dinner~
@Iatos
You still didn't bother to address the whole thing about knowing that Arata's an Oni, or shapeshifting in a few seconds, when it should take a few minutes, or how you didn't even mention in your post that you were explicitly mind reading to begin with. Why, because you don't have any easy answer to them?

But hey, sure, let's just assume that mind-reading, an ability that is clearly supernatural, can't be resisted by an ability that can cancel out all non-destructive supernatural attacks~ Guess I'll have to ask @Rune_Alchemist about Legendary Resistance then, because the idea is still the same: that Arata resists non-destructive shenanigans that stems from non-physical things.

....Is melody mind-reading?

Because that's a no-no.

Sorry, I've had Migraine for most of the afternoon so I haven't been reading the IC. Still got a bit of one, but after some Dinner I'll get right on looking at this.
-Livia-

"One of my precious little students? Evil?" Livia laughed. "Please. Living in a forest and making dolls isn't dark in the slightest. Binding spirits too them isn't all that bad either, really. I can think of several...darker uses for them." The headmistress sighed, though she gave Katherine a smile. "So no, I do not believe such things make someone a 'dark witch'. People really need to be open minded. Besides..." Her voice took a darker turn as she poured herself some more tea.

"Real Dark Witches don't hide away in a forest, do they?" Livia asked, bringing the teacup to her lips and taking a sip. "They are the ones you least expect, aren't they? A politician, for instance. Or maybe a local bakery. Or even...the headmistress of a certain academy, hmm?" Her words carried a bit of an edge to them, but before anything else could be said, the skeletal spirit that she had sent off to retrieve the dorm schedules returned, bowing respectfully as it presented her with some papers.

"Oho, seems we've gotten a bit off track." She chuckled, taking the papers as the spirit went back to wherever it came from. Livia took a look at the papers for a second before handing them to Katherine. "Your dorm assignment, the names of your roommates are there as well as the location of it. Is there anything else?"

-Meredith Hillard-

Meredith reached forwards and shook Adria's hand perhaps a little too vigorously.

"Nice to meet ya, Adria!" Meredith said with a smile. "And that's easy, I'm the one who did most of the dorm assignments anyways." Meredith replied as she walked back over to her desk and quickly re-arranged everything that had fallen off back into a mostly organized fashion. "Livia needed help with them, so I did what any good friend would do, and gave her a hand!"

And by that, she meant she had done it without her express permission, but details details.

"So, you need your dorm assignment and to let people know you're here...hmm..." Meredith took another seat on her desk, folding her legs and humming thoughtfully before continuing. "I have the papers around here...somewhere."

And as she said that, several fleshy appendages shot out from beneath her clothing and began rummaging through the drawers, cabinets and other things in the room, apparently looking for something about her dorm.

"Whats your last name?"

@Absolis@Pyromania99
Uhh... about Adrian?

@Rune_Alchemist

...oops.

I forgot to tell someone again >_>

Since he was in the last one, yeah, he's accepted.
My god yes. May I join??
