I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio
Hello! Welcome to my little bio.
Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).
Ceri is a rather diminutive, unassuming girl. Standing roughly at 5'3". Most of her appearance is hidden under her robe, which she never seems to ever take off. What people can see, however, is locks of pure white hair, a pair of bright blue eyes and every so often a flash of pale skin.
"A-ah! sorry. I-I'm not really...that good at talking, but if you don't mind...could we?"
Name:: Ceri
Nickname/Alias:: N/A
Gender:: Female
Age and date of birth:: 18, 30th of December, supposedly.
Guild:: Harpy's Wing. Guild mark is located on her left cheek, though no one is ever able to see it usually. It's black in color.
Rank:: B
Personal Information
Personality:: Ceri tries. She honestly does. Unfortunately, her timid nature and tendency to flee, and her massive amount of self-doubt really doesn't help. Running is first nature to her. Fighting hardly ever even crosses her mind, unless she absolutely must or is backed into a corner where she can not run. You know what they say. Never corner a frightened animal - she is quite adept at magic and will use it to her full advantage, if she must.
As far as others goes, she is about as friendly as they come, though her social anxiety can become somewhat detrimental to social interactions. She has had very little dealings with other people in the past, aside from her 'father' - who always taught her to be wary of others. Somewhere along the line, this turned into fear of others in general. Still, she tries to be friendly, and get along with others, and remain positive despite her shortcomings.
However, she does have a rather...darker side if pushed too far or if she becomes stressed. Often times, she internalizes a lot of sarcastic comments and snark and colorful language. Even she has a limit.
History:: Ceri never knew her parents, where she actually comes from, or the real identity of the man who raised her. Her earliest memories are simply of waking up in a bed in his lab. She was just a child then, barely over the age of five. He said he found her unconscious in the forest, and brought her here. Whatever happened there, she can't remember and if he had some part in it, he never told her. Instead, he took her in as his own and taught her magic - though it was mostly out of his own self interest. He needed someone to run to town and who was adept at magic other than him to make sure his research wasn't discovered.
Their relationship was cool at best. He treated her civilly and fairly, and raised her to the best of his abilities. Some might say he didn't care for her at all, and she was just a tool, a pawn. Whether it is true or not, doesn't matter. She worked hard, studied magic hard, and generally did as she was supposed too. It was difficult, since he was stoic and showed little emotions. It seemed almost as if whatever she did, it wasn't enough.
When his research into demons and other things was discovered by a group of mages - he let himself be arrested, and allowed Ceri to escape.
That was around a year and a half ago. Unsure where to go, and never having actually talked with or interacted much with other people, she was sorely out of her element. However, she did work up the courage to become a part of Harpy's Wing. In the few months of the journeying she had before coming here, she realized she really wasn't strong, and that she knew actually very little about the world. Books can only teach so much, after all.
Which is her main goal for being here. She wants to learn, experience the world, and maybe make a friend or two on the way.
Magic:
Magic Name:: Smoke magic
Description:: Smoke Magic. Although on a much larger scale than holder magic. While she has direct combat attacks, mostly her magic takes more of an indirect approach to combat.
Known Spells:
Smoke Field: She releases smoke from her robe, covering the entire area in a thick smog. It serves little purpose, other than to obscure an enemies sight and make it difficult for them to do anything relying on visual cues alone. The smoke, is incredibly difficult to dissipate as long as she is conscious or in the area. For now, the field can only cover about half a mile radius.
Smoke Clone: As the name suggests, she is able to create clones of herself with magic. They are perfect copies - though incredibly weak and can't actually do anything other than serve as a distraction.
Smoke Bomb: A spell with a two-fold purpose. Smoke blasts out from her robes with explosive force, enough to knock anyone away from her - it also covers the immediate area in a thick layer of smoke, that seems to refuse to leave. The smoke may have different properties, depending on what she needs. It is incredibly difficult to dissipate the smoke as long as she is conscious/in the area.
Barrage: A blast of small concentrated smoke balls barrage at the enemy, exploding with force on impact.
Smoke Pulse: Releases a stream of fast moving smoke in a direction. Propels her in whatever direction she points. Used to quickly avoid/dodge things, though could be used to smack someone as an impromptu, low-damage attack.
Smoke Control: A passive ability that allows her to change the density, force, and other properties of the smoke. It normally comes in a cloudy white form, and different colors have different properties, though she can only use a green-colored smoke for now - which is used to dull someones senses. Doing so requires more mana, and is usually used to set up a trap/weaken her enemies before a fight.
She is immune to the effects though her allies will not be - though she can usually clear a path for them through the smoke should they need it.
Green: Causes ones senses to be dulled as long as they breathe it in. Vision gets blurry, and generally become sluggish. Its effects aren't very pronounced at first, but the longer one breathes it the more severe they become. Doesn't stay in the body for long, a few quick breaths of fresh air will help greatly in staving off the effects.
Smoke Form: A little spell she doesn't use much except to avoid unavoidable attacks. Basically, her entire body becomes smoke itself, including her robe. Sustaining the mode for too long causes a huge exhaust on magic, so it's best used sparingly.
(will probably add more spells later.)
Other: Surprisingly quite agile, despite the cloak. Seems to not weigh much. Also quite good at using her dagger, so don't underestimate her.
Relatives:: N/A. Never knew her actual parents, and the mage who raised her is imprisoned.
Possessions:: A cloak that dulls the wearers presence, making it easier for her to go unnoticed.
A rather unusual looking dagger She rather abhors using it, but it was the last thing her 'father' gifted her. Seems to have no special properties, other than doing whatever a dagger does. It's blade is almost long enough to be called a short sword, but it's light weight and easy to use. And make no mistake, if she has to, she will use it to the extent of her abilities.
Books! Loves books and reading and generally learning in general.
Theme Song::
"Wahaha!~ It's HAMMER TIME!~ Okay, yeah, that was horrible. Hehe, but still funny."
Standing at an imposing 6'4", Chloe dwarfs even most of the men she knows. Not to mention she's probably physically stronger than most of them as well. That hammer she carries? It weighs an astonishing 75lbs, and she can swing it with ease. It's made out of magically enhanced steel so that it doesn't break even under extreme pressure or damage. Even other magic would have trouble affecting it. Not to mention the armor she wears easily adds another fifty pounds or so.
She has light brown hair, usually tied back into a ponytail with a blue ribbon. She has chocolate colored eyes, and her skin constantly has a rich tan considering the time she spends outside (No tanlines either. Heh heh.) The only thing remarkable about her appearance other than her impressive physical size, is a large, jagged scar that runs diagonally across her back from her right shoulder, to her left thigh.
It's just about the only thing she doesn't really like talking about.
-Basic Info-
Name: Chloe Vollan
Nickname/Alias: The Stone Bulwark
Gender: Female
Age and date of birth: 20, July 7th.
Guild: Golems Hand Guild Mark is located on her right leg, easily visible. It's an earthy brown in color.
Rank: A-rank.
~Personal Information~
Personality: Completely bubbly, Chloe is about as friendly as they come. Most would equate her to a giant cuddly teddy bear who loves giving people her special brand of rib crushing hugs.
Most of the time, she's all smiles and can brighten any room. Outgoing and as social as they come, Chloe is usually well liked by most. She also loves a good brawl, and would never back down from any challenge and always goes full out in any fight, even with her friends and Guildmates.
She does indeed have trouble holding back. To her, she lives her life to the fullest with zero restraints and she has trouble understanding those who are shy or unsociable. That said, she would also never insult them - because for while she doesn't agree or understand them, she would never go so far as to say someone's way of life is any worse than hers simply because she doesn't understand.
However, If that way of life involves bullying others or using the 'ends justify the means' approach, you're going to find your head dislocated form your shoulders. If there's one thing she can't stand, it's bullies and those who pick on the weak...or those who sit idly by watching the bullying happen.
She would do anything to help her friends and guild mates, even if it meant putting herself in harms way. Perhaps a bit of an odd trait, for one of Golem's hand who view the strength of the individual over allies as a whole, but she doesn't let it get to her. She joined Golem's hand simply because well, she sort of like the name better.
A master of good decisions, Chloe is objectively not some times.
History: Born in a village far from either Harpy's Wing or Golem's hand, Chloe is pretty much a foreigner to these lands. She had a relatively...easy, life growing up, if you could call it that. Her parents were traveling merchants, traveling quite often and never staying in one place for long. Some might have developed a fear of others, or simply grown tired of it, but she loved it. Meeting new people and places...she could never get enough of it.
Such a life, wouldn't last though.
When they were traveling, they were beset by wild animals who seemed particularly enraged. Her father and her fought to the best of their abilities, but it was in vain. The monsters slaughtered them, and she would have died if it hadn't been for a passing monk that healed her, and took her in. For a time, the young girl was completely shattered. The monk took pity on her though, and asked her if she wanted the power to save not only herself, but her friends and family as well.
She, of course, was skeptical of such power at first but accepted anyways. So he took her deep into this cave system...where a dragon slept. Stunned and a little bit in awe of the grand creature, the dragon taught her the ways of a dragon slayer.
And then the dragon disappeared after teaching her about everything he could.
With newfound determination, she practiced ancient dragon slayer magic, and learn martial arts from the monk. When she was old enough, she left, taking the hammer he gifted her with her and set out. Sometime later, she found herself in Luna Crescente, and helped quite a number of people during the attack by the dark guild, and later joined Golem's Hand.
-Magic-
Magic Name:: Stone Dragon Slayer magic
Description:: One of the ancient Dragon Slayer magics, and much of her magic is based on manipulating earth in some way. Like with the rest, she is able to eat stones, rocks, and other hard sediments from the earth to replenish her magic and stamina, and for the most part fighting her with other earth-based magic is gonna be fairly futile.
~Known Spells~
~Offensive~
Stone Dragon's Roar: A basic slayer spell. A blast of magic spews from her mouth, as though one was being hit with a landslide of countless boulders. It's quite the powerful spell despite its simplicity.
Stone Dragons' Crushing Claw: She strikes someone with a powerful, rock-shattering blow, either with a kick or a punch. More of a 'blunt' attack, it doesn't have much in the way of armor-piercing power, but it can easily crush foes.
Stone Dragons' Spines: Sharp stones are launched at the foe from the casters hand. These can vary in size greatly, from small stones to large spikes five times the size of humans. Needless to say, they are quite devastating, and are gonna hurt if you get smacked with one.
Stone Dragons' Reckless Charge: Chloe charges at the target, using the earth beneath her feat to launch her at an opponent at almost blinding speeds. It has enough force to knock through most walls, trees, buildings, and even iron. It's an incredibly inaccurate attack, however, and easy to see coming.
If you do get hit with it though, you're gonna hurt. Best part is, she takes zero damage from these charges, and she can chain these together, so do be prepared.
Can be used for more than combat purposes as well, such as moving quickly or ascending vertically.
Stone Dragons Tail Hammer: Summoning massive stones, Chloe forms them into a hammer and slams it into the opponent or the ground. The force is enough to cause the very earth to quake from the impact. Chaining this attack together with Reckless Charge, makes for a mean one-two combo that'll take a good chunk of years off your life expectancy.
Stone Dragons Barrage: Probably her fastest, but lowest damaging attack. She closes in and unleashes a flurry of blows upon the opponent, as though they were being struck by numerous hand-sized pebbles. Designed to hit opponents faster than she is, but she's likely not gonna be doing much damage. Thankfully, she can usually keep the spell up until her foe has been dealt with. She will also often use this first to gauge the speed of her opponent in battle before getting a bit serious.
Stone Dragons Land Destruction: Probably her most powerful spell. She slams her hammer or hands into the earth. The earth rumbles, a powerful blast of magic completely decimating a portion of the land beneath them and sending a shower of rocks, stones, and earth debris skyward along with whoever was caught inside. Then, the stones rush downwards at a blinding speed, crushing any caught within and dragging them into the crater, burying and crushing them to death under a pile of stones and rocks.
~Passive~ Stone Dragons' Scales: While not scales, per se, when getting at least somewhat serious for a fight, her skin becomes rock itself and turns a slate grey color, making her skin almost impossible to damage except with iron, steel, and people with enough magic power to chip away at hard rock.
Stone Dragons Bulwark: This passive ability makes it so that she is able to resist the effects of non-damaging magic to some extent. As in, she can simply shrug off some magic that isn't designed to directly deal damage. Illusions, curses, and things like that all fall into that category. Those that do manage to affect her, will be greatly reduced in effect.
-Other-
Requip What? expect her to carry that hammer around 24/7?
Other: - Skilled martial artist and at using her hammer, even without magic, - her magic isn't designed to be quick, but to hit hard enough to fell most opponents in a few hits.
Relatives:: Her teacher, old man Holldan. A monk who spends his days in quiet meditation. She basically considers him her adoptive father.
Possessions: Hammer of Giants, Volldrung. Her armor, which she forged and crafted herself.

I'ma go ahead and throw up Ceri.
Coming up with spells is more difficult than I like xD
@KiltmanBagz Also, Klisa looks good to me (obviously~)
People are probably busy. We don't have to move at a lightning fast pace xD
I'm mostly waiting on a few other people to post before I move Nefas out of the prison, and maybe on our Space Comrade to post something with Grindlehooke so I can have Nerine take him home with her against his will :D
@Rune_Alchemist While I definitely encourage you to play what you want to play, they tell me that variety is the spice of life! Let me know what you come up with, I'll wait for a one or two more interested parties before throwing up the game.
ahaha, yeah, it is. I always try to avoid playing similar characters as someone else in an RP.
I suppose my character would depend a lot on what we go with. Either part of the police department, or a gang.
Obviously, the characters we could make would vary greatly, as (someone who has a degree in law enforcement) the police wouldn't take anyone that was dishonorably discharged from the military or other government agency. However, a gang would probably allow people to play some people with fairly shady pasts.
Personally, I vote for the SPD, if only because I'd like to throw some police corruption in the mix we'd likely have to directly deal with.
"I'm Abigail! And of course I'm not half bad! I always try my best. If I was gonna be bad, I'd be way worse than half bad! I'd be like...One... Two... Um... Three! I'd be three halves bad! That's one hundred percent!"
Lynn fell silent, a small disbelieving looking appearing on her face as Abigail spoke. The cigarette in her mouth burned idly as she tried to process what Abigail was doing. Was Braids being serious? She was a complete ditz, if she was. Lynn could understand not being good at math - hell, she was terrible at academics, but even she could count to a hundred.
"I got distracted, didn't I? Sorry! I can tell that we're gonna be great friends though. Ooh, caramel flavour!"
That statement elicited a small laugh from Lynn. Friends? Please. She had no intention of being 'friends' but if this chick wanted to delude herself into thinking that, sure. She could mess around with her at least, if she ended up tagging along for whatever reason. She didn't get much of a chance to reply though, the guy Abigail waved over had started talking.
"They are children after all. There's not much pride to be earned in stomping brats, If my Meowth wasn't so hot-headed he might have escaped this battle unscathed. Admittedly, I didn't see much of your Deerling... Abigail? My eyes were set on little sneasel, here,"
Quill gave Waffles a friendly smile, before noticing the newcomer. She turned her head towards Tesh, and walked over to him. The dark-type returned the friendly grin, the feathers on her back ruffling slightly as she did so. The Sneasel definitely didn't mind the attention, and the guy looked like he was an alright sort. Seemed like he had a bit of a better attitude than Lyn as well. That said, he also looked like he'd be fun to mess with.
"A win's a win, isn't it?" Lynn replied with a huff. "Those brats picked a fight. They lost, we won. He should be lucky I didn't make him give me that rattata of his, he can't even use it right." She coolly replied to Tesh. Perhaps that was going a bit too far, but eh. As she spoke, Quill tilted her head quizzically up at Tesh, before jumping up, and wrapping her arms around his neck, giving him a quick impromptu hug that lasted only a few seconds before she released him, and landed on the ground not that far away from him.
He probably didn't notice, but on her way down she managed to deftly reach one of her claws into his pocket and take that empty pokeball of his.
Before he could notice though, she walked over to Lyn, pokeball in her claws. She leaned against Lyn's leg, crossing her own legs and began spinning the pokeball on one of her claws like one might a ball. She gave Tesh a playful seeming smirk. If Lyn noticed the pilfering, she didn't say anything.
