Gwynn stands at a fairly tall five foot eight with pale skin and bright, long blonde hair with amber colored eyes. Most of the time she wears a rather formal looking dress one might expect of nobility. Green, red, and gold make up most of the color scheme on her dress. After all, a noble lady has to look presentable as possible. The cloak though, is merely a formality and used to be worn in parties and other fancy things. At her side, rests a blade she is skilled in using.

Physically speaking, she's fairly average as far as looks go. While she isn't unattractive, she's not overly so either. Soft features, modest feminine assets, unblemished skin suggesting she at least takes some care of her appearance.

Personality
Most of the time Gwynn is friendly, confident, adventurous, and somewhat flirtatiously aggressive in her mannerisms. She'll be the first to make friends with you, and also the first to assume you're a no good dirty evil butt-face and proceed to kick your face in for some small reason. Of course, once the misunderstanding is cleared up, you'll likely be friends for life.

Because of this, Gwynn has a tendency to jump to conclusions a lot about peoples actions and things, especially if she doesn't know someone all that well. And while she is no saint herself, and delights in some small mischief and possible theft of property, she's not going to do anything that intentionally endangers anyone.

When it comes to studies and academics, she's surprisingly well read and knowledgeable about a number of things, especially when it comes to study of history.

History:
Gwynn isn't from mainland europe, if her name and accent isn't any indication. She hails from quite a ways away, actually. A somewhat small island country to the North East by the name of Ireland. From an early age, she's always been a bit of a problem child. Always running around, getting into places she shouldn't. This has more than once landed her into quite a bit of trouble, but she's always managed to avoid any huge negative repercussions other than being grounded for a month straight once.

She was raised in a mostly middle class town, the daughter of an incredibly old declining noble family, who had their roots as conquerors in Britannia. Her family was once a more powerful house, but over time, politics, poor management of assets and a few assassination attempts have seen it fall into decline. While her family wished for a male heir to perhaps solve these problems, they got her. So they raised her as one might a son. Taught her swordsmanship, academics, and while she more or less was okay with the studies...well, her personality manifested in quite a few rebellious (and somewhat shady) streaks. Her parents tried more than a few methods to get her to be more well behaved, but they were mostly, futile.

As time passed though, eventually they struck a deal with a foreign noble family. In hopes of increasing their own power, they agreed to marry her off to a noble family.

Yeah. Right. Like she was gonna just do that.

Magic:
Cold Affinity, Icy Aura
Gwynn's magic is about as basic as Ice Magic can get. For the most part, she can freeze the water particles in air around her and use them to her advantage. Her skill level is fairly basic, and for the most part she can only form and create rough, large, heavy chunks of ice to lob at a foe. She could also freeze the floor by dropping the temperature, but for the most part her magic is fairly limited to the area around her. Additionally, it gives her protection from cold. Likes using it to ice-skate

Limitations
- Any hot/dry area, her magic will effectively be useless.
- Can easily be melted by fire, though she could easily reform it.
- has a range of a few feet in front of her she can drop the temperature, and control her ice. Meaning, she's not going to be using her magic at range a whole lot.

Lyssa stands at a respectable 5'6", and is fairly average in her appearance. She has a pale complexion, and bright blue eyes. Most of the time she wears a green and white dress with long boots. As far as attractiveness goes, most would probably find her quite attractive or rather 'adorable'.

Deconstruction:
To put simply, this is the deconstruction of elements. By understanding an items composition, she can break the bonds between the elements, turning anything the magic touches into nothing more than useless scrap. Of course, she has to understand what exactly it is she's deconstructing for it to work. In retrospect, this magic has quite a few drawbacks. Especially considering she has to rely on her own physical abilities a lot of the time.

For example, breaking the bonds in water, creating Oxygen and Hydrogen. A pure element such as Iron, all she has to do is break the bonds between the iron particles themselves, and it'll turn them into small scraps.

Strengths: Once something's destroyed, it's destroyed almost instantly becoming little more than useless hunks of scrap in the process. A single touch is all it will take, and if she can get the composition right, then the item basically becomes useless. She could effectively kill a human with a touch if she so desired. It'd take longer to break down more complex organisms, and she'd have to do it for awhile, but you can bet you'd be hurting - most likely internal bleeding and a few other broken things.

As long as she's touching something, she can send magic along it to reach the area around a target at range.

Weaknesses: Despite how effective the magic is at destroying, it has a lot of weaknesses. Such as being close enough to touch whatever it is you want to destroy. (Or at least, she has yet to discover a way to make her abilities work at range.) Secondly, against someone who can make something, it'd be a bit of a hassle, considering they could just remake whatever she had destroyed if given time.

Third, against things like fire, and other things it'd be difficult to defend against. She'd have to use her creativity here to her advantage.

She likes to think her martial training makes up for a bit these setbacks, however.

Other Skills:
Lyssa is fairly strong, despite her cute and cuddly appearance. She practices martial arts daily, and is easily fairly good at it. Perhaps no the best, but she could give most people a run for their money.

If one would describe Lyssa, it's an unending bundle of energy and friendliness. Indeed, she never seems to tire and ends something with just as much energy as she started it with. She likes meeting new people, and loves hanging out with others. An all around people person, some might say. She'll be the first to befriend the new kid at at school...and also the first to steal any sweets you might have.

She tends to shy away from violence and conflict, but if she must she will end it as swiftly as she can. Her magic, which deconstructs elements can end things quite easily, if she has too.

Ah, and she can say some...odd things sometimes. Don't read too much into them.

And despite her lazy nature towards her studies, she's not unintelligent. She's quite resourceful, most of the time, and can probably recite the periodic table backwards and forwards.

Backstory:

If you ask her, her history is rather mundane. Her parents were rather normal people, who are completely uninteresting humans. Her mother was a mage, and her father was a martial artist - never having much love for magic or academics, instead focusing on martial pursuits. She herself, grew fascinated by magic like her mother well and started attempting to learn it. Her father though, also made sure she received proper physical and martial training as well. No child of his was going to study silly magic and let their bodies waste away.

Even now, she still practices, though she doesn't really put much emphasis on it when she's at Montange, instead focusing more on the magic aspects of her abilities.

Of course, there's a bit more to this bubbly girls history than she's telling, but you'll have to seriously gain her trust if you want to know more.

Sorcha

Sorcha

Sorcha is tall, giving off a regal air of sophistication and nobility. She stands at a tall 5'9", dwarfing most of the men she has ever met. Her splendid white hair brilliantly reflects the sunlight, and it's obvious she takes very good care of it. Her skin, in places where she has it, is flawless in every since of the word, not a blemish to be found.

As far as her human traits go, she'd probably be the girl that caused everyone to turn their heads, and possibly even walk into a pole.

It is quite obvious she isn't human. Brilliant white wings cover her back, and have not tattered or dulled with age, and are just as pristine as the day she was born. A long, powerful white tail extends behind her, ready in equally pristine condition. Atop her head, are two sharp, pointed horns that protrude upwards. Where she doesn't have skin, she has white scales. They cover most of her legs and waist, curving around her sides and covering most of her back and arms with the durable armor.

Her eyes, a fierce, commanding red.

The armor she wears, was crafted by a nameless blacksmith in her old town. She wears it out of sentiment and so that she will never forget the pain of that horrible day where she lost everything she considered herself to love.

Roar of the Heavens:
Being a dragon of Thunder and Storms, she has minimal control over the element. While she can't 'breathe' it in the traditional sense, she can, direct a lightning bolt towards a target. In humanoid form, she can fire such bolts from her hands or glaive. However, she can not rapid fire them - they take a few seconds to charge, so to speak. The stronger the bolt, the longer 'charge' it needs.

Once upon a time, it is said that she was able to summon disastrous tempests that would blow away all but the most stalwart of men. She neither confirms or denies these claims.

Immovable Wall:
Her scales are quite durable, and work well enough for a natural armor and to deflect blades...and are really gonna hurt something fierce if you get whacked with one.

Another rumor states she could at one point, take he form of a majestic scaled lizard, dwarfing the largest of man made buildings. Another rumor she neither confirms nor denies.

Strengths:
It's lightning. You know, electricity. It'll mess you up fairly badly if you get hit with it. It's an incredibly fast projectile, and while it is been proven possible to dodge, one would need to be incredibly fast to do so.

Weaknesses:
Lightning is drawn to high places. Not to mention, it can't pass through ground so well. Any earth-related element is going to find themselves at quite an advantage to her lightning. Lightning rods also work quite well for grounding her electricity. Works better as precise, targeted attacks and not so well as Area of Effect attacks.

Catalyst:
A ancient, but well taken care of and strong Glaive, forged out of dragon scales. She always seems to have this with her, and seems to hold some importance to her. However, if asked she will simply give a wistful smile, and respond that it's simply a gift from a long dead friend. She never elaborates more on that.

Personality:
Prideful. Stubborn. Arrogant. Those are the three words that would most definitely describe her accurately. Any dragon creature would share similar personality traits, and none so embody that fact like Sorcha. Honorable, Fair, and a lover of junk food shiny things, are just about all that encompass her personality. She will never tolerate an insult towards herself, or anyone that she so happens to deem worthy of being her master. To do so would severely tarnish her pride, and is something she would never let happen.

Tends to hold grudges because of her pride, should she lose or be insulted in some way.

However, she also knows she is no god, and would never actually call herself as such. In fact, she loathes those who call themselves gods, and would gladly impale them on her glaive.

"My history...is quite long, I assure you. I remember every detail of my life...even the painful ones that never quite heal."

Backstory:
Her origins are shrouded in mystery, though one can confirm she was born sometime shortly before the birth of Christ somewhere in Scotland or Ireland. Her childhood is shrouded in much history, though she says she never knew her parents much - they were murdered when she was but a child and had to fend for herself through most of it and made sure to keep to herself and stay away from others - especially humans. Her parents had warned that they feared dragons, and would probably attempt to kill her, and she made sure to avoid them. Sticking to forests, caves, and never staying in one area for long.

And then, she met, A great wizard. He wanted a familiar, a powerful being. She of course, refused and the two fought, her ending up losing. And as an agreement reached before the fight, she became his familiar and fought, worked, and traveled alongside the wizard for much of his life, until they went their separate ways.

A few hundred years later, she found herself in the cold northern lands - somewhere what is around Denmark today. Having tasted battle fighting along a heroic king and her owner, she set out to make a name for herself in these lands she had never laid eyes on before - Terrorizing and plundering the landscape for any valuable she could find.

She claims it is one of the least glamorous chapters in her life, but she will not deny that it happened. Soon enough, she was challenged by a brave warrior, and the two fought each other in honorable combat. She killed all of his men, and fatally wounded the warrior, but not before receiving a near fatal wound herself. She managed to flee, but her wounds eventually got the best of her, and she passed out, unable to retain consciousness.

What happened after then, no one really knows. She has never told anyone - but it is known a few hundred years later she showed up in some small European village - with her Glaive in hand. She says she saved the village from a plague - some uppity mage or something was causing it. Normally she wouldn't care about such a thing, but the village offered a reward that quite intrigued the dragon.

Money. all of the Cities money, and their undying loyalty to the great dragon. She couldn't refuse such an offer, and within the next day, the mage lay dead and the plague stopped before it could spread any further. And for another few hundred years, she was praised and worshiped as a goddess by the people. The town grew and prospered under her guidance and protection. Until those religious zealots sought to kill her in the name of their god. They burned her village to the ground, killing all of the peasants and attempting to kill her. Fools ended up charred to a crisp from her bolts, but the damage was done. The entire town was decimated, nothing more than charred cinders and a grieving dragon.

This affected the dragon greatly. Over the years, she grew to care for the villagers - indeed, she even could say she had fallen for one of the locals.

On the night following its said her furious, grieving, cries could be heard through the entire countryside.

What happened after that, she never reveals, though she wandered and caused minor troubles here and there. She simply states she traveled, and has yet to take another master. Why she wants one now is anyone guess. Some with guts says she's lonely after being out of touch with people for so many years. Such people usually end up on the receiving end of her smiting.

Appearance: Standing at roughly five foot seven, Cynthia is fairly tall. She has a soft complexion one might expect of a high born noble, but often wears the garments of a servant and doesn't change much from this attire, as that would be disrespect to the glorious headmistress.

Personality:
Taciturn, harsh, condescending, and really doesn't think of much other people. However, she is a devoted maid and servant, and is a ruthless tyrant when it comes to cleaning, cooking, and taking care of Livia's affairs and her home. The other servants are usually terrified of her, even the older ones as she has proven to be ten times better at their tasks then even they are.

Carries a thin, rapier like sword and is incredibly agile and knows how to use it. Is fairly gifted in using wind based magic.

State of the World

Currently, the date is late 1434, during the Renaissance era. Much of the technology of the world is the same as you might expect. It's a period of enlightenment and an era of scholars and learning, shaking off the rigid dogma of the church. One major effect this has had, is the acceptance of magic is a normal, god-given act in most scholarly and religious circles. Of course, the general populace is still quite fearful of such a powerful practice, though its no longer seen as something of the devil. After all, clerics and priests of the church are able to do such things to heal the sick and help the poor, so how can it be a thing of evil?

Likewise in recent years due to magic and scholarly pursuits pagan religions have seen a bit of a resurgence in popularity. While nothing major and not widespread, some people have taken to worship of the older pantheons. Of course, worship of pagan deities is still outlawed and seen as something not desirable, so such things in Europe are done behind closed doors and in private company.

Familiars, Mythical creatures and nonhumans

Despite the forward thinking scholars of the era, most of the general populace still remains wary, even fearful of non human creatures and mythological figures. Who can blame them, either? Most of these creatures aren't exactly benevolent, and many have caused multiple problems for humans in the past. As such, racism against these creatures is nothing.

However, some scholars take these creatures in as familiars. Loyal servants expected to serve their masters. Any non human creature will be given a form more suited for fitting in among humans. This extends to ordinary creatures such as cats, dogs, and birds as well. Such familiars, can often times be granted power from the contract so they can better serve and look after their masters.

St. Sappho

Named after a famous Mage, Poet, and Bard, the Academy has been around for at least a century. The academy itself is decently sized, having at least 1,000 students within its halls in any semester.
Despite being prestigious, it's not an expensive place to learn from. All you need to do is show some aptitude for magic or a willingness to learn other academic subject. The headmistress is quite generous, and advocates the free sharing of knowledge and magic despite ones station as a noble or peasant.

The Academy itself, is located in a valley in central Europe. A small town has cropped up around the academy, where many of the staff can live off campus if they so desire, so they aren't always on site. Forested mountains are nearby, where a number of outdoor activities take place. A lake isn't too far from the city either, a popular relaxing place for students on their days off.

The valley is also full of farms, locally growing animals and produce.

Headmasters Villa

Livia's home was as one might expect. From the outside, one could see it was two stories and quite large. A few lamps lit the outside of the house, illuminating the front door. The building itself seemed to be made of smooth brick, likely polished with magic. The roof had red tiles covering it in a sloped fashion, so rain water would not collect in it. Livia paused for a few moments in the gardens, to let Fia get a good look at it if she wished, but didn't linger for long and made her way inside.

As soon as they opened the door, Livia was greeted by one of her servants who offered tea, but she politely declined telling the man he had the rest of the night off. Looking around the room, it was sophisticated yet simple. The room they were in was a large, a plush violet carpet with sofas, chairs and a small table covering the floor near a fireplace some steps away. The floor itself was polished tiles, kept to a clean shine likely by the servants. A few decorative ornaments hung on the walls.

Stairs leading up could be seen not far away to their left, and a hallway leading to the servants quarters was close by. Another hallway on the opposite end of the room likely lead to kitchens, a dining room, and maybe a few other areas. The stairs leading up, likely led to her and some guest bedrooms.

The town, Valeza

The town that has convienetnly sprung up around the academy. Many workers and staff live here, since the academy doesn't offer in housing for teachers or staff members. Aside from this, quite a few shops have also opened here, funded by the headmistress. Over time, its turned into quite a bustling, if small town that is more or less self sustainable.

The Vetement, is a small store found on the second story within the small city. Run by a large tailor who appears gruff on the outside, this alchemist has made it his life's mission to find the proper piece of clothing for every individual. The store uses a certain type of alchemy to create clothes imagined from a 'sample' or drawing and constructing them from raw materials straight onto the body.

The Vetement

"Clothes racks consumed most of the store's space with only a single article of clothing in a single style hanging from its racks. A long wallside wooden desk along the left side had several chairs pushed into it along with sketchpads and colored pencils scattered across it's surface. In a small clearing towards the right side of the store were two circles with various symbols etched in them. A tone that tried to sound irritated, but betrayed a sense of welcoming echoed from a counter just beyond the circles. "What brings the headmistress here today?" The man's deep voice boomed."

Di Voglia

Eventually, the pair arrived at an expensive tavern. Outside of it, a floating fountain magically spewed water towards the ground. The building itself was what one would expect for a well to do resturant, and while it avoided leaning towards gaudy it was clearly elegantly designed. The plants that sat out front were arranged perfectly, and if one looked around the place there would be a large garden in the back for more private seating. Well dressed waiters headed between the tables, allowing those within to interact with them as little or as much as they pleased.

We are a school that was founded by Lady Fiore for one purpose: The study of magic and the betterment of all people. At least that's the official statement! Who knows. Maybe there's something shady going on here. It doesn't matter how you've come into magic. Be it from self study, inheritance, or any other means. The point is, you have magic and can channel it.

I, Headmistress Fiore welcome all of you with open arms to my Academy. Here, we strive for excellence in all fields of study. Be it the darker arts of necromancy, the powerful forces of nature, or the more subtle illusion magics. All fields of magical study are welcome in St. Sappho. Make no mistake, our school is one of the best, if not the best. It is indeed a privilege to attend.

Okay, enough of that rehash of everything we know, guys~

This is RP is invite Only, sorry folks! Even the previous participants in either of the RPs this one stems from. I'm not gonna go into a long winded explanation of everything here, as I think it's pretty self explanatory. Anything else, any lore will be put into the first part of the character tab for perusing and so if we move on and on the off chance we get any late comers, they can easily get caught up.

Pokemon: Nexus [REBOOT]

welp, might as well throw in my interest too. Should have a CS up and ready in an hour or so.

EDIT: Although, I have a few questions. Regarding movesets, is it going to be limited to the four it is in the games? Are stats going to matter a whole bunch here? Obviously a steel type is going to be on the slower side, but with nifty tactics even a beedrill should be able to take down a dragonite or something 'stronger' than it.

That age limit. Is that like, a set thing you're not gonna budge on? Because I'm honestly not really comfortable playing anyone below the age of seventeen or eighteen. It's really weird playing a flirty character at that age. Like, really weird.

Personality:
To say Lucile Geroux is a bit of an eccentric is an understatement. While at first, she'll likely come off as a somewhat mature girl since she speaks with at least some formality and decorum, anyone who spends any length of time around her will quickly find she is, in fact, not.

While she's not unfriendly, she's definitely not overly so either. In fact, if one had to sum of the eighteen year old's personality, it could easily be described as thus: A teasing, somewhat promiscuous, demanding, pleasure seeker who does things solely for her own pleasure or interest. She'll not hesitate to make fun of someone for small giggles at the expense of their own emotional health or tease someone simply for the sake of teasing them.

It should be noted, she's also not going to go out of her way to help a random trainer either. She probably won't even help someone she knows, unless she can get her 'fun' out of it. Calm and collected as well, its rare to see her flustered in some manner. (some might just call this being completely shameless). And if someone truly ever gets upset at her shenanigans, if they seriously tell her to stop she likely will. Of course, they should make sure to be 100% serious about it otherwise she'll simply believe them to be playing along.

That said, she loves her pokemon and they seem to be just about the only ones she consistently will help without a second thought. If someone does anything to them, they gonna have a bad time.

History:
Not much to say here, aside from she's your average Kalosian girl. Her parents weren't anything special, and she doesn't come from money or prestige. Not that she particularly cares or finds it to be much of a trait of character. Success and prestige comes not from ones family, but how they live their life.

She grew up in Laverre city, becoming interested in pokemon from quite a young age, preferring those of the dark and ghost typing. Most of the time, she spent her life growing up playing around in the swamps of route fourteen until her parents moved to the Fordis region, specifically Solstice Town. She didn't particularly have any special attachment to the place, indeed she saw it as a fun adventure. As such, she adjusted to the move quite easily and she's had a fairly easy and decent life growing up. Though, due to her somewhat promiscuous and troublesome personality, she's gotten into no end of mischief and trouble in the name of her entertainment.
