Aye, if you want to be in control of the traits/things I'd get that's fine with me! I also went ahead and wrote up a bit more about it on my end - leaves a bit of room for the relic to get stronger in some ways. Just a few things that would offer a risk/reward for it and make it a bit more dangerous/risky to try and kill something. If you'd rather not, I'll just clip that bit out.

Isana hasn't entirely been able to get rid of her work clothes from home yet. Dressed in a formal black and purple dress with white gloves that isn't exactly suited for survival in the wild.

Personality:
Currently? Isana is a rather mild mannered individual. She has no idea how she ended up in arcadia in possession of something like 'The Bangles of the Beast lord' or at least, she doesn't want to accept what she saw. Either way, Isana tends to try and stay out of peoples way, and always tends to go with the path of least resistance in regards to how she accomplishes things. She's by no mean shy or non-talkative, but she tends to always go with the path that could put herself in a safer, less dangerous position even if it means stepping on others toes a bit. She absolutely loathes direct conflict and will always do her best to try and avoid it. By all means, she is a follower and not a leader.

She has absolutely no idea how she's supposed to use this...relic, but lately she's been feeling a tad bit more irritated and annoyed towards others and other strange urges.

Background:
Simply put? Isana was a disgruntled salary worker. Spent her life in a cubicle in front of a computer working for some ungrateful corporate schmucks. But, well, that's just how things worked. By the age of 22 she was well on her way to becoming a corporate drone and honestly just completely tired of life. By 24, she had pretty much given up hope on an exciting or better life. Working long work days and taking lots of overtime was just normal, even if she absolutely hated her superiors, there wasn't much she could do about it.

"Wouldn't it be better to be the one in control? The Alpha? The one who had power, so to speak?"

The thought occurred to her on her way home one night from the office. She has no idea where it came from, but it made her laugh. Oh sure, sure, her be the leader of something? Have a shred of power? Pfft, like that was going to happen. Sarcasm aside, it happened almost instantly. A large, silver haired beast stood in front of her, almost three stories tall. It looked like a lion of some sort - with wings and some sort of poisonous tail. A manticore of some sort? She was pretty sure that's what it was called. She was also fairly certain someone put something in those doughnuts she ate.

"Irritation. Frustration. You are weak, human, but you will do..."

Whatever this beast, whatever this creature was she couldn't be certain but she didn't get long to ponder it. The beast raised a powerful claw, certain it was going to crush her.

The next thing she knew, she was blasted off her feet and literally eating dirt.

"Don't waste this chance, human. If you wish to live, then hunt! Prove your worth to survive! Use this relic and carve your name into the forests!"

True enough, there were simple bracelets around her wrists. She has no idea what she is going to do now, except try and find some way to survive.

Skills:
Skills? Aside from following orders and knowing how to make herself seem as small and unassuming as possible, Isana doesn't have much in the way of special skills. That said, she is fairly resourceful when it comes to a number of things, and has an acute mind that can pick up on things rather quickly.

At times, when she must, she can be fairly persuasive and knows how to use words to her advantage.

Relic:
Bangles of the Beast Lord:
At first glance, these bangles seem to be made of simple polished wood and string, decorated with feathers and a number of colorful stones. On the sides seem to be some carving of a great beast of some sort.

These bangles allow the wearer to take a single trait from a downed foe, be it physical trait such as a tigers ears or a special ability such as a spiders poison. As these bangles follow the rule of 'Survival of the fittest' and encourage the hunting of stronger, different foes to gain power. The physical changes to a person are permanent, and irreversible, as well those wearing them are somewhat compelled to go out and hunt.

A few limitations are:
The creature must be flesh and blood, or otherwise 'living'. She'll gain nothing from spectral entities or undead and have a lot more difficult time fighting them with tooth, claw, and poison. Perhaps some sort of beast with some elemental abilities could help with that, though.

As of now, changes are permanent and will override any preexisting ability she has gained of a similar nature. Venom from a snake and venom from a spider won't make a more powerful venom, but rather one would replace the other.

She must take a trait from a downed foe regardless if she wants it or not if she is able, even if one would replace something else.

She must also land the lethal blow herself. No weakening it and letting others finish it off.

Appearance:
Standing at a five foot nine, Cinnia is solidly built for an elf. Muscles that indicate raw strength, rather than the delicate finesse other elves might have. She has bright green eyes and long, fiery red hair usually tied back to keep it out of her way during forging, other work, or training. Upon her face she has two scars - one across her eye as well as one across the bridge of her nose. Trophies from a few rewards testing her weapons. Has a few others, but she ain't telling where. That's for you to find out. Normally she wears simple light clothing as to not get overheated when working the forge.

Role:
Blacksmith/Enchanter
Cinnia has skill with using a forge to forge both weapons and armor for various purposes. Additionally, she is able to take materials imbued with a source of magic, and forge them into other items if she has enough time, materials, and is already familiar with the function of it. Could also be used as a general laborer, such as helping build things if she's needed too.

Bio:
Cinnia, like most elves grew up in the forest. Unlike most other elves though, she spent more time inside the forge rather than frolicking through a field of daisies (She laughs at the idea). Cinnia has always been good with her hands, either when punching someones lights out, making things, or working with whatever it was she is working with. So instead of being a hunter or some sort of...uppity scholar, Cinnia instead took up learning how to smith quality weapons and armor. For an elf, that was a pretty new idea. She spent most of her early life training under a dwarf, even! A traveling blacksmith that wanted to travel the world and see the weapon making techniques of all the races in order to craft better weapons. When he showed up at Cinnia's village, she eagerly went with him and his other apprentice - another elf, by the name of Alena to boot.

Alena and Cinnia became fast friends, with Cinnia taking quite a liking to her somewhat klutzy superior, often spending time training themselves with weapons as well as how to possibly forge better. Somewhere down the road, after getting their hands on some rare Ore Cinnia's talent for enchanting became apparent. Sometime later after hearing of this expedition both her and Alena both applied to go - seeing this as a very good opportunity to expand on their skills.

As for why she was chosen over Alena? Well, the old dwarf was apparently a smith of some renown who had downright rejected the offer. So instead, they picked one of his apprentices - and it just happened to be Cinnia. She does feel a little bit bad that she was the one picked over Alena who was objectively older and much better than she was, but Alena wasn't much of an enchanter.

Skills:
- Forging weapons and other things out of metal
- Inlaying enchantments upon weapons, so long as she has something to work with. (taking magic from something else, and forging it into a weapon)
- While not her main focus, she does have some skill with wood working.
- Swordsmanship. Cinnia likes to think a good smith can only be good if they can use the weapons they forge. As such, she knows how to use one even if she doesn't do so that much. She tests the balance, weight, and sharpness of every blade herself and if its not up to snuff she isn't happy with it.
- Knows what quality ore looks like, unrefined or refined.
- Cook. Yep, she can cook fairly well. Have fun, people.

Magic:
Enchanter:
As previously stated, Cinnia has the ability to inlay magical effects into metal as she forges it. This is typically achieved by taking magic from something - typically some sort of ore or other material with latent magical properties - and somehow forging it into the resulting item in a very precise way. This can give both weapons and armor some fairly nifty effects - blades that never dull, blades that simply seem...sharper for some reason. Once done however, the armor and weapon will have the effect for its life, and sometimes the result can have some rather unforeseen consequences upon the object. Make it more brittle, for example. Additionally, it can be a time consuming process, and learning to work with new items can be more trial and error than anything, meaning heavy usage of materials.

Equipment:
Cinnia bought a wagon full of supplies that any blacksmith might need

-Metal working tools (hammer, tongs, that sort of thing etc.)
-Her sword
-Portable Forge. A simple construct consisting of multiple parts, but is little more than a metal box on sturdy legs to hold coals or other burnable materials. It's not much, and to make anything more extravagant she'll need to build a permanent one somewhere. It's able to make a fire hot enough to allow for making simple weapons. To be assembled on-site when the group stops.

Other:
Tends to be fairly flirty in her mannerisms.

I don't mean to sound like I'm being mean or trying to discourage your idea - but my character can already create enchanted weapons.

I assumed each character was basically had a wagon to load with supplies, not a single wagon for the entire expedition, as that's a bit light I would think since they wouldn't be able to bring any essentials necessary for survival at all.

But, suppose I was wrong. I'll fix it soon.

Just a bit more limited, is all, instead of gaining all the traits from a foe.

And I would imagine so. It also has the potential to be quite powerful if the wearer plays their cards right later on.

I'm still thinking on the particular limitations of it, like if she tried to gain venom from a spider and then venom from a snake, would they combine to form a stronger venom or would one override the other if it was more powerful? I'm leaning a bit towards the latter, if only for more versatility and a bit of creativity, but it might get a bit powerful.

Of course...she'd also need a trait to somehow deliver that venom. Such as fangs, claws, or even a stinger of some sort and it might be a bit difficult to kill all those different creatures xD

Suppose I could make the relic start off with overriding traits, but as the relic got more powerful it would let her combine traits she picked up with others, if applicable. Maybe increase the number of traits she was able to pick up as well - or maybe just increase the traits effectiveness.
