Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

Antidote Fern? Oh, that'd be very useful against venom and poison. The analysis skills didn't give her much else in the way of it, but she did gain something new - Monster Analysis! Excellent. Good, the more information she could gain about something the better. Immediately, she looked back over to the frogs and activated her new Analysis skill before returning back to the others.

"People were...praying to the demon king...?" And did they just assume for some reason, someone with that title, would accept prayers? These people...Ash sighed lightly, though did't comment on it. She had more important things to think about. Seemed Digbie was about to Evolve. Well, that was good for him at least. Still, what was she going to do? Torrent asked to be taught, and it did seem as though she was at least mildly eager to learn.

But then, what could Ash even teach her?

She was quickly coming to understand her knowledge of science and logic was not going to be helpful in the slightest in this world. She really didn't even know the first thing about magic, aside from her self experimentation. All she could potentially teach was just some words on thinking a bit before actually doing something reckless. To be quite honest, she was tired of putting up with all of them, just a bit. She was quickly missing her lab, computers, just being able to work without interruption.

She really did know nothing, didn't she? She always learned through books, reading, experimenting...but she couldn't do that here, could she? Yet taking a look around at everyone else, it seemed they were doing exactly that to an extent.

...

She hated feeling this...powerless. This useless. This pathetic. She ground her teeth together. She really didn't understand, that's what people always told her. She'd just have to fix that as soon as she could.

"That is good, Digbie." Ash said, moving away from the group slightly. "Again, I perhaps would suggest making the burrow upstream a bit, away from whatever it is that lives in there...ah, wait a minute." Ash interrupted herself. "Would anyone happen to still have a Mana Crystal from the cave? I would like to experiment on one, if possible."
Great

I'll see about gettin' a CS up tomorrow.
Oh hey @Mag Lev, been a bit, hasn't it?

This looks like a neat little setting you've come up with.

Got room to squeeze in one more or are ya full?

"Hahaha, freedom!~" The fairy laughed heartily as she fluttered out of R's hand, twirling in the air and giving the master of the sanctuary a playful wave. She fluttered over to Stephanie, having decided she should perhaps help this kiddo with her problems just a bit. Sometimes, all people really needed was a friend. She'd keep her eye on this one for just a bit.

"Ufu, my name's not the only lovely thing here." Tania teased with an impish chuckle, giving her a poke in the cheek, but before she could play a bit more R got straight to business. "I'd love to entertain you new guys, but I'll let R give you a tour first." And with that, the Aetheri zipped off, though she didn't stray too far, if the others paid attention they'd the Aetheri conveniently crossing paths with everyone whenever R decided to move to a different area. For the most part though, she merely watched, curious as to how each of them would react to the facilities.

First was the mess hall - it was where Tania spent most of her time. Big open place, and lots of room to move about. Some days this was where she regaled the residents with tales of her travels - either fictional, slightly, or completely made up on the spot. She wasn't lying when she said she was an entertainer. That's how she lived these years, traveling around, singing, putting on shows with her illusions and enthralling the people with tales of her old travels.

Next Moving on was the library. Her second most visited place. She literally got lost in here quite a bit. This place was massive. For a tiny and admittedly slightly air headed Aetheri like herself, she got turned around quite a bit at times. Some nights, if she couldn't sleep and the gentle light of the moon wasn't enough to placate her restlessness, she'd find herself here just reading.

After that it was the Hall of Worlds. A fun place, Tania had a lot of fun with. Being able to just travel so easily to different areas was simply fascinating. Made for some great pranks. She almost thought about slipping into the archery range. She could take a guess as to who was currently occupying it and she really wanted to mess with them...but alas, fresh blood tasted so much better, heh~

Growing bored, Tania zipped back through the halls back towards the mess hall before the tour was completely finished.

Hmm, maybe she'd go play with a certain Tree~

Ash quickly took notice of the plants in her surroundings. However, that was not what immediately interested her. The first thing was the mandible from that creature that those were fighting. The explosion carried it quite the distance. After a moment of studying, Ash grabbed it with her lesser force, before storing it in her backpack. She could probably make something with it, given a long enough moment to rest. She also took note of the waxy fern looking plants, quickly picking one and using both Alchemy and Magic Analysis on it before stuffing it in her backpack.

"Mourn speaks the truth, Digbie." Ash replied, frowning only slightly at Mourns seeming assertiveness as the supposed 'leader'. "We have yet to be acquainted, correct? I am Ash, a pleasure. And trust me when I say from what it looks like so far, you are nothing like those goblins. You helped rescue Torrent, and for that I am grateful, and that is not something any other goblin would likely do." She ended it there, not having much else to say on the matter. She had to keep alert for anything else potentially wanting to kill them as they traveled.

Thankfully, it seemed the explosion had driven off most of the animals. Good, less chances for complication. Ash really didn't want to put up with fighting anything else. A chore, that's what fighting was. An unwelcome chore she'd much rather deal without. She did however, take note of some particularly wide footprints, and stopped only for a few seconds to take note of them and study. Judging from how they were shaped, and spaced apart...perhaps some sort of creature that moved solely by bouncing or jumping more than walking? Difficult to say. Ash moved on, quickly, taking only a moment to use her analysis skills on that tuft of Black Fur.

Finally they reached the part of the forest that seemed completely devoid of Goblin interference. That meant, at least for the moment they no longer had to deal with them. However, given how things were going they may only have a moments respite. If Orchid did win she could be reasoned with, at least, but Ash didn't like to take chances on unknowns. The only thing that seemed to be amiss was a small tingle, a small alert as though she was being watched, like earlier, but whatever it was left them alone.

For some time, it seemed as though they didn't run into anything interesting, until suddenly, her alert skill only seemed to give her notice at the very last moment. The creature, some sort of deer moved far to fast, far to quickly to completely register. Its fur, a beautiful blue, its horns an elegant curve but it leaped away before she could fully study it. Intriguing! Her first sign of truly interesting otherworldly, fantasy life. She couldn't help but to be curious.

Eventually they came to a creek bed, a good source of water if clean. Ash made a mental note of it. If they could make a good shelter near here, then it would be an excellent place to do so. Further down the creek, she could hear the frogs. Several frog like creatures that had a texture of some sort of rubber, and were as large as watermelons. They seemed peaceful, or at least immediately non-hostile, which the same couldn't be said for of the creature in the burrow.

Mourn then had to go and suggest something quite absurd. After using her analysis skills on the frogs, Ash turned to the Corpselight.

"...Mourningstar," Ash began dryly, in a tone a disapproving mother might use to scold a child. "Remember what happened the last time we tried to 'gank' something just now? You all almost killed Torrent. Food, while a priority, I have already found us some edible plants that are decently nutritious. It's what I was doing while someone was busy trying to kill themselves." Ash sat up straight, stretching her neck out to its full length as she observed the others. "...as well, that thing in the burrow does not sound like the friendly type. For all we know it might not take kindly to us killing things in its territory. You are correct in thinking we do need a shelter, but simply taking and killing what we want from everyone and everything makes us no different than the beasts or monsters themselves." Pausing a moment to gather her thoughts, Ash gave her own suggestion. "We build ourselves our own shelter. I have some crafting skills, and with the help of Digbie and Torrent we could very well make our own nest without needing to disrupt this forest entirely, and I would suggest doing it first before someone gets seriously injured and we have nowhere to return to recuperate. If we're injured, it will make us prime targets for another monster. If we work at it, we can easily have ourselves a decent base by the end of the day. I would suggest making it a little upstream away from this den."
|Alexis|

"Sounds good." Alexis replied to the overall plan, quickly syncing up her own omni-tool. She could hopefully leave the more thorough planning to those more experienced, or at least let Cinnis pick up her slack on that front. "That'll leave me with taking out the heavy stuff then."

"I agree with the green Asari's and Batarian's suggestion." Cinnis replied in his usual dry tone. "We could set up fortifications in the tower...I'd say we could use the robot as a surprise flank if there was anywhere to hide it." Unfortunately it seemed as though the hangar was completely void of anything aside from themselves. Nothing that could be used to hide that work mech with, at least. Otherwise she'd have suggested using it to move some stuff around to make more fortifications with.

"If only I had time to rig some guns on it..." Alexis grumbled.

"Would certainly make me happy. Less chances of us getting shot at and I would love to give the suns a lesson in ballistic accuracy." They'd be doing that anyways, but Alexis didn't comment. She'd like to keep Cinnis a secret for as long as she could. AI's were considered dangerous things, after all. Once things settled down, she'd introduce him as a VI.

"Oi, kiddo." Alexis glanced over to Ashton and Flame. "Probably best if you go with Lokea. I don't got time to be protecting some brats that can't handle a gun. I'm better with the whole shooting things until they're dead." She cut herself off just as a new arrival seemed to show himself. An older guy, with an obvious cybernetic. A trained merc from the sounds of it. Good, less potential for her getting shot at.

"Alexis. We can get better acquainted later." She shifted the weight of her hips, scoffing lightly. "Our 'glorious' employer has decided to give us a little test. We got two hundred blue suns heading this way. We're thinkin' about that control tower is our best bet for defense. You want anything else, talk it over with them. If there's any change, just get me on the shortband." Alexis turned, beginning to walk away as she hefted the Hydra. "I'm gonna get to work on some stuff. Probably set up a few turrets...maybe jury rig an explosive or two..."
~~Seleth~~

@PaulHaynek@AzureKnight

Princess disabled, slowed. Checkmate, she hoped.

She really was questioning the princess observational ability once more. She had already put traps in the clones before, but perhaps she hadn't noticed. Either way, this was an opportunity to end the fight here and now. She may not have any fancy or overly powerful magics at her disposal, but she would finish things with a touch of grace and flair.

Quickly, Seleth closed the distance with Dark Step, returning to Lisia's position before she hopefully had a moment to completely dispel the weights. Numerous Javelin's appeared in the air behind Seleth, before converging on the tip of her spear. Seleth leaped, before thrusting the spear downwards. The Javelins were there to create a close-range shotgun like effect of an explosive nature as she thrust forwards, intending to strike Lisia and ending the fight here.
I'm gonna play a battle maniac

With probably an Egyptian themed solar dragon-bird thing.

She'll be great.
