As a holy paladin, I can't say for certain PrinceAlexus is going to be smighted, but don't be surprised if you find him with a mace in his face.

White.... that's all she could see around her for miles it seemed, sheets of fluffy white snow stretching in every direction

Nestled underneath the tall, shadowy oak of the school campus, Liz spent her lunch as usual...away from everyone else.

Even with a thick black and red flannel jacket shielding her pale, ghostly complexion, the girl couldn't help but feel the chilling wind dicing through the dense fabric and piercing her frail skin....skin marred with several cuts, several red and black scars and bruises, the grisly results of her melancholy scraping across the fragile flesh in the form of either a fist or a lit cigarette, the searing...hellish agony she had endured those many years, going from one fucked up foster family to the next, until she found...or rather until Darren found her and treated her like a human being. She had covered the scars with various tattoos, just as she hid her tired, bloodshot eyes behind tousled strands of raven black hair, ugly streaks of red bristling around an orb of emerald green like crimson lightning. Thick, black chasms weighed deep under her eyelids as a result from countless nights left awake lamenting and trapped in lachrymose, and clenched between her lips was yet another cigarette already lit, bent and crumpled.

"Another year....." She muttered to herself in a sigh, an exhale of thin white smoke to follow. She really had no cares at all if smoking wasn't allowed is school. All Elizabeth ever cared for...was herself.

Her focus remained attentive on the sketchbook in her lap, barely even noticing how much time had passed at all as she was zoned out, entranced in two of her loves...art and music. Her pencil kept moving between her two fingers as Crosses by Jose Gonzales played softly in her ears, each stroke either broad or slender creating her masterpiece before her very eyes, a vision pulled from the confines of her imagination and spilled out unto the cream white page. Once she was done, she looked down at her creation, a detailed sketch of a girl sitting beside the ocean, rather pleased with it. Just a few more finishing touches on the shading and whatnot and she closed her book setting it aside and switching off her Mp3, stuffing it in the pocket of her flannel before resting against the thick trunk and yawning.

With the persistence of time to press onward and the ringing of the bell, her first few classes had gone by without a second glance, and really, it just felt like the usual day for Liz, more homework, more teachers pissed off at her for not turning in her homework, more detention hours for knocking out someone for calling her a name or two in scoffing, yep....pretty much the average day at school. But the bright side of it all was after the same old grind, lunch had soon arrived, just in time because she was already starving.

She treaded into the cafeteria, cutting in line per her usual style, snatching up a tomato and avocado sandwich with gouda on wheat with light mayo and an iced coffee. After she paid for her lunch, she decided to leave the cafeteria for the outside, where she sat here. Of course it was freezing outside, but Liz didn't seem to mind it. Not when she was off in her own little world.

Jocelyn glanced at the boy from the corner of her eye, a mischievous flicker of light in those mysterious emerald hues. "Splendid, but I must warn you, it will be quite the challenge facing off against ghosts. They're not like you and I, beings of physical material. Mortal weapons alone will not harm them, nor will any elemental magick such as fire, earth, or wind. You will need power that is far beyond the recesses of this mortal coil, an art that is drawn from beyond the void that separates both the living and the dead. Luckily for you, boy. Such a power I possess."

She turned to the others, "Now then, I must be off to gather my scythe and whatever else will be necessary in combating creatures of the abyss. I shall meet with you soon after." A curt nod given and she was off climbing the stairs of the Guild Hall to her personal quarters. There beside her bed lied Grimsever, its sharp, obsidian blade glinting amidst the peaceful, warm rays of sunlight basking through the open window. She grasped the weapon by its oak wood handle and gave it a fanciful twirl, a pleasant smirk crossing her lips. Then, from a cabinet resting against the other wall, a few glass vials she gathered and stuffed into a burlap satchel, the vials filled with some bizarre gray dust, and...there appeared to be bone fragments mixed within them.

"Then it's settled." Jocelyn nodded in agreement with them. Good to have some company upon this endeavor, but she wondered how the few would fare when faced with denizens of the long forgotten abyss. Facing monsters, that in itself was simple as they were physical beings, flesh and blood. A ghost....it would be different to say the least, and not necessarily easy. "I will need to gather a few things from my quarters before we disembark. I suggest you three prepare as well." Three she said as another had apparently joined their hunting party...or two since it seemed the other necromancer was backing out. Impatient he must've been and yearning to head out. Jocelyn smirked. "Are you sure you do not wish to join us, boy? We could use your...talent in dispatching of the restless dead."

"Life is just....fucked up."

Elizabeth Kainestrom

------------------------------------------------------

Nicknames: Liz or Lizzie is fine, but never call her Lizard. She hates it.
Age + Birthday: 16 (Currently), born October 13th, 2000
Relationship Status: Single
Sexuality: Hetero

General Appearance:

Elizabeth stands about 5'1'' and weighs roughly 135 lbs. She has a fairly slender build with a bit of curve to her and her bust size is a b-cup. Her long raven black hair drapes over her shoulders with a few bangs always hanging down in her face, and her eyes are a piercing shade of ice blue. She's not too big on fashion either, but then again, her clothes are always frayed and grungy looking. Most of her books and stuff, including her camera, she carries around in an olive green messenger bag.

History:

"People lie all the time, even when they tell you the truth..."

Moving from the Midwest, Liz failed to fit in and make friends, usually choosing to exclude herself from
certain people, but when she did consider having a friend, she was cruelly rejected and ostracized by the
other students, leading her to recede more and more into herself. Liz was born to her mother and father in Des Moines, Iowa on October 13th. Her mother worked as a receptionist for a hospital while her father was a sheriff's deputy. However Elizabeth wasn't her father's child but the child of her mother and another man she had an affair with behind his back. Once her father, a cruel and abusive drunk, discovered the truth, he tried to kill his wife and child. Liz's mother escaped with her from Iowa, and together, the two tried to start a new life.

It was rather easy for her mother, but for Liz.....it was Hell. Elizabeth was constantly bullied by the children in her class, the ridicule and ostracism proceeding till she was twelve, when her mother fell gravely ill with cancer. It wasn't months later, her mother passed away.

For the next few years, she was sent from foster home to foster home, barely able to adapt to any and running away from a few due to....things she doesn't want to talk about.

Currently, she's living with Darren Welshire, a renowned photographer who takes photos for major music magazines such as Rolling Stone. He adopted Liz eight months after his wife and ten year old daughter were killed in a fatal car accident as a means to help him cope with the family he had lost. Liz has learned alot from him about photography and sees Darren as more of a close friend than a father figure, despite the man trying to act as more of a parent to her.

When she leaves school, Liz is hoping that she too can become a professional photographer. Till then, she just has to grin and bear it for the rest of the year.

Personality:

"Yeah, I'm a bitch. Deal with it."

Cynical, moody, and sarcastic, rarely does Liz speak, but when she does, she's not afraid to tell you what's on her mind. She's usually a cool and collected person, but you rub her the wrong way, you only have yourself to blame for that black eye you got. She hates bullies and absolutely despises snobby, stuck up people. Liz is a music lover at heart, but only certain types of music since she absolutely despises pop music. She also occasionally smokes marijuana. There is a kinder, more gentle side to Liz, but it is rarely seen since she distances herself from people most of the time.

Since she was a child, Liz has suffered from depression, mostly because she kept moving from place to place with her mother, and she barely made any friends at all. It doesn't help either that she's afraid of everyone around her and doesn't like to meet new people since she's scared of getting hurt.

When it comes to speaking to boys, especially those she finds attractive, Liz can be quite shy, bashful even.

Skills:
Other than playing guitar and taking photos, nothing really. She's kinda good at skateboarding, but she ain't no Bam Margera

Likes:
Skateboarding, playing guitar, drawing, getting high, listening to music, photography, napping constantly, drinking lots of coffee

Dislikes:
Bullies, snobs, pop music, meat (she's vegetarian), being called a hipster

*sigh* "I needed this."~ =u=

Other:

-She's allergic to cats

-Not only can she can play guitar. She can also play piano.

"Okay, now that you know everything about me, go away."

Character Theme:

"Leave you here. Wearing your wounds. Waving your guns at somebody new. Baby, you're a lost... Baby, you're a lost... Baby, you're a lost cause..."

@AimeChambers Yay!! Thankies! ^O^
