By Lucas Canon (Legends) TIEs didn't have hyperdrives during the Clone Wars. Not for a while anyway. I concede that the TIE Advanced x1 did possess a Hyperdrive, but it wasn't developed in the era in which we are playing. If you can find a TIE that had a hyperdrive that was used during the clone wars, then I will gladly admit I was wrong.
The first canon TIE fighter with a hyperdrive showed up during the First Order, as a special forces TIE. Do you really expect me to believe there was a Hyperdrive equipped TIE just floating around during the Rise of the Empire era?
"Then I take it your no friend to the Empire?" He asked as he gestured for Blaine to follow him. His comm badge flickered to life and a series of chirps and whistles came over the line. "An Imperial Pod?" He turned to Blaine. "How well do you work under fire?" An Imperial Pod would likely be the first of a few ships. Considering TIEs weren't fitted with a hyperdrive, a star destroyer would have to be pretty close behind.
"I got credits and depending on how good you are with security systems, and how you feel about the Law, I may also have a job opportunity," he explained. "As for your friend, Human, young, blonde? Wields freaky space magic? Ringing any bells? She said she was just visiting you here."
"And?" He said, waiting for him to continue. "One of your friends with the freaky space magic fucked up my ship, and I need it fixed."
Zir Go's comm unit beeped, alerting him that something had touched down on the planet. "Run a full spectrum scan. Tell me what it is," He said to his droid.
That was when he came across Blaine's hideout. He knocked rather loudly. "Oi, you a mechanic? One of your supposed friends fucked up the grav plating on my ship, and I need it fixed before I can get off-world."
Zir Go told his droid to keep the ship in a low orbit, and tell him if anything comes into the system, or attempts to land on the planet.
After that, he secured the gas grenade on his belt and set off it o the jungle with his slugthrower, looking for Blaine.
Sorry, your right. I’ll retract my previous statement and replace it with, highly improbable, similar to landing a coin on its side rather than in heads OR tails.
Still doesn’t count for ten + years of experience but ok.
@Sanity43217 i ment the jump sword stroke and how is there no way Quincy can win? Your character is part of a arial task force while Quincy has been in multiple battles on the ground and in the thick of things he's not stranger to combat

Aerial Cavalry doesn’t mean he isn’t trained in combat.
Deo has ten, maybe more, years of experience on Quincy. That doesn’t even take into account his magic. Deo has been fighting wars both mounted and on foot for far longer than Quincy. Not to mention as a Medic, he would have significantly less combat training than an average soldier.
