Got nothing to say here, sooooo yeah.

I'm a bookworm, gamer, and obviously roleplayer since I'm on this site :P

Anyways, those are a few things that I'll say about myself... for now. Maybe I'll update this a little more in the future.

Ciao!

Isn't it a bit to early for a timeskip?... sort of?

People are still lagging behind, though I will say it's because of some people who are rather slow at the moment, me included.

Though to be fair I'm in the middle for this one due to the myriads of items at hand, like the lagging and having to keep moving on. It's not fair on both sides, so I would suggest a collab to get most people up to speed so we can do the timeskip.

Only problems I can see are the timezones; if I can recall, Fortune lives in Australia same as you.

Anyways, my two cents; I wonder who will be the lucky rival who gets to be adjacent to Rylen xP

Cliche, but still.

Anyways, on not her note, I should have something up tomorrow, so @alexfangtalon @Rune_Alchemist, enjoy the annoying jerkface coming your way!
Ugh, I have been way too lazy as of late xD

As soon as he heard that little tidbit, Lukas couldn't help but eye Lyssa somewhat warily. One, it just sounded out of place that she would refer to herself as a human versus commoner... and to top it off, the horns were a huge red beacon that made it to be something rather amiss... Secondly, the fact that she is confident enough to pay for the expenses for the likes of this place! And she claimed to... hrmmm...

She may of knew martial arts, but Lukas didn't really find anything off about that; her father must of been a knight of sorts to learn that material and pass it on while on duty or off.

But then came the part about the bear that caused him to just plain look at Lyssa. To be quite frank, he couldn't tell whether that earned her more points in beauty in his book or just raised his levels of skepticism. Lukas couldn't help but tap the side of his face as he rested his chin within the palm of his hand.

There were so many outstanding things about her that made those lies fall apart... but if she had a secret, then she was somewhat similar to him in that subject.

So Lukas decided to refrain from prodding her further... though, he did feel the need to give her some advice; those embellishments were less than... stellar.

Of course, then the lovely lass chimed in, exclaiming that it was his turn. "Huh?" Jolted back to reality, Lukas briskly moved his head up, staring at lady lip lock with some surprise. Next thing he knew, the knightess jumped in on this subject too, causing him to glance at the duo.

"A story, huh," he grumbled, trying to dig up some memories he could modify to appear acceptable to the duos ears. There were tales lined with duels, a few unsuccessful assassination attempts either on him or his parents, and a couple of other... unmentionable and questionable items.

However, he found one he could lightly alter.

"I have only one anecdote I can weave to you two; apologies for being lacking in the story department." Grinning awkwardly, Lukas sat straightly as the food arrived, tapping his lip and looking around as if where to begin.

"So, I come from a... medium-sized village somewhere in Germany. Merchants son, though nothing special really happened in my area, save for paying tribute to a large gang of bandits in the vicinity; damned lazy cur," he let out a small hmph at the end of it, giving a small frown as he shook his head.

"If we didn't pay em', they made the threats of burning our crops, picking us to the bone figuratively, etc. Some people tried to handle them once, but it ended up with most of their eyes gouged out, missing limbs, and just... nightmarish disfigurements..." Lukas shivered, pretending he knew what he saw when in reality, he only got these from recounts.

"Of course, they got a little to greedy and lied about their agreement, robbing my pa and ma's shop." Lukas paused, staring down at the floor, acting downtrodden and beaten. "They were despondent and more than likely our family would of been reduced to mere paupers if I didn't risk it with my friend." He blinked for a moment, pausing before continuing on.

"I decided I had enough of their immoral ways and recruited a friend who had an aim that could best any bowman and an arm that could snap a sword in half; she was pretty good at it, despite working as a server at the tavern." Lukas smiled a little, appearing to reminisce over the times he spent with her, putting a hand to his chin before clearing his throat.

"Anyways, after I announced to her my plan, I... borrowed a sword from the smithy before we went out bandit hunting. Once we found them, we overwhelmed them with guile versus brute force; I distracted them, my friend crippled them stealthily, and I usually finished them off... this was also the time when I discovered I could use magic... and in the process, almost got my head chopped off. Long story short, I sustained myriads of injuries, but with some luck, managed to stay alive. My friend was alive and well, and we managed to return most of the items taken from the shop."

Clasping his hands together, he gave Lyssa and Luna a small smile, denoting that as the conclusion of his tale. Sure there were some holes here and there, but he could probably brush over them... "On the plus side, I managed to keep the sword I took and garnered a second one for free, courtesy of the blacksmith... sadly, I honestly don't know how to use one properly, other than swinging it around blindly... so yeah."
Oh crap, was the registration after you caught a pokemon?

... well, if she was so insistent, Lukas guess he could let her pay for the whole meal? It wasn't gentlemanly in the slightest, so he would leave a tip for the restaurant to feel reassured. Shrugging was one of his signs for submission to this, though he was going to make sure he would treat the duo to some sweets afterwards as even if he did tip them, it wouldn't sit right with Lukas. "Eh, fine, if you say so," he mumbled softly, following behind the two.

As soon as he entered within, he found the place to appear... much more eloquent than he expected, though, the fountain was the first indication that this was no mere tavern they had waltzed into, oh no. Even more so, there were nobles of different ages, seated at different tables; Lukas was a little antsy about this whole endeavor.

His little money purse probably couldn't afford much, even here! Lukas was fairly certain he would need to bring most of his funds and pay for it upfront just to have even a fair chance.

Looking over to the younger, pink haired lady, she exclaimed how he lacked the possible funds for this place which was... true to some degree. Blinking, he managed to return for his trance-like state of anxiousness with that comment. "Yeah, this place does look rather interesting and expensive... though," he put a thumb to his lip, tapping as he followed behind the knightess and Lyssa.

The longer he pondered on it, the more and more it became apparent that his first friend was obviously a noble if she was confident enough to finance their meal...

... and she sort of made out with him...

... and he was... dining with two... nobles.

Lukas couldn't help but internally scream in absolute fear as he hustled to catch up with the two, ignoring the murmurs of other blue-bloods. This was not an excellent position to be in as he mused over what to do. There were so many possibilities, yet they all lead to some form of ruin. Alright, no need to freak out... just... think through this, sensibly.

Taking a seat, Lukas seemed somewhat disconnected from the realm, staring off into space with a blank glare on his face. The sights, sounds, and clanking of armor didn't seem to truly phase him at all, though he just thought... but not before being restored once more by the thankfulness of the golden beauty.

"Aye, I have to agree with Lyssa there," he grinned, looking down on the menu. "It may be idealistic, but it is a nice thought to ride on." Lukas chuckled a bit as he went on to reading it, ordering some tea while he was at it.

Eyeing his options, there were myriads of familiar palettes and dishes that came in from Germany! Guess he wouldn't be too far away from home as he stared at the different pieces offered, stealing a glance at Lyssa due to her squee. Eventually, a cup of tea arrived, along with a pot just in case they needed to refill. Picking it up, he delicately began to sip the hot liquid, letting out an exasperated sigh of relief.

As he drank, there was another subject to get the mans mind off the topic of his family name - tales! As soon as the little lady began excitingly requesting Luna to spin them a story. While the chances were slim, it didn't exactly hurt to ask... though, if push came to shove, he could fabricate one of his own to a degree.

Eventually, the lady did proclaim she had a couple of stories, though, whether they were romanticized or not, it wasn't the point.

Though, he was all ears for this once she mentioned a Wyvern. He knew all about each sort of creature, so he didn't bother interjecting. Going on, he often saw the woman pause, almost to recollect herself as he saw the tiniest of details etched on her that hinted to the feelings within and how she viewed them. It was honestly admirable.

...

While the end of the tale was bittersweet, Luna commented, downtrodden about her creating a rather dark atmosphere.

"Hey, you don't need to apologize, you're fine," Lukas finally spoke up, putting his opinions into this. "It was good, realistic, and it does have many, erm, 'bright' sides to offset the morose tone, like..."

Tapping his finger, he fleetingly snapped his fingers before continuing on. "Like the two who were mauled and your ally that was slain... I'm sure they can find peace, knowing the creature plaguing the area was killed." Taking another sip of tea, he decided to glance over at Lyssa.

"Hey, Lyssa; d'you have any stories you would like to spin... well, other than how we met today?" Lukas chuckled somewhat awkwardly, recollecting the... interesting morning the duo had when encountering each other...

You sir, are late with a post.

Sorry I haven't posted either, felt rather unmotivated today.

I, uh, have many definitions of in a bit xP
Welp, everyone waiting for me...

I'll get to working in a bit! Don't want this date to go too awry xP
Yup, it is still open, though we should probably have a limit on how many peeps we bring in; don't want this story to have too many Main Charys as we have thirteen already xD

Alex swiftly rolled out of the way, watching as the multitude of creatures... wait what? As he managed to barely escape, that same imbecile who decided fleeing towards a bunch of random citizens would help. As he looked onward, he watched as he swatted them, almost aggravated. Poliwag were usually docile, but they either decided to attack him or he did something to piss them off.

Regardless, much to his chagrin, Alex gave the young boy the benefit of the doubt, something he could probably regret later on. Sighing and shaking his head, he dusted himself off as he glanced at the Poliwag Posse as they began to gang up on him after his walloping. It wasn't his problem as he had bigger Magikarp to fry. Glaring at the girl, he ignored the boy as he was momentarily beat down, not caring whether or not he lived... though he was fairly certain he would live, just he would be soaked and have a couple of sore spots.

Until it was his problem, he wasn't going to bother aiding him, even if he did come to the conclusion it wasn't the brown haired kids fault.

Adjusting his nonexistent tie, he began walking forward, ready to confront that hellion... before crashing down onto his knees. Either these Poliwag were strong or just lucky, as he felt a force on his knee, causing the snow haired boy to crash to the ground. Digging his knuckles into the dirt, he barely had enough time to shield himself before they began assaulting him again.

Well, that was just about damn perfect. Out of the frying pan and into a puddle. As he endured the attacks, he began to become more... well, lets just say "annoyed" as the pleasant way of putting it. He was cold, wet, and currently turning red (not from anger), and was currently safeguarding his weak spots.

After a while, they eventually ended their poundings. Well, at least it came to an en-

Hold on, one of them was speaking. Brushing his damp hair out of his face, this one seemed... not as hostile. The voice, posture, and the facet that it was in front of the poor sap who was previously getting his ass handed to him... nope, totally, didn't happen to Alex, not at all.

Frowning, he watched as they began to all look at the duo, looking a little more serene than he denoted previously. Huffing, Alex shook his head, cursing under it as he saw the team bounce, waddle, or just walk away.

Excellent; it was over... now he could get back to questioning that minx.

"Good frickin' grief," he uttered angrily at the ground as he grimaced on this whole shebang. This was a special kind of day that was going in his mental notebook; Chapter 134 - Screw Today 4 : The Poliwag Posse Pummels People!

At least thinking about that made things a little better.

Before he could catch a glimpse at the girl, that boy interjected, apologizing and thanking him for the save. If he meant "attempting to save the conversation between him and Lynn," then yeah, sure... but he knew what it was really for. Alex really didn't want to grab his hand, but against all forms and logic, he did and stood up, rolling his eyes.

Letting go of his grasp, he put his hands on his hips and decided to set the record straight before that rascal of a lady decided to scurry off somewhere he could never find her. "First off, I 'saved' you because that little scene was going to interrupt the conversation with my friend, so don't take it as a kind effort," he shot back, having as much emotion as Kristen Stewart when acting in one of her movies.

Of course the next part... as much as Lynn was acting... was very, very far off in reality. Shaking his head, he shot back, explaining his next incorrect assumption. "You've got that wrong; she isn't m-"

And look who it was! The little disappearing act decided not to magically go poof and force him to meticulously seek her for three whole days. Crossing his arms, Alex barely managed to hold back a sneeze, slightly shivering in his waterlogged clothing as he listened to her cackle. "Giggling fit because of that? Wow, what a great sense of humor," he deadpanned, wearing a signature frown as he awaited for the little girl to end her laughing.

...

...

...

Alright, now that was over, it was time to listen to some possible drivel with no backed up facts! How riveting...

Standing there, Alex listened to her monologue over how she wanted him dead, along with a couple of other things like her despising him and lacking any interest over speaking with him further. Alex wasn't going to let her go that easily. "Who knows, maybe you're still here because you want your crush to join you in the afterlife," he swiftly snapped back before she walked off with her pokemon, leaving the two alone.

Alright, that did it; she wasn't escaping so easily.

"Tch, inconsiderate as always," he grumbled, walking off in the opposite direction, beginning his search for Henry who "Khata" had probably scared off somewhere. Alex gave the boy one last glare, which basically said "You're on your own now."

Alex hardly could care as he weaved between each tree, leaving the sight of the young man; it was as if he became a specter himself...

That whole event could of gone so much better.

How far did that Yamask chase his newfound friend? He wouldn't know as the boy checked behind every tree, giving any pokemon that wanted to harass him a death glare... which was more than enough to intimidate them. Continuing to look behind every trunk, his dull eyes began to light up at what looked to be some purple gas floating in the air. Coming closer, he found that little purple orb was quivering with, softly crying like a small child.

Approaching him Alex made sure to lower his voice, making sure not to frighten him. Reaching out, Alex made sure to forewarn the Gastly that he was here so he wouldn't dash off.

"Heya bud," he whispered gently as the orb jerked, a little surprised by what he was hearing and quickly turned around, eyes wide as a frightened child. Alex gave the small pokemon a smile, patting his head. Even though it was a gas pokemon of sorts, it managed to look even more tense than Alex usually did when freaked out by Lynn. Its breathing was hoarse, and it was still weeping a little. Managing to find a tear, he wiped it away before continuing on.

"Apologies, but I didn't exactly expect that to happen," he spoke weakly with contempt, looking downwards at the ground. First day and he managed to not only accidentally hurt his partner, but earned the disdain of Lynn to the point where she had Khata antagonized Henry.

Shaking his head, he looked up at him, giving him a huge smile that he normally would never give to humans. "I'll try to be more vigilant next time," he spoke morosely, pivoting around as the Gastly raised a gas-brow... before giving Alex a friendly lick, sending a tingly feeling down his back. Rotating his neck, he saw the orb staring at him, scared and looking for approval.

Alex could only return a nod and chuckle, before beckoning the Gastly after him. Reassured, it stuck close to his companion as the duo hustled to escape the forest and track her down.

This wasn't over just yet.

Oh good, neither of the beautiful ladies had commented on his... fascinating choice of flirts and words. At this point he just chose to roll with whatever their thought process was and kept smiling instead of becoming flustered. As Lukas stood there, he did steal a glance at Lyssa, taking note over her perturbed state before returning sight to the cute knightess. Eventually, his side became unoccupied as the fine pink haired lass bounced over, Lukas walking after as he twiddled the hair on his neck.

As he kept eyes on the "mysterious" blonde, Lukas began pondering over what Lyssa was, almost spacing out for a moment. He averted putting his hand to his mouth so he wouldn't tip either of them off about his process.

At any rate, he was brought back to reality at the mention of food! Right, his date with Lyssa! And she would offer paying? Raising an eyebrow, he felt it would be ungentlemanly if he didn't at least pay for it to an extent. Looking at the horned girls hair, Lukas bent over towards Lyssa's ear, whispering. "Say Lyssa, I could always pay for it if you like... or at least assist if you're adamant on who pays." Returning to his full stature, he began to listen to the girl analyze the situation before taking Lyssa up on the offer.

"Excellent! The more the merrier," he chuckled, before actually going back t-

Wait.

Did she just say she was from a house? That meant she was a noble...

Lukas' eyes dilated for a moment as he pivoted away to look for a tavern, coming to the realization that this outing wouldn't fair too well, especially if she discovered his little secret... or both of them perhaps. Silently cursing to himself, he temporarily decided to get his mind off the subject by responding to her introduction.

"A noble, eh? It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance Luna; I bet the stars complement you, eh," he jibbed, swiveling around to face her once more, giving her a quaint grin. At the mention of where they might be having supper, he put a thumb to his lip, tapping it before glancing over at the nearest building. It appeared to be elaborately constructed and had the appearance of excellent craftsmanship.

That was obviously the best place to eat - usually the state of the building denoted how well its services would be, so it was an excellent choice.

"Say ladies, what about over here," he turned, jabbing his thumb directly at the current establishment. "Well kept, nice design, looks like the perfect place to eat! Whadya two say to that," he piped up delightfully before walking a few steps towards the place before beckoning the two alluring maidens forward, allowing them to walk in first.
