Ok so I'm finally home! What was meant to be a 2 hour long train journey turned into a 3.5 hours. Could get a decent seat either which means i never got a chance to write an essay for school so that's unfortunately my priority for this evening!

Also, @Dedonus in regards to the X-men, I may make a secondary character in the future who may possibly be a member or something. However since I don't wish to interfere with anyone's plans, i.e. your use of Iceman, I'll just wait until we've decided on the members of the NPC X-men team and take my pick of the remaining options! As for the team members, I think Giant-sized would be good! I also like the idea of the Academy-X taking place during the time, but maybe we just won't specify the members? idk

Also all those ideas sound good, X-Men I'm not gonna comment on as I don't know enough about them as I said before :P. Also I just felt it fair that if either of you want to do something before S.H.I.E.L.D turns up then that would be all right :P I mean I'm going to wait till someone throws up a post before me anyway.

Also @clanjos why not be Devil Dinosaur? :P This universes rendition of it at least or theres a lot of shit that goes on with him and crossing to a different earth so maybe he's cast through somehow? (Just an idea). Also I want to put up my reply is just from what I took from the OP @Dedonus may actually let you twist the three of them together somehow but that's up to our glorious leader :P

So, silly question: would a Lizard born from a serum meant to fight the Hulk work as a concept? Specifically, one concocted from the DNA of the Marvel Universe's mightest reptiles of all?

I think @Dedonus wants recreations of current characters from marvel(Lizard and Sauron pop into my head initially when I think about lizard) and to fight the Hulk may not be such a thing, as the Hulk has only existed for a couple of months. Theres no real Hulk Buster, Abomination or anything like that yet :P

Though a good Sauron would be a possibility, or if you wanted to use a character from the Hulk comics depending on who you chose I wouldn't be against you using them :P

@SepSounds good to me, Thor is a simple chick, she'll work with anyone for a greater good, and catching Loki is all she cares about. As for them not getting along initially, I reckon Thor's ignorance will annoy Cap and America, and since Thor really only cares about catching Loki at this stage their goals might not always line up which could cause friction at the start e.g. during the last Hulk fight, Thor bailed on America to take on Loki, I don't see the team putting up with that for too long without getting pissed, and I don't see THor willing to cooperate very much if they don't treat Loki like a priority, which, they shouldn't, because Loki isn't the priority if something bigger comes up (like a Hulk rampage!) but in the long run, they'll work out the issues and become a wicked team ... or crash and burn trying o_O

So Thor and America are getting caught by SHIELD ... Since America feels guilt-ridden after all the destruction she caused during the fight (and the Hulk and Thor too), Natty told me America's just going to give herself up. Thor, not knowing any better and probably assuming that SHIELD are her allies (and that they are not trying to arrest her) will willingly go along till she figures out whats going on, then she'll want out. It's likely she'll agree to Cap's terms though when he asks the heroes to form a team, on the condition they tell her all they know about Loki.

I'm going to go a slightly different route (As hinted) Than "Oh you're pro, lets make a team." to make it last longer than the film, where it's like.

Day One: Don't really know eachother, kinda hate eachother.
Day Two: Loki, oh he's bad.
Day Three: Perfect teamwork due to invasion.

I'm planning on doing it in a way that should make it more fun to forum roleplay, and a bit more realistic than "Should we form a team?""Yeah okay." Don't worry, I have awesome Cap speeches planned.
