Bio

E V I L S C O T T I S H G U Y

So I have been on the Guild for a long, long, long, long, long, long, LONG time. I first joined the OldGuild around, my best guess would be 2012? I've been active in the Star Wars scene on the Guild since then, there have been very few games based around that genre that I haven't at least nosed my way in on. My very first game was a Star Wars game and that's what actually really got me into the Star Wars Franchise.

It's weird to think but I am such a major Star Wars nerd these days, yet before I was on the Guild I wasn't. I got into a Star Wars RP, got onto the Wikia, and then away I went into a spiral of nerd-om that I currently live within. I've grown since then, I game quite a bit, I write when I can. I have a wikia full of a lore to my own original creative universe and play around with some 'cool' comic book nerds.

You've obviously never been to Perth.

been to the Australian one and the Scottish one.

ANYWAY. I might look into getting a Hulk post up tonight or tomorrow.
<Snipped quote by Sep>

So what would you say if I told you, I knew an Englishman who could drink you under the table?

I would doubt it.
<Snipped quote by Sep>

Just as I suspected all along...

He's drunk.

Well, I'm Scottish so. Always.
<Snipped quote by Sep>

It's worse!

He ate bad haggis!

No such thing.
<Snipped quote by Sep>

Guys, I think the weather must be getting to him. He's delusional!

Please. I live in Scotland. We only have rain and wind.
@Sep Someone is seeking validation :P

Not really, I do think it's important though.

I mean, I already know I have your love, and Mordens love and everyone elses love.

I'm a loveable guy. I just like discussion, and was wondering if anyone else was gonna weigh in.

You have just saved me so much confusion

Though @Morden Man is quite a modern man.

@Morden Man In that case, can I have £10?

I saw you not eating your vegetables! You can't get away with that in this household.

Also as no-one really commented on this, I shall bring it forth as I think it's kinda important:

So how does everything think things are going? If there's any constructive criticism about the general direction of the game, I'm all ears.

It's still very early on but I think we have a nice mixture of interaction and solo arcs going on. I'm always one to err on the side of letting people do their own thing - I think game-wide events should be very few and far between, though if people are of the opinion that there should be more direction, I could be amenable to that.

And also, if there are people that have hit a wall with their characters or are thinking about dropping them, I'd encourage you to say so, if only so that those of us in the OOC thread can either help you out - be that through general advice, helping with planning, and/or getting some interaction sorted out. I don't want anyone to feel like they have to stick with characters they've been accepted for if they are no longer feeling it. I know in some games there's a particularly unforgiving culture for dropping out but I'd sooner have happy, active posters IC than force people to stick with something after they've soured on an idea.

Also right guys. We're reaching 2000 OOC posts.

Lets try to do better this time than @Natty talking about his laptop issues.

If not we'll need to push on for 3000.
<Snipped quote by Sep>

I need no man's permission! Unless they're a Co-GM, in which case I probably do.

Well it's also nice to get the player who plays the parent characters permission before taking one of their rogues :P
@Morden Man managing us is fun?

I would have said it was a privilege.

What've I missed? There's only a few posts I've yet to catch up on.

He could mean that he doesn't want someone to fill those particular shoes.
