So I have been on the Guild for a long, long, long, long, long, long, LONG time. I first joined the OldGuild around, my best guess would be 2012? I've been active in the Star Wars scene on the Guild since then, there have been very few games based around that genre that I haven't at least nosed my way in on. My very first game was a Star Wars game and that's what actually really got me into the Star Wars Franchise.

It's weird to think but I am such a major Star Wars nerd these days, yet before I was on the Guild I wasn't. I got into a Star Wars RP, got onto the Wikia, and then away I went into a spiral of nerd-om that I currently live within. I've grown since then, I game quite a bit, I write when I can. I have a wikia full of a lore to my own original creative universe and play around with some 'cool' comic book nerds.

@Buddha the Vitae was built on Earth, traveled to Mars when completed for a test flight (Where it picked up passengers from Mars) then returned and landed back on Earth to try and limit it's detection during final checks to prevent the Devastators from coming to wipe the Arks out.

The Arks are currently in the Cradle of Humanity, Africa.

To everyone, (Needs to be an @AllYouPeople mention xD) if you go on the OP there's now a section that has images and brief descriptions of all the areas of the ship you may find yourself in, as well as an image of the box standard quarters.

@OrangeInk People can be taken out of cryo, put into cryo, or simply fade into the endless supply of faces aboard ship.

With all the planning pre-IntChk and post-IntChk I have done, do not expect me to let this RP die.

@Raxacoricofallapatorius@Xandrya I'll look into your sheets for final approval once I've got this IC ball rolling, @OrangeInk and @Heat can offer you any critique they notice in the mean time.

Remember even if dropping the military you need to excel yourself in your field of expertise so that someone looks at you and goes "We need him". There'll also be no university institutions within what's left of Europe, most skilled people will have left after the Nuclear Rain.

@The Spectre There'll be a full status update as soon as I am able to finish all my final prep and do the intro post xD

I'm kinda splitting myself over five different aspects of the RP at this second, on that note weapons will be going up soon after a final check thanks to @sovi3t for helping me out for that, I also have important locations of the ship now on the OP (Archives are coming for you @The Spectre and @Lo Pellegrino soon just checking the picture that I took ages finding with my lovely co-GM).

@CanisMajoris2 As @OrangeInk said, no United military existed until after the Devastators came, I don't mind you starting out in what is left of Europe but it has no ties to the Federation or the Conglomerate so to enlist in an actual military force you'd have to find yourself in either of these nations, as reaching space is out of the question.

In terms of Psychology relation @OrangeInk is right, it's not the most common specialization most people joining the military with those skills will have studied prior to enlisting, or join as reservists and study in the time they have away from the military. Though you can train to be a medic in the military. At most, you'd likely know about Psychology but not be officially certified (if you go with the military college route).

@OrangeInkBut he was born on Earth after the Earth Council was formed, possessing no memory of the Devastators while at the same time in a unified Earth government. And he went to a Military Academy, so he was commissioned as an officer, though he then went on to medical school. Sorry if that's unclear. I'll change the bio if it helps.


Earth Council was formed 20 years ago, your character is 37. He would have been 17 when the Devastators first came, he'd probably remember it. So Military Enlistments fine, but not within Europe, it wouldn't have a military college but once the council formed it'd be easier to migrate (so long as you weren't carrying deadly virus' or anything).
