So I have been on the Guild for a long, long, long, long, long, long, LONG time. I first joined the OldGuild around, my best guess would be 2012? I've been active in the Star Wars scene on the Guild since then, there have been very few games based around that genre that I haven't at least nosed my way in on. My very first game was a Star Wars game and that's what actually really got me into the Star Wars Franchise.

It's weird to think but I am such a major Star Wars nerd these days, yet before I was on the Guild I wasn't. I got into a Star Wars RP, got onto the Wikia, and then away I went into a spiral of nerd-om that I currently live within. I've grown since then, I game quite a bit, I write when I can. I have a wikia full of a lore to my own original creative universe and play around with some 'cool' comic book nerds.

A long time ago, in a Galaxy Far, Far Away...

The Republic has fallen. The Jedi Order has been destroyed in the wake of Order 66. Through all of this, a mysterious figure appeared looming over his shoulder. A man in dark robes, a faceless veil. New technologies unveiled faster more powerful ships with shields unlike any the Galaxy has ever seen. As Clone Troopers are phased out to the new Stormtrooper more and more take on black armour that seems to be impervious to all attack. The Empires grip on the Galaxy is absolute, there appears to be no hope for those wishing for freedom.

That is until all throughout the Multiverse a power unknown to beings of the lesser planes decides that it can no longer stand by while this untold power threatens the very balance of all things. A blinding flash of light and a myriad of vessels from different universe appear stranded in deep space.

OOC Bit:

A Battlestar, Goa'uld Ha'tak, Paris-Class Frigate, Milano and a Cross-field Class wander into a bar...

Basically, this Roleplay will be a Story set in the Star Wars Universe, with some key differences. A mysterious figure is working with Palpatine, giving him access to technologies and information that he didn't have in the normal continuity. This increase in power changes the rise of the Empire from a gradual struggling with remaining Separatist Cells to a sure-fire win. Rather than the political wrangling, Palpatine expected, with access to this new technology his grip on the galaxy is absolute.

Depending on the size of the group we'll all start in the same area of space, will we fight, will we band together, will we flee? There's only one way to find out! There's not much more I need to say.

Other than it's going to be pretty Sandbox, you can go where you want in the Galaxy. Be warned, however, whatever cosmic force brought us to the Star Wars galaxy seems unwilling to let us go until whatever issue it sensed is resolved.

Rules:

1. GMs rule is law.
2. If PvP results in a dispute GMs will decide on the outcome.
3. The usual rules. No Powergaming/Metagaming/Smut.
4. Respect your other players.
5. Have Fun

Applying:

As mentioned in the IntChk different ships have different power levels. This is because different ships from different franchises are set in different eras and with different problems to solve. I.E. In W40k, they have the ability to glass planets, yet in Stargate the human ships are only made possible by the reverse engineering, studying and help from alien allies.

It's important to note that the main reason the CS exists is to determine whether or not your ship will fit into the roleplay. This is up to the discretion of the GMs. Feel free to fluff the CS up as much as you want.

The Star Wars Universe.... as it was. Star Wars Wikia

Good to see discussion. I'm going to go to sleep though as I've had a hectic day. I think we've got a good looking solid core group, which is all you really need in this kinda thing to get the ball rolling.

Watch this space.
This looks interesting. I do have a question regarding ships. Do they have to be famous or well known ones, or can we make up our own? And exactly what ships from what universes are and are not allowed? I assume city ships like Atlantis from Stargate are not allowed, nor are the Reapers from Mass Effect, but I'd just like a good idea should I decide to toss my hat into this ring.

I'll have a power chart done for the OOC. Cause obviously some properties are more advanced or powerful so you don't want people going OP. In terms of famous ships nope, so long as it fits its origin universe, which can be any franchise with spaceships, so using Stargate for an example you could go a BC-304 that wasn't necessarily constructed by the time the shows ended.

In a game similar years ago I played the Battlestar Columbia from the first cylon war. This help?
@Assallya You really like the name Relentless Endeavour.@mattmanganon I mean I didn't technically invite anyone. I'll give it another day to see what happens, but in all honesty small group would work for me.
I'm highly interested in a Goa'uld. However, I'm struggling to find a way for one to work nicely with the others.

Alternatively, I could offer up a Nebula Class Frigate from Star Trek.

Tok'ra, free Jaffa? If you want a Ha'tak.

Questions?
<Snipped quote by Sep>

So... You're saying Iron Man is free?

Youp. Feel free to destroy everything I've done.

Also I see how it is, no tears for Sep leaving. Just the vultures at the gate wanting to pick my legacy apart.
I know it's a dick move but... I'm going to drop. I just have nothing going for this, no time and no energy. I like to think in a week when I'm no longer working I'd have time but I got nothing for ya, especially after Endgame
Here's a question that I'm sure me and a couple of other people could benefit from.

When you've had a couple of mad weeks, then want to post. How do you find that groove? Like I want to post but I'm having difficulty finding the groove rn.

So I'm hoping to post tomorrow morning before work, but first I'll need to compare the methods used by Adorno et Al and Milgram on why people cause harm to others.
